Juste au dessus d un restaurant de poisson et fruit de mer ( restaurant qui ferme à 23h donc pas de nuisance ).... C est trop pratique !!! Appartement fonctionnel , très bien equipé avec décoration sympa . Je recommande !

• Demetra (9/5): Zentral, ruhig, gemütlich - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch, zentral aber ruhig genug um auch gut zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Appartment ist sehr gerräumig und war fur uns perfekt. Es gibt nichts wirklich zu kritisieren. Was nett wäre fur Leute die selber kochen wollen ist die Ausstattung an Topfen, etc. zu verbessern. Auch sollte man darauf achten dass die Wohnung viele Treppen hat, fur die die nicht so mobil sind konnte das schwierig werden.

• Pawlowska (9/5): - Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, przestrzenne, czyste, ładnie urządzone, wszystko było albo nowe albo w bardzo dobrym stanie. Mieszkanie jest w sercu dzielnicy z knajpkami, wieczorem wychodzi się z pokoju i po paru krokach jest ulica tętniaca życiem i bezpieczna. n/a

• Isha (10/5): Perfect getaway for a midweek! - Location was amazing, middle of the old part of the city close to big square, house was lovely and had a sweet balcony. Nice to have loft bedrooms. In this way we could keep on talking with eachother and still have privacy. : )
• Addie731 (9/5): - Fantastic location. Lovely large balcony with limited views of Hadrian's library. Excellent space for 2 adults and a child (as we were). Loved every minute of our stay. Endless taverna and restaurant choices are a stone's throw away. Situated directly above a bustling seafood restaurant if that's your thing.

• Peter (8/5): Living the loft life - The location was amazing. Right in the heart of Plaka. Had all the facilities needed. Wifi, hot water aircon and a full kitchen. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs so if travelling with luggage you will need to carry them up 5 flights.

• Catherine (8/5): Great place with a terrace and a rooftop in one of the best areas of town - The communication was fast and efficient. Before arriving, you receive all the necessary instructions. Check in is via a lock box with keys that are waiting for you. Can't be more easy! The location of the loft is absolutely perfect, in one of the nicest and hippest neighbourhoods in town. Although Psyrri can get very busy (lots of restaurants, tavernas, bars, terraces) and is very much gentrified, it still has plenty of authentic streets and corners. The loft is in a quiet safe street, above a restaurant with a terrace. Sitting on your own rather large terrace, you're part of lively atmosphere. Still, it's rather quiet and really pleasant. "Atlanticos", the restaurant downstairs is excellent, especially if you are fond of fresh fish! (no worries, no smell!). The loft itself is modern, clean and has all amenities for a comfortable stay. The 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed), are sober, pleasant and with a very decent bed. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Clean white towels and slippers for everyone. If needed, Loukas will make sure the cough in the living room is transformed into an extra double bed. So, the place can have 5 people. Although the loft isn't all that big, there is a sense of space because there are no walls except for the bathroom (it really is a loft). With the doors to the terrace open, it's really great. The kitchen corner is perfect for making breakfast and small dishes. You don't have a lot of pots and pans for extensive cooking, but then who would want to cook if you are surrounded by the best food imaginable? You can also order from the restaurant downstairs. The loft is a 4' walk from the very heart of the city (Monastiraki square). From here you can explore the Plaka neighbourhood, go shopping on Ermou, walk up to the Parthenon, or take the metro to about anywhere in the city (straight to the airport, Syntagma, Gazi, Piraeus, ...). Good price/quality! This loft is perfect for anybody with a normal physical condition. But, if you have difficulties using stairs, be aware that there are 35 steps to reach the loft (living room) and about 12 to 13 steps extra tot the bedrooms. The ladder to the rooftop has about 10 steps and asks for a little climbing. My friends (2 women in their forties), didn't go up the rooftop because they didn't feel safe about the ladder. Careful when you detach the ladder from the wall, it's very heavy - don't let your 10 year old kid do this! Once the ladder is in place and if you dare climb, the rooftop is nice. Not so much of a view, but lying on a sun bed watching the stars in the evening while listening to the sounds of the city, is a superb experience. There are 2 sun beds, no cough or table.

• Barbara (10/5): Chic modern loft in a great location. - The instructions for everything were easy to follow. I enjoyed the separate space for everyone. The bathroom was well appointed. It was nice that there was a tv and wifi available. The location is very close to the Metro and is centrally located. Easily walkable to many tourist attractions. The only metro we needed was from the airport and ferry. There is an excellent restaurant downstairs. I would have liked a bottle of water. Maybe I am just clumsy, but the coffee table is glass and hard to see, and it blended in to the floor and I kept walking into it. I had to move it under the stairs. It can be loud at night, but we were so wiped out we didn't have trouble sleeping.

• Nicole (9/5): Perfect location - The location was amazing. We liked having separate areas for privacy. The dreck was very nice. I loved the doors and windows that opened all the way to open the space and let the light in. I thought it might be loud due to the location, but the loft was very quiet. The washing machine did not work well, and we couldn't find a line anywhere to hang dry our clothes that didn't spin out. The bathroom had some old building plumbing type odors that seemed to get a little better when we poored water down the floor drain.

• Moumita (7/5): Good - 1) The location is absolutely great and the apartment had everything necessary for our family stay. 2) They allowed checkout at 1pm instead of 11:30am, which was quite helpful for us. 1) The bathroom, had a bad smell coming most likely from the open drain vent. 2) The apartment has a good flight of stairs, which would be ok for people traveling with small luggage. However, we had bigger luggage as we had been visiting other places in this trip, and it was very difficult to take the luggage up and down the stairs.

• Tina (9/5): Superb - Location, balcony, cleanliness, and roominess of the suite. The bathroom smelled due to what I believed were the drains. The entrance door to the apt was sometimes partially blocked by the restaurant patrons on the street. Neither of these issues was a deal breaker.
• Artemios (10/5): Excellent location, spacious and airy accomodation - The location is second to none,close walking distance to acropolis and surrounds, so as a train stop. The accomodation was very spacious and well laid out, comfortable beds , good air conditioning and clean throughout, it exceeded our expectations. The best part of it was a seafood restaurant downstairs - seafood was to die for at very reasonable prices. We will definitely come back again when visiting Athens Could be a staircase rail installed for loft bedroom -was a bit unsafe with small child

• Maureen (1/5): Extremely disappointed,the owner lied to us and we could not shower due to the mouldy bath - The location was central, however a very noisy busy restaurant directly below the property, also the front door to enter the property was amongst tables at the restaurant below. People sitting eating and watching you entering and leaving. The bathroom was very dirty, no proper shower and the bath was filled with black mould all tne way round.. The wardrobe for clothes was in the kitchen. No railing on stairs to the bedroom. Very dangerous pull down ladder to get to the roof top area again no handrail and could not be pulled down by myself or daughters. Dated furniture and nowhere to sit on rooftop. No door to close into apartment from front door outside after numerous stairs to enter.

• María (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was really amazing. Silvi received us at the house and she is a very lovely person, and made us feel really welcomed! The only bad thing was the laundry that didn’t work correctly.

The apartment was comfortable and well maintained. It is located right above a restaurant so it was noisy at night. But we have younger children and go to bed early.
