• Vilaverde (10/5): Excelente apartamento - O apartamento, antigo mas renovado, está muito bem equipado. Na cozinha não falta nada: desde utensílios até loiça. E no resto dos compartimentos também. Há toalhas em quantidade superior à necessária e tudo o que é imprescindível ao tratamento da roupa. A localização (perto do "flea market") não poderia ser melhor. Ouro sobre azul: tem uma padaria artesanal quase ao lado e um supermercado mesmo por baixo. Que mais se pode pedir? 😊 Não foi bem não gostar... Mas o espelho de uma das casas de banho é um bocadinho estranho (parece os espelhos retrovisores doa automóveis). 😊

Mieszkanie znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji – bardzo blisko do głównych atrakcji turystycznych, stacji metra oraz sklepu, który jest tuż na dole budynku, co było niezwykle wygodne. Sam apartament jest duży, jasny, przestronny i bardzo ładnie urządzony. Właściciel okazał się niezwykle miłą i gościnną osobą – powitał nas owocami, pyszną pastą z oliwek oraz ciasteczkami, co było naprawdę bardzo miłym gestem. Czuliśmy się tu jak w domu. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce wszystkim podróżującym – na pewno tu wrócimy! 🌟☺️

• Alison (10/5): Wonderful apartment near to all the sites - The apartment is spacious and clean. Michalis had left us some complimentary snacks and fruit, juice, etc, which was great. He met us on arrival. Very attentive host. The location is near everything, including the trains. We walked everywhere and saw every site. We used the train to get down to Flisvos marina and see the boat museum with our son, which was great! You can walk to the Acropolis from the apartment. A road down from the apartment is a wonderful selection of greek restaurants all very tasty,with a wonderful backdrop of the Acropolis lit up at night! Straight from the apartment is a 10 min walk to the square next to Hadrians Library, sooo many shops and restaurants/ bars with the wonderful backdrop of the library site and the Acropolis. Highly recommend the apartment and area.
• Irina (10/5): Location!! Comfort!!! A home away from home!! - This property was amazing. It was comfortable, spacious, well decorated and had everything we could possibly need and then some. You can’t beat the location- walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to see in the center, and public transport options were plentiful. The host was amazing - met us at the door, showed us everything, left us some fruit and snacks to try, provided basic cooking supplies and coffee/tea stuff. Honestly, we arrived expecting good things… but we got so much more than we expected. It’s was an amazing stay. Next time we or anyone we know goes to Greece, they will be hoping to stay here. … not sure there is anything not to like. Honestly, it was an amazing stay.
• Alexson (10/5): This apartment helped us fall in love with Athens. - Michalis let us store bags before and after our official check-in times and left cold water, snack items, and sweet donkey decorations for the kids to enjoy. The location couldn't have been better and the balcony was perfect for feeling at home and enjoying the neighborhood. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, safe, and full of plants and original art. We especially appreciated the laundry and two bathrooms! The map Michalis provided was very helpful, especially on our first night when we were jet-lagged.

House was very clean, large, comfortable and beatifully furnished. Michalis, the owner, was great personality with a kind and respectful approach. He was helpful in all the way and easily contacted. • Mukul (10/5): Best Apartment in Athens - The host, Michalis, is an amazing person. Very helpful, considerate and welcoming. He helped us (a family of 6) recommending things to do in Athens, about the routes to locations, best beaches, restaurants and many more things. And the apartment was even better than it looks in the pictures. It's a newly renovated apartment with good air conditioning which we turned off at nights, a well-equipped kitchen, a big living room with dining table, quality appliances, clean and perfect bathrooms, a really good shower, small welcoming gifts from the host, and way more than it meets the eye. We were overwhelmed by the hospitality shown by the host and the beautiful apartment. the shower in the bigger bathroom could get a curtain so that the water doesn't come outside of that area. or a wiper would help too. I can't really find anything else which could be better, it's really a perfect apartment with the best host.
• Kristof (10/5): Spacious flat in the city centre. - Spacious flat, newly refurbished with good taste! The common space is huge, the balcony is also, the kitchen is well equipped and really clean. The flat itself is really close to the most touristic areas (like 2 minutes walk), but in the meantime the street and the neighbourhood is quiet. There is an elevator in the building, which you will be able to use. We really liked our time here. I cannot recall anything that bothered us during our stay.
• Sara (10/5): 3 perfect days in Athens - I liked the cleaning of the property, there was everything you need. It is in the city centre, 15-minute walk from the Acropolis. The owner was very kind and he gave us a lot of advice for our stay in Athens. The house is 2-minute walk from a road with a lot of typical restaurants and in front of the house there is also a very nice and typical bakery. It was all perfect

I can't easily say it was the best apartment we stayed in our family trip in Europe. I am hoping to come back here again.
• Janice (10/5): A wonderful apartment for a short or long stay - It’s a very big clean apartment in an extremely convenient location. We were able to walk to all the major attractions, including restaurants and a grocery store. The air conditioner was a relief. All the conveniences of home. Having two bathrooms was nice for five people. We appreciated the washer in the unit. Everything was great in the apartment. My only suggestion would be to let visitors know to be wary of taxi drivers and scams. We were overcharged twice and then one taxi driver switched the cash that we gave him and said that we underpaid him. Please suggest to visitors that if they use a taxi to contact the taxi through Uber and not hail a taxi on the street.
• Ronen (10/5): Perfect Family Stay - We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment for 5 nights, and it was perfect for our family of six. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, making it an ideal choice for a large family stay. It had everything we needed and more, with plenty of space for our four children to relax and enjoy. The location is another highlight, being conveniently close to the city center and just a short walk from the metro station. This made it very easy for us to explore the city and return to a cozy, welcoming home base each day. Additionally, the apartment was spotless and very well-maintained. It's clear that the hosts take great care in ensuring their guests have a pleasant and worry-free stay. Michalis, the host, was very communicative and helpful, always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. We highly recommend this apartment to any family looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We'll definitely be back!

• Nick (8/5): Michalis and the apartment were very nice, we would stay here again if parking is not required. - The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, well decorated, well furnished (including the kitchen). The location was good. Well suited for a longer stay in Athens. There is no parking on site. We were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the free parking that was listed as an amenity, was free parking on the street. Parking was very difficult to find in the near vicinity, one time it took over 1 hour to finely find parking. We would not have booked this property had we known this.
• Aleta (10/5): Exceptional - It 's only about 15 minutes away from the Acropolis and walking distance to high Street. The accommodation is clean and spacious.. the property has the amenities needed during our stay. The owner is very helpful and easy to contact to.
• Bruce (8/5): Excellent family base right in the centre of Athens - Michalis was an excellent host - he kindly came out to meet us at the flat, even though our flight arrived very early in the morning. He'd left us some food and drinks in the fridge - very welcome! The flat was very spacious, air conditioned and has a great balcony. The location is excellent within esay walking distance to all the main attractions. Only a small lift - which we only used to take our bags up and on occassions when we couldn't face the stairs! It would be useful to have two keys.

• Riddhi (10/5): Fantastic location and large airy and spacious apartment - Apartment was very secure I liked that - triple aspect windows in the living room. All rooms had large spacious windows giving an airy and open feel to the apartment - great wrap around balcony also.

There is easy access to  public transportation. The host was exceptionally fast in responding to questions. I have absolutely no complaints

All sightseeing spots are not far away, but also going out for dinner or simply start for a city tour is super comfortable. It was quite, safe, easy to park and everything you need is not more than a quick walk away. The host is super nice and supportive an will help you with all questions or needs. We can absolutely recommend this place to have a great time in Athens! There is nothing that did not meet our expectations.

Michalis was really accommodating, not only did he met us there late, he had fresh fruit and watermelon in the refrigerator. The apartment was well stocked as to other items as well.
