• marko (10/5): Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. I highly recommend this accommodation. - We liked everything about the accommodation. Large rooms, spacious, terrace, air conditioning in every room, close to shops, restaurants, beaches. We were also delighted with the delicacies on the table:) that awaited us. Mr. Alex has helped us with extensive information and transfers. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe so we enjoyed it to the fullest. I can't say that I didn't like something or that we were missing anything, because we really had everything we needed at the accommodation

• Günther (10/5): - Es war alles sehr gut organisiert. Man hat vor der Ankunft eine Nachricht bekommen, wo der Schlüssel erhältlich ist, inklusive Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Das Apartment hat 3 Stockwerke, welche auch mit einem Lift zu erreichen sind. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für sechs Personen. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, wenn man sich selbst verpflegen möchte. Es gibt ein WC und ein großes Bad mit WC. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, man kann jeden Raum einzeln steuern. Der Balkon ist auch sehr angenehm und bietet ausreichend Platz. Gegen die direkte Sonneneinstrahlung schützt eine große Markiese. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns kurz nach der Ankunft kontaktiert. Bei einem netten Kennenlernen hat er uns auch ein paar Tipps für Einkäufe und Restaurants nahegebracht. Der/die Strände sind zu Fuß sehr schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 10-14 Minuten in der Innenstadt (Nähe Akropolis). Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, wir würden bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Athen die selbe Unterkunft buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien oder für Paare. Danke an Alex👌🏻😎

• Nino (10/5): The best hotel, clean, comfortable, beautiful, everything for a good vacation - Very good hotel, good host, pleasant environment, equipped with all the necessary things, very comfortable for a group vacation, you will find all the necessary things. Kalamaki beach 1 km, very quiet and peaceful area. Thank you very much for a pleasant vacation Everything was good.

If you want a quiet place to recover from busy day visiting tourist attraction. Owner is very resposive to queries. Welcome snacks and drinks really help on your arrival. Thank you. I hope there’s a little broom and dustpan to clean. Also on top of all the appliances available, a microwave would have been perfect addition(this is just a personal requirement)

• Huma (10/5): Stay in Athens - The location is close to Bolivar beach. There are two spacious balconies, and the neighbourhood is clean and quiet. The rooms are average size with two washrooms. It is very easy to reach by car. I will definitely come back to stay. There is an elevator to reach the top floors.

• Djmaurice (10/5): Excellent choice for a beach-oriented Athens family holiday. - Ultra clean; well stocked; very comfortable; large apartment including wonderful balcony; handy to have the host nearby but still unobtrusive; electric shutters great for keeping the apartment dark & cool; handy elevator to all floors; full-range supermarket 5 min walk away; parking obsite; many restaurants and Kalamaki beach nearby. Shower over high-rimned bath a little hard to use; given it was such a high-specification apartment it would have been nice to have a dishwasher in the kitchen. But these are very minor negatives in an excellent property.

We used this location for a bridal shower photoshoot. You can get to the sea on foot in 10-15 minutes. The owner is very polite, gave all the necessary information.. Everyone is very nice. I liked everything.

The apartment have everything you need! We like it very much! Also this is a very good place in Athens to live in. Good restaurants nearby too. The only thing that you need is a small microwave oven:)

• Erzebet (10/5): Amazing place for a good price! - Everything was really nice, the apartment was way better than we even thought about it. The most important thing for me renting a place in Athens for its to be cockroach free. This place is! No sign of bugs at all, it's an amazing place! Also the neighborhood is nice, clean, and everything is close. You can take bus 141 and be in the city centre in 40 minutes after taking the metro at Dafni station. We like everything, only would consider a vacuum cleaner as a big plus, but got offered a free cleaning during our week of stay anyways... But we like to vacuum after ourselves daily.

• Liviu (10/5): Second year at the same location, still excellent! - Modern air conditioner system was great in all rooms. Badrooms are very, very comfortable. Private parking with remote control for the gate is perfect. Well, I missed red wine glaces, but I could leave without it. At least this year. 🙂
• Albert (10/5): Beautifull Place to Stay in Athens - As beautifull and clean as photos. Washing machine, elevator, parking place are available, nice personal, kitchen set is well equipped. Bathroom and wc are available. The road in front of the place is a bit small. Not easy with big car, since some cars were parked in front of the gate. But it was generally road problems in Greece, not the appartment.

• Liviu (10/5): I would choose the same again. - Private parking was very important for us, but apart from that I want to mention the very nice quiet location, the size of the apartment, the balconies, the AC system, etc... all those aspects were very much appreciated. A more developed kitchenware would be useful.
• Svetozara (9/5): Excellent location and great value for money - The host Alexandros and his wife were amazing! They allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier on a last minute request. The whole apartment was bigger than expected - three perfectly sized bedrooms with most comfortable beds and pillows. We loved the peaceful neighbourhood and the possibilities for parking inside the property but also on the street. The wifi was a bit weak however the owners sorted out an additional router immediately. Would absolutely stay there again.
