Salle de bain propre Beaucoup de matériel domestique Excellentes informations avec photos pour arriver jusqu'à l'hébergement Quelques ustensiles cuisine qui manquent mais rien de grave. Pantoufles type hôtel seraient les bienvenues.

• alessandro (9/5): Molto soddisfacente. Atene è una città molto accogliente - L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto ben servita, in un quartiere tranquillo e ricco di bar, ristoranti, locali. Si arriva a piedi a qualsiasi attrazione turistica. L’appartamento in se è delle giuste dimensioni, molto ben organizzato e tutto funzionante alla perfezione, molto silenzioso. Suggerirei di togliere il grande tavolo del soggiorno e mettere al suo posto il divano letto. All’ingresso invece metterei un piccolo salottino.

• Karishma (8/5): Perfect for a Solo Female Traveller! - Fantastic location! I only had to use the metro going to and from the airport. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the apartment in the evenings. There is a really great coffee shop called, Samba, run by a local roastary just up the road which was a bonus! The shower was nice and powerful which was definitely appreciated after long days walking around in the heat. All in all, a great stay.
• Jannis (1/5): Worst apartment in Kolonaki so far - PART 1/2: This apartment and the host’s rudeness and inhospitality ruined my whole trip. There are no words to describe my dissatisfaction. When I booked the apartment it cleary stated that the flat is 70 m2. The office was shown in the photos (see 4/30 and 5/30) and it was never mentioned that this room isn't part of the booking because upon arriving I noticed that the connecting door to the office was LOCKED. I was furios as this was not part of the agreement. After informing the host, he wrote that it's charged extra and that it was stated when I made the reservation which is a blatant lie. I called booking.com's customer service and explained the situation and my wish to leave immediately as the apartment was not 70 m2 as advertised. They asked the host for a free cancellation but he refused. Another critique is the poor communication. Prior to my arrival I sent a message through the booking app that I wish to come between 15:00-16:00 p.m. The host answered within minutes and wrote it was ok. I arrived at the apartment at exactly 14:53 p.m. and informed him that I had already arrived. However, I didn't receive a reply, nor did I have any instructions on how to enter the apartment, so at 15:11 p.m. I called the owner BUT he did not ANSWER the phone, so I was standing there at the entrance door, totally exhausted from the trip, trying to reach the host in vain. So I called my mom and told her to try contact the host as I was running low on battery. She did and he finally answered the phone saying that he had already sent instructions and so on...Again, nothing but lies. The first message of the sort arrived at 15:33 p.m. and I finally could get the keys from the little box under the doorbells after almost 40 min of waiting. PART 2/2: When I entered the apartment I immediately felt the urge to leave. It was so tiny and not like other apartments at Kolonaki. The interior was of the cheapest quality and there was not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Just a glass bottle filled with tap water. There was no living room, just a couch in the hallway right next to the entrance door. The TV was also very small, like a computer screen. The overall condition of the apartment was bad and worn out. There were 2 big red plastic bags in the bedroom containing used duvets and I smelled at them and they had NOT been cleaned. I took a blanket from the little cupboard in the hallway. The blanket itself did not seem to be clean either as I found long dark hair in it. It was disgusting to say the least. The shower was so tiny that I couldn't move and I'm not big. Also, the apartment is full of mosquitos at night and they will bite the hell out of you. I was in agony and couldn't sleep for 2 nights, even though all doors were closed. Is is very loud in the building's hallway because of the thin walls and echos, e.g. when the other residents smash their doors or when the hallway is being cleaned. The balcony is also tiny and the view is not pretty. You will see the deteriorating buildings from across the street. A heartfelt advice for you: Do not make the same mistake as I did. Do not trust the good reviews for this apartment. Book somewhere else in Kolonaki with courteous & truthful hosts. I'd never stay at this apartment again. It was a horrible experience. Thank you for ruining my trip to Athens!

• Hanna (10/5): Sparkling clean flat in a central but quiet location with great host - Amazing, welcoming and very friendly host who was easy to reach. The appartment is in a very nice, safe and central area, but still on a relatively quiet street, so sleeping peacefully and uninterruped was not an issue. The place was very clean, great bed, amazing shower, great kitchen area as well. There are several coffee, breakfast, grocery and food opportunities in walking distance. The metro that takes you to the airport and around the city is a 15 minute walk away, Acropolis is also walking distance as well as the shopping street and main square. I was looking for the perfect spot in Athens to have a nice, peaceful yet fulfilling stay, and I did find it. Book it! You will not regret it.

In the hallway after you exit the elevator is pitch black if you are returning late. Thankfully the apartment is the first one, so you will not be in darkness for a long time.

Accepting our late check out as we had a late flight with no extra fees was really appreciated I liked everything. A stronger ac in the second bedroom would be an addition but may be Europe has its own regulations that I don't know about

The bed was very confortable, it was a quiet niegnoorhood and you are close to the center too (about 10 min walk). The hosts are very attentive and polite. Athen was also a part of our honeymoon vaccation and the they surprised us with coclate and sparking wine:). I can totally recommend.
