• Eugen (7/5): - This was a good value place to stay! Great location, nice apartment with huge windows and fairly comfortable bed. Good amenities in the kitchen, coffee and maker! While the shades didn’t block out all of the light it didn’t bother me. The AC worked well. I thought it was quiet and I slept well here. Very spacious place. Nice shower. As others have mentioned the cleanliness could’ve been better. The apartment needs a deep clean and would be nice for the windows to be washed. While the apartment didn’t smell like cigarettes like another review mentioned, the towels did. The host was nice and brought a replacement set, but after using them they smelled the same. If I were to guess they were air dried near a smoker. I’d recommend they get towels laundered to avoid this issue in the future. Besides that I loved it here and the host is responsive and friendly.

Neměla jsem pocit, že by si někdo dal záležet s úklidem. Následně majitel zajistil úkid apartmánu, avšak i tak byl úklid na nízké úrovni.

• Noelia (9/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, justo detrás de una avenida principal, muy cerca de la plaza de Monasteraki. Cuenta con una cocina equipada. El apartamento está genial para un par de personas, cuentas con todo lo necesario. Aunque en la calle se vean pintadas en las paredes, es una zona sin ningún problema, transita gente que no es en absoluto conflictiva, el tema de las pintadas se ve por toda la ciudad, está zona es muy buena. Pese a ser un apartamento muy chulo tiene algún pero, la limpieza, que si limpiaran un poco el polvo, sería genial, porque se ve que lleva acumulado mucho tiempo, es una pena la mala imagen que da, que entres y veas polvo por todos los sitios, en las lámparas, en los enchufes... Otro inconveniente es el ruido nocturno porque hay un par de garitos en la calle, no va mucha gente, pero se oye la música. Con unos tapones se soluciona si no estás acostumbrado al ruido, eso ya depende de a lo que cada uno esté acostumbrado.
• Noam (9/5): An almost perfect apartment with a very nice host in the best location in the city. - Awesome location! Close to everything, in the very center of the city’s night life and short walking distance from 2 different central metro stations (Monastiraki and Omonia), and an awesome cocktail bar that is located literally downstairs in the same building. The apparent is beautifully designed, with all of the necessary facilities for an excellent stay. The bed is great and the kitchen is very useful. Thanos the host is a very nice and friendly person who was happy to help with any requests or questions we had, including some non-standard needs we had for quite niche religious reasons. Overall it was a perfect base for a very good time we had in Athens! The biggest thing that bothered me was that I felt like there wasn’t enough light in the apartment. It might be a matter of personal taste, but at night (and sometimes even during daylight hours in cloudy days) the apartment was way too dark for my liking. It wasn’t a hazard or anything and we got around just fine, it just felt a little weird. One more minor thing was that the water pressure in the shower was lower than what I’m used to - it’s not a very big deal but I did notice that. These are minor things compared to the overall great experience but for some people they might be important

Lively neighborhood: The surrounding area is vibrant and full of restaurants, bars, and life at all hours. It's great if you enjoy being in the heart of the action. Everything at your doorstep: All kinds of shops and services you might need during your stay are just a few steps away. Spacious and well-designed studio: The apartment itself is roomy, tastefully decorated, very clean, and filled with natural light. The bed is comfortable and everything feels well maintained. Functional kitchenette: The kitchen is small but well equipped and adequate for preparing meals. Outstanding host: The host is extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He kindly allowed us to leave our bags at his apartment after checkout, which was a huge help given our late flight. Great value for money: Considering the location, comfort, and overall experience, this studio offers excellent value. No notable downsides: We didn’t encounter any significant issues during our stay.

Pudimos guardar las maletas unas horas. El baño totalmente reformado y limpio Quizá olor a tabaco, pero eso es culpa de los anteriores inquilinos, supongo. Los armarios un poco destartalados. • Petra (6/5): Gut - The location was great. You are right in the city center and can reach pretty much all the sights on foot and you have a good connection to the airport. The bed was freshly made and the bathroom was also cleaned, but otherwise I had the impression that it was only wiped through very quickly. The Christmas decorations were still hanging on the wall at the end of May. That didn't bother me, but I found it a bit strange.

Can't miss with this one. - The location is within a 15-20 minute walk to all major sites and the city center itself, nestled in the night life neighborhood of Psyri. Although this sometimes meant loud noises up to 4am, the windows block out the noise very well. The space itself is a large, comfortable studio apartment I could see my self living in long term as a solo person. It has all required amenities, a great shower, great storage space. Suitable best for a solo traveler, a couple, or two people (there's a retractable couch) The apartment is surrounded by windows, which does sometimes cause a greenhouse effect and heating up during the warm summer months. Thankfully, what we love, there's a ceiling fan as well as an AC which cool down the apartment quickly and effectively, even during 35+C.

• Alberto (2/5): Very poor - The accommodation has nothing to do with the photos or the comments, except for the location, the Psyris neighborhood. Impossible to sleep because of the noise in the area, in particular from a bar a few meters away, and the very bad soundproofing of the property: screams, loud music, noise beyond 4 am even on weekdays. Some parts of the room have a clear lack of cleanliness and hygiene (I provide photos). I do not recommend it at all.

• Kutalia (10/5): Felt like home - This apartment was great, it was quiet and close to the city center, Monasteraki subway line and all the archeological sites. During our stay we had problem with water heating and owner thanos came in 15-20 minutes and fixed everything quickly. Apartment was quite clean and spacious for group of friends. Cutesy little kitchen 🫶🏻 Nice neighborhood with good food places (try Tsiknaboom if you visit) ❤️‍🔥 Everything was great

Even my car had a wonderful time surrounded by greeks on the street. And what everyone said good about this place was true. Super safe for girls and solo travelers, easy to access, the building entrance is glamorous the bathroom gorgeous even mirror was goor for selfies l took some with my outfits, and lastly you are wall to wall shops, greeks are dancing in the street 20 steps away. -

• Hana (5/5): Not really clean, otherwise ok. - The location is perfect, everything is a few minutes away by foot. You also have an elevator, so you don’t have to carry your luggage on the stairs. The toilet flushes toilet paper and tap water is drinkable. The apartment wasn't clean, there was dust everywhere and long blonde hair on the floor the moment we arrived. Even though the cleaners supposedly came again to clean during our stay, the place still looked the same as the first day...there is also no broom or vacuum cleaner to do it yourself…what a pity :(
• Ali (9/5): Pleasant stay in Athens - We communicated before arrival with the owner, and at the arrival, Thanos came and explained details about the room, gave the keys. Room was clean and roomy, and it was the same as in photos. There was a small section for kitchen in the room (including some utensils, detergent, small refrigarator, etc), but we did not use these at all. Bathroom was of sufficient size. There is an elevator in the building. The room is on the first floor. Most positive side of the room is the location. It is at the center of everything in Athens (300 m to Monastriki metro and Ermou street). Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Omonio are at most 15 minutes (walking away). The Psirri where the hotel is, at the first impression looks seedy, but the environment is very safe and full of cafes-restaurants-bars. There is a supermarket on Athinas street (150 m away). We used the cafe Creme Royale (30 m away, serves nice/freshly cooked greek pies and coffee) for breakfast. The room has an iron, hair dryer as well. Wi-fi worked fine and we did not have any problems in connecting to internet. Overall, if we come to Athens again in future, I would consider to stay here. The main issue with the room is the noise (music + conversation) coming from the bar downstairs (up to 3-4 a.m. every night). In the evenings, we were very tired and we ended up sleeping after some time, but if you are very sensitive to noise, perhaps it is better to choose another place for accomodation (However, late-night noise is a common problem near/in all touristic centers: Plaka, Psirri, Monastriki, etc.) .

Also provided superb recommendations for the restaurants in the vicinity. Apartment is located in a great place, nearby the Monastiraki place and the Akropolis hills, and the local city market. Also with a great metro communication it allowed us to visit the entire city.

The host Thanos is the best host you can ever dream, I couldn’t find a bar to watch champions league match Napoli vs Real Madrid and he proposed us to watch it at to his place! The experience you love when travelling, we felt home away from home :) Nothing!

• Grau (9/5): Very central with good kitchen! - Great location, super well equiped kitchen for cooking. Thanos was very accommodating and let us leave our bags after checking out. Efcharistó! A little bit noisy (although it’s not on one of the busiest streets in the neighborhood), but as we were super tired we didn’t have a problem to fall sleep.

• Marius (9/5): Urban Studio in a great location in Athens - Great apartment with everything you need - air con, ceiling fan, dark blinds to cover the room from the sun, a small kitchen, comfy beds and enough space for three people (and a dog in our case 🐶). Heads-up to people who are sensitive to a little noise - there are two bars down the street that you might be able to hear in the evening (depending on the day).

Also there are a lot of traditional artisan businesses and restaurants in the area as well as more contemporary cafes and restaurants. I couldn’t get the tv to work but that was a very minor issue.
