• Franziska (7/5): Zentral - Zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattet und zuverlässiger, freundlicher Kontakt. Gastgeschenk zum Empfang Mobiliar ist größtenteils nicht mehr in gutem Zustand. Couch sehr hart, Furnier vom Esstisch platzt ab, Bett unbequem und quietscht. Es hätte auch sauberer sein können. Beim gezahlten Preis sind diese Aspekte bei unserer Bewertung für uns ausschlaggebend.

• Stephen (9/5): The Neo Luxury Suite is an absolute gem! We would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again. - The location of this property is outstanding! Everything is a 5–10 minute walk away including Plaka, the Acropolis and metro stations. The inside is meticulously clean and the air conditioning works like a dream! Nothing!
• Aldona (9/5): - Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko, w pobliżu są restaracje kawiarnie. Mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze, ale jest winda, która działa bardzo dobrze. Bardzo ładna łazienka, wygodne łóżko i kuchnia też nieźle wyposażona (był cukier, sól, kapsułki kawy i mleka). Są dwa telewizory: w salonie i w sypialni. Wszystko działało dobrze: klimatyzacji używałam do ogrzewania, ale były też kaloryfery, które nagrzały się po pewnym czasie. W połowie mojego pobytu przyszła bardzo mila Pani z dodatkowym papierem toaletowym. Komunikacja z Właścicielem była bardzo dobra. Bardzo dobrym pomysłem były też niewielkie podstawowe produkty jak sucharki, dżem, Nutella i inne :) Bardzo dobre miejsce do wypoczynku, poza nocą sylwestrową, hałas był niewielki, nie musiałem ani razu używać zatyczek do uszu a mam dość wrażliwy sen. Trochę brakowało mi kieliszków do wina :)

• Kateřina (7/5): - Apartmám je opravdu v samém srdci města. Apartmán je čistý. Apartmán je hned naproti druhému hotelu, přes úzkou silnici. Je nutné mít zatažené žaluzie, s protějšimi lidmi si jinak koukáte přímo do postele (doslova!)

• Pantelis (8/5): - Καθαρό και τέλεια τοποθεσία Τις νύχτα έρχονται 2-3 φορές οι υπάλληλοι από τα μπαράκια κοντά και ρίχνουν τις μπουκάλες στους κάδους του γυαλιού και γίνεται πολλή φασαρία. Επίσης η καφετιέρα είχε για διαμονή 3 νυχτών 3 κάψουλες καφέ για 2 άτομα.

A little basket of breakfast things were there on my arrival and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The lift in the building was very old and so I avoided it. Climbing the stairs was good exercise though.

Κατά το check in δεν ήταν έτοιμο. Το ετοίμασαν έπιετα απο επικοινωνια.

It was central to everything and surrounded by lots of good places to eat and drink. Apartment was clean and had nice little touches with breakfast items and mini ouzo. • Diane (10/5): A haven in the heart of Athens - The location was ideal - very central but quiet. A lot of care had been taken with the presentation of the property and it was very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable! We had problems with the Athens airport strike disrupting our planned arrival but the manager was incredibly understanding and soothed our concerns by refunding the night we missed. Overall, excellent and highly recommended.

Wish there were instructions for washer/dryer posted and also for coffee maker. Could not figure out how to dry clothes, and husband wanted to make coffee, but did not know how to work it. I did find the instructions for the dryer in the check in information, but it was too late.

Overall, picking this apartment again for my next visit to Athens will be a no brainer, great value for money. The only thing I didn't like was the key situation. The keys are bulky and there's three of them if I remember correctly, if those could be replaced by a code that would be amazing.

Great blowdryer and washing machine. Great location. Pillows too hard and too high. Caused neck pain. Wifi was not working, we couldn't connect. Some wear and tear such as scuff marks on walls making it less elegant.

• Jodi (10/5): We would love to stay again - Perfect location - main sights and everything else needed is within walking distance. We stayed over a weekend but the only noises heard were the usual that would be expected in any city (no loud clubs etc). The host always responded extremely promptly to any queries and left a lovely welcome gift. The washing machine/tumble dryer were great. We couldn’t see any detergent for the washing machine but had some of our own. The TV had cable channels only but we were in and out of the apartment so much we didn’t need any more.

The location is perfect - right in the heart of Athens near shopping, the metro, lots of restaurants, and plenty of sightseeing. The host, Eran, is very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. He provided the most detailed and helpful check-in document I’ve ever received from a host. Self check-in is very straightforward and the building was quiet and clean. The apartment is well-furnished and stylish, and has a balcony and an amazing bathroom. I truly enjoyed my stay and will stay here again next time I’m in Athens!

It is located in the perfect spot, central to everything, yet we found the apartment on the 3rd floor very quiet with no noise from outside or within. The owners have taken great care of the place and added many fine extra touches to make the stay a comfortable one. The apartment is a very modern one, even though it is in an amazing older apartment building with an awesome elevator, right out of the movies. Any questions we had were promptly answered by our host, who was very kind, also providing any information or suggestions for places to eat. We would stay here again without question.
