• Maxine (9/5): Great 4 nights spent sightseeing and dining with everything I walking distance - Apartment is spacious and well equipped. The view of the Parthenon is amazing particularly at night when it is lit up. The location is perfectly located in amongst the cafes and markets.

• Drew (9/5): Perfect location, incredible views, great sized, comfortable apartment. - Great apartment, excellent size for a studio, good shower, plenty of cupboard space, huge balcony, but best of all... a clear view of the acropolis from throughout the apartment. The hosts were also very accomodating and responded quickly and kindly - superhosts! TV doesn't connect to streaming services.

• Tanvi (4/5): Please clean - Location. It is probably one of the better locations in Athens - with everything very close by and in walking distance. An instant water heater is kinda important- specially in winter — when it can get really cold by the time you come home in the evening. Also - the bathroom shower pipe has a lot of black mold on it. For people with allergies to mold - this is downright dangerous. Also - no instructions on how to use the stove. Please add them to your manual.

• Nando (10/5): I wish I could keep this place a secret, it's absolutely divine:) - I can't imagine a better location or a better view of Athens. It's well worth the money and will definitely return if I have the chance. It's the kind of place you want to keep a secret, but I guess people need to know about it.

It is beautiful, comfortable and the view is AMAZING!!! You won’t regret it, it’s all you need for having an extraordinary experience in Athens. Nothing. Everything was perfect!
• Brett (9/5): Excellent accommodation centrally located with great views. - The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was fantastic and enabled us to easily visit local sites. The views from the balcony are superb and because there is a lot of windows and natural light you have a great outlook inside and out. The roller shutters meant no outside noise or light when you want to sleep. Nothing really. Maybe just to advise that the shower is draining quite slowly.
• Clarissa (10/5): If we are fortunate to come back to Athens, will definitely stay here again! - Very attentive host; provided clear instructions for keys, including photos of entrance, and a booklet on how to use things in the apartment. Water is potable! Big plus since you will be drinking a lot of it :) Location absolutely perfect. Lots of windows and three sets of doors to the big balcony/terrace which had great views of the Acropolis as well as the bustle of the streets below (Adrianou and Apollonos, full of shops and eateries, and great for people-watching) and walking distance to Acropolis and Monastiraki Square, metro and bus. And the terrace had motorized awnings, which worked great when the sun was at its peak. Walked everywhere morning, afternoon and night, and always safe and people around. We had a great stay~ Some visitors may find off-putting that you cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet - but that is standard everywhere we went in Athens. And disposing of trash and recycling if you need to is very convenient (also covered in instructions booklet). Some reviews complained about the pillows. We found some extras in the linen closet in added those to the pillow case to have a firmer one, and that worked for us.

A bit difficult to locate but the host sent photos of the entrance and gave great details. I had hoped there would be washing machine facilities but there wasn’t.

Bathroom of good size. The location. Is perfect and can’t get any better than that. It was quiet. Slept like a baby. In regard to the host (Joanne) she was amazing very quick to answer any questions. And she left very cute gift at the flat which was a great bonus. The flat have everything u need. The kitchen was well equipped and modern. I can stay at this place for months and still feel comfortable. One more thing the balcony or the terrace. It is so spacious and the view is breathtaking. U can spend every evening looking at the view with a glass of wine and you wouldn’t get bored. I highly recommend it. Nothing

• Stuart (9/5): Loved it - Location balcony view and bed were brilliant Weirdly there was only one (dirty) wine glass. There was a second smaller one with a huge crack through it. Also no cutting board or knife. Scarce cutlery too. Tiny details that are so easily remedied.
• June (7/5): The Best Location with The Best View in Athens - I would give the score of 10 if I didn't have to answer questions on the room's linens and sofas. Very nice staff (Joanna and Carolina), perfect communications, smooth check-in. They were great hosts. The location is the best part as well- it's spacious, quiet (end of October), amazing view from the window looking up at The Pantheon, a big terrace looking straight at The Acropolis of Athens. I would like to say that the person in charge for the linens and the janitorial duties in general for the house isn't doing a good job. The pillows, bed sheets and the blanket didn't have the "fresh," "washed" kind of smell- rather, they all had a sort of "sweaty" odor slightly. Even wondered if they were actually changed after the previous guests' stay.. The white pillow covers were not in pristine white color; major yellowing was seen. The sofas' surfaces and the towels provided had many stains.

• Nene (8/5): Terrace with a view is unmatchable! - Loved the location, the view and the glorious terrace! Despite a few facilities issues I would definitely book it again. For such a delightful place to eat and drink in, the range of glassware and cutlery was disappointing - no matching cutlery and only 2 non matching wine glasses. Despite having a lovely renovation in 2016, aspects of the property are looking a little tired and in need of a refresh (paintwork). Outdoor furniture in the dining area seemed a little odd?

Clean and modern construction. Just a walk from the akropolis, agora, syntagma square, shopping and dining.

• Mark (10/5): Absolutely perfect. When I return to Athens, I would not stay anywhere else. - Location, location, location. The name of the Property 'Best Views of Athens" is not an exaggeration. The view form the huge balcony of the Acropolis is amazing. Sitting out on the balcony having a glass of wine right in the heart of the Plaka made the stay in Athens truly great. The location is just off one of the shopping streets in the Plaka. You are easy walking distance to everything! There is nothing I could suggest.

• Jill (10/5): Best location in the Plaka - The location was perfect! We were right in the Plaka near food and shopping. The outdoor balcony was a great place for coffee in the morning and relaxing at night. I would definitely stay here again! There was some road construction near us that had loud jackhammering morning and evening. This was, of course, not the owner's fault. But I can't think of anything negative.
• Barbara (9/5): great view - The property had an excellent location, was spacious and comfortable for 2 people, and the balcony with a view of the Acropolis was fantastic. Even though the property was in the middle of everything, it wasn’t too noisy at night. The inside of the microwave needs a good cleaning. Also, since you can’t flush toilet paper, it would be nice if the owner provided additional garbage bags for the bathroom trash and provided info as to where to dump the trash bags with used tissues. Our stay was for multiple days so we had to take out the bathroom trash and wandered the streets for a while before we could find a waste receptacle.

We were given incorrect arrival instructions but we were saved by a chance encounter with a helpful neighbour. Further instructions were sent 45 minutes after our latest arrival time. The toilet did not flush properly and no repairs were made during our stay.

Some hair in the bathroom, doors not soundproof so we could hear all neighbors walking/talking in the staircase

• June (9/5): great location, amazing views, helpful owner. - location and view. in heart of old town. easy to walk to sights and restaurants. the view and balcony was amazing. sitting watching the sunset and sunrise was awesome. a little bit dirty / dusty. bathroom starting to look tired and splashes / stains on walls. shower tray tired. toilet flush kept sticking and wasting water. bed very hard but a mattress topper would sort that out as comfortable and big. hard to get in and out of for second person as against the wall. towels small and no tea towels for drying plates etc.

The HUGE balcony allowed a private getaway from the crowds and an amazing view of the Acropolis. I loved the big open windows and air flow. I would recommending a lounge sedan or two on the generous balcony.
