• Guest (3/5): Μείναμε το δεύτερο βράδυ, το πρώτο δεν καταφέραμε να επικοινωνήσουμε για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών - Καλή τοποθεσία σε κεντρικό σημείο της Ν.Σμύρνης, καλό και πλήρες εσωτερικά. Φτάσαμε αργά τη νύχτα. Αναζητήσαμε το κλειδί της εισόδου σε κουτάκι με κωδικό, αλλά δεν το βρήκαμε. Πήραμε το κινητό τηλέφωνο και δεν απάντησε κανείς, με συνέπεια να περάσουμε το πρώτο βράδυ σε ξενοδοχείο στην Αθήνα με μεγάλη αναστάτωση. Την άλλη μέρα τηλεφώνησα 8:45 το πρωί και τότε σήκωσε το τηλέφωνο μία κυρία και μας έδωσε αναλυτικές οδηγίες για το ότι μπαίνουμε από άλλη είσοδο που βλέπει σε άλλη οδό. Γύρω στις 11 το πρωί φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα και η κυρία ήρθε με ένα πατίνι, μας ρώτησε που μείναμε και μας ζήτησε συγνώμη. Τίποτα για αποζημίωση.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very close to the city center and main attractions. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped — it had everything you need for a pleasant stay. A perfect choice for anyone looking to explore the city with ease.

• Chryssa (2/5): Very poor - It is a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is renovated. WiFi works fine. It would have been a fine choice for the price if it weren't for the lack in cleanliness and lack of communication with the host. The duvet had distinctive stains of bodily fluids and no duvet cover was available (pictures attached). There was an eyelash on one of the pillows. I communicated this to the owner and asked for a replacement but never received a reply. Had to sleep with the ac on to keep the room warm as it was winter and the only available alternative to cover my self was a single bedsheet to keep warm. Felt completely disgusted, I'd never return to that apartment. Mattress is hard.

• Al (1/5): Bad - Worst place ever..Basement remodeled into apartment with no door number, completely illegal housing and misspresented listing with one bathroom instead of 2 as listed. Nothing

• Primusz (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and new apartment. Has a very good air coinditioning. The owner is very helpful. Nice neighbourhood. The sea is nearby as well. there are verygood restaurants very close. good choice, so very recommended.
• Laura (7/5): Good - Location was great. The apartment had everything one needs for a basic but confortable stay. Kitchen is well equiped. The apartment living room was a bit dark and bathroom sewage system was smelly at times.
• Alex (10/5): Lovely comfy stay before long flight. - The area is out of the city, however there are a nice bar plaza area only 10 minutes walk. The washing machine is violent when it shakes. However, to avoid loud noises and such put the washing machine on a 500 spin.
