- Patrick (5/5): Quite disappointed with this apartment. - We appreciate the owner's offer to meet us before the check-in time around 10:30am. The booking was confirmed and accepted for 7 people over 4 days in this apartment. However, there were only 2 towels provided per person, and the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely small with limited supplies—only 1 tea towel, a few cups and mugs, and a few plates, which was insufficient for all the guests. There weren't enough clothes hangers available. The only 1 tv in the apartment not working. Additionally, the washing machine is positioned in the shower without any separation, posing an electricity hazard as water splashes onto the machine during showers. The most inconvenient aspect was being instructed to turn on the shower 30 minutes before using hot water and turning it off before using the hot water, which was impractical for 7 people needing showers. Waiting for the water to heat up after every 2 persons took too long, so we ended up leaving the hot water switch on despite safety advice against it.

- Mitchell (1/5): Yuck - I liked the neighbourhood The floor of the property was significantly damaged (apparently a water leak). Parts of the floor were broken and raised and it was dangerous to walk around. The house smelt of mould and there were cockroaches in the toilet. Some of the group left early due to the accommodation being so disgusting and unsafe to walk in due to the floor.
