• Stéphanie (9/5): - Very nice place. The room was nicer than we expected and the rooftop is just wonderful to hangout. Very nice place, we would go back without thinking about it! It’s not that we didn’t like it, but just keep in mind that the place is on one of the busiest street so it can be a bit noisy but to be honest at night it wasn’t bad, but if your looking for no sound that is not the place. I’m a light sleeper and to be honest, I didn’t have much problem to sleep!

Piccolissime cose (pochi spiccioli per i gestori), che però si notano negativamente.

Op het eerste zicht was alles heel proper, maar achter de deur in de badkamer is er al lang niet meer gepoetst. We hebben ook het zetelbed een beetje verplaatst en hieronder was het erg stoffig en vuil. We misten een borstel en keukenpapier, dit had een mooie aanvulling geweest.

• John (9/5): Lovely location, clean apartment, perfect for our family holiday to Athens. - Fantastic location, right in the middle of Plaka, on a pedestrian street (so taxi will have to drop you about 100m down the road), exactly where you'll want to be if visiting Athens on holiday. Balcony directly from the apartment was great. Roof top terrace perfect to sit with ice creams. Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped, just as described. Directly off one of the main streets so was a bit noisy at night, but that's always the price you pay for a central location. The rooftop terrace and balcony needed a clean and some new outdoor furniture. The cleaners came halfway through our week, which was nice, but cleared away our soap and didn't replace it 🤣

Łazienka przy każdej sypialni to duży plus, ładny widok z balkonu na ulicę, ale największe wrażenie robił taras widokowy na dachu 😍 Odpowiednio zabezpieczony barierkami, więc bardzo bezpieczny. Lokalizacja znakomita. Lodziarnie, sklepiki z pamiątkami, restauracje czy kawiarnie tuż obok. Market spożywczy niedaleko. Polecam serdecznie ❤️

He provided 2 little soap, for probably 2 days or 1 only, 2 towels for shower and 2 little towel for 2 people, and one little toilet paper .we had to find a store to buy soap, toilet paper , and use our clean cloth to dry after shower , it was not nice to received a notification to leave everything in order , but any comment about our request .

• SILVINA (6/5): - Que a pesar de haber dejado las llaves, no realizaran la limpieza de la habitación. Falta de atención personalizada. La escalera es complicada de subir con valijas
• Paz (1/5): Total descontento con el alojamiento - Nada. El check-in lo podíamos realizar a partir de las 15h. Llegamos sobre las 20h. El apartamento no estaba preparado para entrar. Toallas sucias, cama totalmente desecha; suelo y fregadero lleno de chispas, basura sin recoger... Llamamos al número que indicaba el alojamiento muchas veces esa misma tarde/noche, mandamos varios correos electrónicos para que vinieran a limpiarnos el apartamento y poder alojarnos esa misma noche, pero no nos contestaron hasta el día siguiente a las 12 del mediodía por mensajes de Booking. Por tanto, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento para pasar esa noche, ya que el apartamento no estaba listo para entrar. Tuvimos que reservar el resto de noches que teníamos programadas en el segundo apartamento que reservamos, ya que, a la hora del check-out del segundo apartamento, aún no habíamos obtenido ninguna respuesta de éste primero y, la única solución que nos dieron fue reembolsarnos la primera noche, aun habiéndoles dicho que no queríamos quedarnos en el alojamiento el resto de días, al haber incumplido desde el primer momento con las condiciones que habíamos reservado inicialmente y habernos visto en la calle esa noche sin un sitio donde poder alojarnos y sin respuesta por ninguno de los medios. No nos pareció normal que los responsables no contestasen a múltiples llamadas y correos, sabiendo que su apartamento estaba reservado desde ese día, durante cuatro noches en total, y no obtener respuesta por su parte hasta el día siguiente a mediodía. Incluso contactamos con Booking para comentarles el problema, también llamó Booking varias veces al alojamiento y, de nuevo, tampoco obtuvieron respuesta, de manera que Booking decidió darnos hasta dinero de compensación por el malestar ocasionado. Por tanto, el servicio nos pareció nefasto desde el primer momento.

No elevator I suggest adding a curtain to the kitchen door. Since it's transparent, we can see the neighbors and they can see us. Everything else was perfect!

• Alexandru Nicusor (10/5): - Great stay in Plaka! The view from the rooftop toward the Acropolis is beautiful and truly memorable. The room was very clean, and having a smart TV was perfect for relaxing with a movie. We also appreciated the coffee machine and the mini fridge. The owner was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. As a small suggestion, if possible, it would be wonderful to have coffee capsules available for the entire stay and perhaps a bottle of cold water left in the fridge. Thank you very much for the hospitality!
• Cristina (7/5): Buena calidad precio y muy buena ubicación - El personal es muy amable respondiendo a las dudas que puedas tener, el check in automático es muy práctico, la ubicación es privilegiada y tiene una terraza compartida pero muy bonita con vistas al Acrópolis, además dejan guardar maletas en la parte inferior del edificio ya que tiene habilitados candados para ello. El apartamento está a la vista en imágenes bien, pero en persona se ve la falta de limpieza, como si entre clientes hiciesen desde hace mucho tiempo limpieza rápida sin profundizar, había mucho polvo debajo de mobiliario y en alguno de los muebles. Tampoco hay mucho menaje de cocina, que menos que unos cuchillos que corten un poco y por último pero bastante importante es que reservamos para 5 personas contando con que una de ellas durmiese en lo que dicen que es sofá cama , pero no es más que un pequeño sofá ( no se abre) ahí no tendría que dormir nadie durante 5 noches que estuvimos alojadas

I wont write this as a complaint but the shower were a bit uncomfortable because water was goign out but the water was always hot so thats a plus

Matelas du lit a changer.Hôte business is business. - Bien situé et propre La vue sur l’Acropole 🤣correspond à la vue sur le mur du magasin en face et la rue piétonne est bruyante y compris hors saison depuis les appartements. La vue est depuis la terrasse située sur le toit. Quand J ai voulu changé pour annoncé non conforme la communication avec les propriétaires était aussi un mur. Merci à booking d’avoir trouvé une solution même si on a mis 3h et de nombreux appels. La vue sur le jardin🤣 quel jardin? Les balcons des voisins ou la place de parking de l autre voisin. Le matelas du lit est en fin de vie.. avec la sensation d un beau V quand on dort. Attention, si vous restez longtemps, il n’y a pas d’ajout de papier toilette de changement, de draps ou de serviettes de toilette. Les draps du dessous du lit sont trop petits et ne tiennent pas.. Pour information, les draps-housses existent🤣 Il faudrait peut être arrêter de vendre du rêve et de traiter vos locataires comme des vaches à lait. J espère que la société de ménage avec qui vous collaborez traite décemment les femmes de ménage non grecques que j ai croisé dans l’immeuble et qui travaillent comme des fourmis.. sont elles sous pression avec une contrainte de temps? J’ai rarement vu du personnel être aussi efficace et rapide. Je suis certaine que vous trouverez le discours vendeur adéquat, en réponse à mon mécontentement.

• Tara (10/5): Highly recommend this property for its access to local attractions and to feel the athens vibe. The cultural experience - Great location in the heart of plaka. Easy for accessing great cafes and restaurants and other nearby attractions. Would have liked an ice cube tray in freezer and a colder fridge. Extra toilet paper and fresh towels would have been appreciated. The tv remote needs new batteries and a back on the remote. It was a challenge to use.

Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Arrived 2 hours past check in time and room wasn’t finished being cleaned. Doors stuck and were hard to open. One of our party got stuck in a room whose door wouldn’t open. Winding staircase made it extremely difficult and dangerous to haul our luggage up and down.

Se arrivate in macchina, scegliete con cura il parcheggio (il più vicino è il Plaka parking). C'è anche un bel terrazzo comune, con una splendida vista dell'Acropoli.
