• Yashaswini (10/5): Best comfortable stay - This is one of the most comfortable stays for a very affordable price. It is 4 stops from acropolis and city centre. Neighbourhood is very beautiful and lots of local eateries are present at a walkable distance. The terrace was spacious and we loved it.

• Anna (8/5): Molto soddisfatta - L'alloggio è in un quartiere davvero molto carino e sicuro, a pochi passi dalla stazione della metro che con 4\5 fermate porta al centro. Siamo arrivate e fare il check-in è stato molto facile grazie alle indicazioni ricevute. L'appartamento era pulito e profumato, provvisto di tutti i comfort per soggiornare alcuni giorni. Avevo molti dubbi sull'appartamento prima di arrivarci, perchè avevo letto recensioni su molti altri alloggi, che pur avendo un buon voto avevano delle criticità importanti. Alla luce di questo ero molto preoccupata, ma entrando sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita. Il pavimento è una vera chicca, molto bello. Le uniche cose che migliorerei sono le luci, l'appartamento è un po' buio al mattino. Ce ne sono molte ma fanno poca luce, soprattutto quando il tempo è nuvoloso. E la pulizia del bagno che può sicuramente migliorare.
• Renáta (8/5): Highly recommend - We had a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend to anyone. Although we did not meet the host, Dimitri was really nice and would always reply and help us during our stay. Its only a few minutes walking distance from the metro in a nice neighbourhood, there is a bakery nearby with great breakfast options and coffe, and a small shop too. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was clean, in the kitchen you can find everything whats needed for a short stay. There is only one thing I could mention, the blankets were in the closet and there was no bedding ( or maybe we could not find it? ) there was only the bed sheets sitting on the beds but no bedding. However the blankets smelled freshly washed!!! :) so I didnt mind sleeping with it after all
• Henrik (10/5): Traumhafte Wohnung in guter Lage und man ist schnell im Zentrum. - Die große Terrasse, das Fenster über dem Bett zum Sterne gucken, Regendusche, genügend Platz für Klamotten und Koffer/Taschen Die Bettdecke war leider sehr dünn und das Bettlaken war nach 5 Tagen nicht mehr so gut auf dem Bett. Die Isolierung zum Treppenhaus war nicht besonders gut und man hat die anderen Bewohner gehört wenn Sie im Treppenhaus waren

We would definitely use it again. - Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, cosy and clean apartment, well-equipped, easily accessible by public transport, close to shops and all amenities. Our lovely host Dimitra was etremely attentive and responded to all our questions quickly 😊. The apartment could use a small stove or a cooktop, otherwise it is a perfect place to stay.

• Kyriakos (10/5): Totally recommend! - We booked two of the apartments for a group of participants arriving for a training and the feedback was nothing but the best about the apartments. The manager of them (Ms. Dimitra) was always extremely responsive and attentive to the needs of the group (participants arriving at different times, need to switch from keys to entering by code etc.). The apartments were spacious and colorful and the amenities provided by the apartment were much more than what you would normally expect (toothbrushes, slippers etc.). We were very satisfied overall with the stay of our participants and we would suggest for similar groups to stay at these apartments again.

• Tomasz (10/5): - Bardzo czyste, nowoczesne apartamenty. Spokojna okolica, 10 minut spacerem od metra. Dużo miejsca w środku, ładny design pokojów. Bardzo pomocna i miła właścicielka, cały czas dbała czy aby wszystko jest w porządku. Pokój na samej górze z przeszklonym dachem i wielkim tarasem robi duże wrażenie. 800 metrów od mieszkania jest też niepozorny punkt widokowy ze świetnym widokiem na miasto. Zdecydowanie mogę polecić ten nocleg, a byliśmy sporą grupą (11 osób) w 4 pokojach. W pokoju na parterze główne przeszklone drzwi na taras wychodzą na główną ulicę przez co gdy się je zasłoni w dzień jest dość ciemno w pokoju. Oczywiście nie trzeba ich zasłaniać ale wtedy każdy kto przechodzi ulicą ma doskonały widok do naszego pokoju ;)

• WILSON (8/5): Bom custo benefício - Muito espaçoso, comodidade, equipamentos e segurança. Localização é boa, em um bairro residencial, não tão próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Atenas. Uns 45 minutos de caminhada. Poderia ter um fogão ou um forno microondas com a função grill. O banheiro é pequeno proporcionalmente ao tamanho do quarto.
• Sophie (9/5): - Bien situé, on rejoint très vite la station de métro et donc la zone touristique. La déco , les équipements, le confort, la réactivité de l'hôtesse top! Si vous avez pris une voiture de location, il n'y a pas "un parking proche gratuit non réservable" comme annoncé dans le descriptif, c'est tout simplement un stationnement dans la/les rues et bonne chance à vous, suivant l'heure de la journée, pour en trouver à proximité du logement. C'est très aléatoire. Le soir de notre arrivée, j'ai tourné une heure avant de me résigner à stationner là où je gênerai le moins. Autre bémol, les draps du lit étaient trop petits mais le couchage était vraiment très confortable. La fenêtre au-dessus du lit, même avec le volet roulant, la clarté du jour nous réveillait.

Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert, das große Apartment war sehr sauber, die Lage ist auch super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplätze, Metro, Café, Restaurant ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

• MELISSA (9/5): Overall great stay and would stay again! - Great convenient location, very cute and clean, good communication. One of the bedrooms did not have its own air conditioning so we had to leave the door open to keep it cool, and it was still a bit warm. One of the other bedrooms is off the living room and does not have a door.

• Yulia (9/5): Gem in the middle of Athens - I loved this apartment in the quiet neighborhood. It was clean, everything worked, it had all necessities. It had small outdoor space that was great to use for the evening stargazing. It wasn't in walking distance from many attractions, but it was five minute walk from metro, that can take you to main attraction in 10-20-min. It had many store near-by. I loved the huge super-market by metro that was several stories and had fresh produce and fish There was coffee, but no tea. Not a big deal.

• James (10/5): Perfect Athens accommodation for families - What a beautiful property, perfect for a family of 5 (3 kids), 1 minute walk to restaurants and the platia. The kids had the best night playing in the fountain water. The area was full of families and children. The food was great and the area felt really safe. Our host was also extremely lovely, helpful and accommodating. That we didn’t stay longer

• Sonja (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely Outstanding – 10/10 Experience! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. I accidentally left behind a personal item after checking out, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to return it to me quickly and safely. I was especially impressed by the hotel manager – she is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the guests. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality these days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect hotel experience!

• Christian (9/5): Superb - Great design, location and service. It's a clean and comfortable apartment, and it's managers are available 24/7. There is not enough sound isolation against what goes on outside - there's no traffic in the area, but you can easily hear people on their balconies, and nearby dogs barking. Also the fridge makes typical fridge-noises that you can very clearly hear, every 30 minutes or so, and it keeps doing it for anywhere between 1 - 15 minutes. Both things can be easily fixed by just bringing earplugs though - worked great for me.

• Erin (10/5): Safe, clean, perfectly located and a comfortable stay. - Private, tidy, well equipped with anything I might have needed. It was in a lovely location, and very quiet. Dafni is a beautiful area of Athens, still central but with the feel of an area for locals. Great food nearby, as well as small shops and coffee. Easy to get everywhere by the metro. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else again. As a solo female traveller I felt safe the whole time. Having a private courtyard was lovely on the warmer days and it had a nice balance of sun to shade. The staff were amazing, always quick to answer a message but never imposing. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage to unpack in. Shower was perfect. Duel head is always a bonus in a hotel room. My only tiny criticism is that I struggled to understand the AC control, but to be honest that was on me and if I asked I’m sure that they would have explained. Perhaps a help sheet in the room. But that’s really grasping at straws. Everything was perfect.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Best place I stayed at in Greece. The best part is that it is so quiet! I never heard my neighbours or traffic, and that is very rare in Athens. (Stayed in the room on the ground floor. The cleaning is immaculate, the area is very safe even in the middle of the night, and there are many good restaurants and shops within walking distance which makes the place well suited for a longer stay. I like that the tv was separated from the bed and in front of the sofa instead, which made it easy to connect my computer to it and use it as a working station. Dimitra is the best host you can wish for. Very kind and helpful!

• Shanna (10/5): Great family vacation home with easy access to Athens - It’s big and has every amenity you can think of, very modern, 2 bathrooms (excellent if traveling with family), very clean, conveniently located to public transport but not loud in evenings like city center, the host is super helpful Nothing!

• Thibault (10/5): Great stay! - Great location, friendly host who was always available when we had questions, clean and has everything you need. Nothing, but keep in mind that the room is not fully dark in the morning.
• Anna (7/5): Good - The place was wonderful, the hostess was very nice, the place was clean . The only problem was that one of the bedrooms did not have A/C and it was really hot . Other than that it was wonderful 😊
• Gabrielemazza94 (9/5): Nice and cozy apartment - The apartment is very nice and well furnished, clean and in a quiet area and very convenient for reaching the various points of interest in Athens. The owner is also extremely helpful and kind.

• Aine (10/5): Loved it! - Spacious, comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful owners There is a stairs up to the apartment; just be mindful of you have large luggage (this was my fault for not checking)
