• Kiki (3/5): Ήταν ωραία περιοχή με χώρο στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητο και μια πρόχειρη ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι. - Ήταν μεγάλο αλλά ήταν μια γρήγορη ανακαίνιση από παλιά σε καινούργια έπιπλα Δεν έπαιζε η τηλεόραση,παλιό μπάνιο το οποίο είχε φύγει το σμάλτο από την μπανιέρα και ήταν μια αηδία τα ντουλάπια στην κουζίνα παλιά στην τραπεζαρία ή καρέκλες είχε φύγει η δερμάτινη η τοστιέρα ήταν μια παλιά στην οποία δεν μπορούσε να την χρησιμοποιήσει.

• Άννα (6/5): Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν όλα καλά και η περιοχή και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ εξυπηρετική ωστόσο κάποιες μικρές αλλαγές το διαμ - Είχε πάρκινγκ , ήταν μεγάλο σπίτι και άνετο ! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική ! Τα κρεβάτια ήταν καθαρά ! Μύριζε κλεισούρα , το μπάνιο δεν ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση και δεν ήταν αυτό που είχε στην φωτογραφία ! Είχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία στο σπίτι ! Κάποια πράγματα ήταν αρκετά παλιά όπως οι καρέκλες στην τραπεζαρία. Ίσως κάποιες μικρές αλλαγές έδιναν άλλη εικόνα στο σπίτι . Βρήκαμε και μια κατσαρίδα στην κουζίνα

Elidjana (10/5): Όλα τέλεια - Ήταν όλα τέλεια μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι ήταν πολύ άνετο το σπίτι πολύ καθαρό η περιοχή ήταν πολύ καλή και πάρα πολύ ήρεμα το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το σπίτι μέσα είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα που μπορεί να χρειαστεί μία οικογένεια και η κυρία δήμητρα ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!

• AMBV (8/5): - Clear instructions by the owner. The facility had everything we needed. Nice residential location. Bathroom was dated and needed some upgrades (shower head for example - only hand held shower was available)

• Katerina (1/5): Find another place! Don't take a chance! - The location was good. Very easy to find parking. We never needed to use the parking spot. The beds were comfortable, once you got past cleaning the ants off from under your pillow. 3 AC units kept the unit cold which was great for Athens summer heat. the one good thing was late at night as we were walking out of the apartment before we could grab the keys my son shut the door with the keys inside. We were very worried we would be locked out but thankfully the hostess responded to my email and gave us access to a pair of spare keys available. i will be forever grateful for that. First and foremost i did not find the place clean. I always check the beds and the kids bedroom when i lifted up their pillow there were about a dozen tiny ants hanging out under there. The bathroom was full of tiny ants. Every evening and morning my husband would spray and kill the ants and they always came back. Secondly - my kids were looking in the kitchen cupboards and ended up finding a dead cockroach. I reached out the the hotel to advice them of these 2 findings and their response was pretty much thats Greece. Check the news and dont leave food on the ground. They did say they sprayed for insects and rodents so hopefully that was the last remaining one. Those are pretty obvious observations. For the record we didnt eat in the place and only on the last night did we order in takeout and then threw everything in the garbage that evening before going to bed. We are back home now and were very careful with emptying our luggage and hope that we didnt bring anything back into our home. Only time will tell! No compensation or apologies for the finding. I found the place quite run down. the chairs in the living room were breaking apart all over the ground. As well, the bathroom looked like such a botch job. Broken tiles in the bathroom, terrible caulking job around the toilet and the shower was falling apart. Would i stay here again? Never! I advice you to find a different location. We met with another owner in the building and they told us this apartment is owned by foreigners and they own over a dozen properties across Greece, so i dont think they take much pride in cleanliness or the true Greek hospitality we received at all other bookings. I will forever be grateful for the extra set of keys for letting us back into the apartment that night but thats the only reason i have the place 2 stars because without that it would be a zero star stay.
• Saskia (8/5): Good place to stay for visiting the beaches. - Good location in a nice neighborhood. Parking. Comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly communication. Well equipped kitchen. The bathroom could use some TLC with mounting the showerhead back to the wall.

• Jürgen (8/5): - Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage mit großem Balkon und Parkplatz für den PKW. Ausstattung der Wohnung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise Probleme mit dem Internet, Wasser zum Duschen ließ sich nur sehr eingeschränkt erwärmen.

• Donna (7/5): Quiet neighbourhood but needs some upgrading - It was a quiet neighbourhood with easy parking, and an easy walk to supermarkets. The beds were comfortable and the internet fast. The hosts were extremely good at communicating and I'm sure if we needed anything we could have contacted them. It was fine for a quick stopover between flights. The bathroom and kitchen really need to be replaced, a lot of the furniture and woodwork was scratched and chipped throughout the apartment, there were no coat hooks inside the door and we also found the apartment quite cold. You could hear alot of footsteps and movements from other apartments which made me worry that my children were making too much noise walking around too and I worried about disturbing neighbours that then made it hard for me to relax.

• Rafaella (5/5): Passable - The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The apartment was super cold and the only means of heating were 3 airconditioning units out of which one was very old and didn't really heat up the space quickly. The radiators never worked although they were supposed to work according to the building's heating schedule. There was no hot water although the instructions mentioned that there is always hot water because of the solar panels. Even when we manually switched on the hot water it still did not work. The apartment is dark because it doesn't get any sun even during the day (and probably that's why it is so cold). I dropped something under the bed and had to search for it with a torch. When I looked under the bed, there was a thick layer of dust, it hadn't been vaccumed for a while. The bathroom did not have a window nor an extractor fan nor means of heating. It was impossible to take a shower without heating in the bathroom and no hot water. The apartment smelled like it hadn't been used for some time and the air inside was not fresh anymore. Overall, it was super expensive for what it was. Unfortunately, I would not return.

• Dasa (8/5): Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Athens - Beautiful apartment on a great location, very peaceful neighbourhood and close to public transport. Neat and tidy, with two spacious bedrooms and good quality beds. Kind owners, making sure we felt well during our stay. Close to the restaurants, bars and a big Lidl supermarket. Kitchen and bathroom are a little outdated, but work well.

• Espina (9/5): Spartathlon week - Nice quite part of Glyfada. A good 15 mins walk to the centre but have plenty of restaurants and shops near the area. Just a stone throw from the hills path. Near Lidl supermarket Toilet could do some work. Should have provided enough toilet papers for our 4 nights stay.

• Ourania (7/5): Spacious apartment, nice building - The apartment was in a nice building, pretty area of Athens, upscale new subdivision. Best to have a car as main part of Glyfada where shops are is a 30 min walk away. Beds were soft and comfortable, rooms spacious so ideal for a family. Broken toilet seat that kept sliding off was extremely annoying. Bathroom could use a renovation as bathtub was high and hard to step into to shower. Since there are no stores in easy view, leaving bottled water in fridge would be a nice touch.
• Srdan (8/5): Great place to stay in Athens, value for money! - The apartment is located in a quite area in Glyfada, a great area of Athens in the summer due to its proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. It has a great big balcony to relax on in the evening, AC in all rooms, comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Broken toilet seat cover and someone's clothes left over on a chair in the master bedroom.
