• frank (10/5): - Spotlessly clean, comfortable and a great location close to line M3 metro stop direct from the airport. Very nice bathroom with gear water pressure and lots of hot water. The host is in constant communication and responds very quickly. Being February is had the heating on and more than adequate. Fully equipped kitchen, but many restaurants close by at the metro Station. Supermarket close by. Would definitely recommend 👌 The building is old but also very clean

The location is quiet, 7 minute walk distance from the Kerameikos station (main line for port and airport). The host was excellent! Our stay was wonderful and we would highly recommend this property when visiting Athens. Aitäh!

• Angelos (10/5): - Ήταν όλα πολύ προσεγμένα. Το διαμέρισμα πραγματικά πολύ άνετο, ίσως και καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Η περιοχή, αν και όχι όμορφη, εντούτοις κεντρική και ασφαλής. Κάθε Σάββατο επειδή υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια, μπάρ και clubs έχει αυξημένη κίνηση και το πάρκινγκ γίνεται πιο δύσκολο. Όμως η διαμονή στο διαμέρισμα δεν επηρεάζεται από το συγκεκριμένο γεγονός, καθώς δεν διαπιστώσαμε τη νύχτα ενοχλητικούς θορύβους από τη κίνηση. Τελείως προαιρετικά και συμβουλευτικά προς την ευγενική ιδιοκτήτρια θα έλεγα ότι το διαμέρισμα χρειάζεται έναν επιπλέον καθρέφτη, καθώς υπάρχει μόνο ένας στο μπάνιο, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούν ταυτόχρονα δύο άτομα να ετοιμαστούν κατά την έξοδό τους...

• Dmitri (10/5): - Обходительность хозяйки, комфорт во всём, шикарная кровать, вид на Парфенон прямо из кровати. Великолепный душ. Вид на Акрополь с балкона и прямо из спальни намного лучше чем я ожидал! Если мы приедем еще раз, то без сомнений хотели бы остановиться тут же. Прожалуй, немного дальше от центра чем я рассчитывал. Но это потому что мы много ходили пешком. И иногда были слышны звуки улицы. Но в целом это совершененно не критично.
• Andreou (9/5): - The apartment was very clean, fully renovated, modern and beautifully decorated, even though the building itself is old. It was also in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the metro. The host was extremely kind and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. There was some noise due to the nearby train, and the bathroom door did not provide much privacy.
• Milen (9/5): Amazing place, I recommend - Close to metro station. The house is very clean, has all the necessary household appliances, the hostess was very kind. If I visit Athens again I will not hesitate at all where I want to stay. I highly recommend Narrow streets in the area, no shops nearby, but it is peaceful and quiet. And safe. I liked everything about the house - impeccable cleanliness and comfort. My wife and I felt great there.

The extra amenities and other stuff that was provided was very noticeable and made our stay more easy and enjoyable, the decor and set up was so pleasing and felt like we were staying in a hotel. The view of the Acropolis at night was stunning to see. Overall me and my partner enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again when visiting athens. Everything was perfect

Nice to be able see the Acropolis lit up. Great having a washing machine & lift to 3rd floor. I liked TV in bedroom as well as living room. Great facilities. Host answered quickly. Good to able to cook breakfast if u want. 10mins to metro but under 10 euros into Athens main square was easier. The location- mechanics working on cars on street right outside apartment front doors was a bit intrusive . I got used to it , but felt a bit uncomfortable at first .

• Ella (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very welcoming, beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. The shower always has hot water, the WIFI network and the AC are good. You can see the acropolis from the balcony. The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the city center and less than 10 min from the subway. Anna Maria, the hostess, is very pleasant, kind, and helpful. I stayed in the apartment for one night with a friend, and we will definitely come back on our next stay in Athens!
• Virginia (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend! - It was clean, tidy and had all the amenities that you can ask for. Maria had thought of everything! She checked up on us also to see if we needed anything else which was wonderful. The flat was also a short walk to the metro and supermarket which is also very convenient. The location is in an up and coming/being gentrified neighborhood, Gazi. Sidewalks around the area aren't pedestrian friendly. Would be challenging for the elderly.

• Bjorn (9/5): A great experience and an even better value for a stay in Athens! - A pool/hot tub is the only feature that could have bolstered the experience for my wife and me, but such is life. Here it is. The apartment is within walking distance of the Acropolis, which is a huge plus. And while that is a big selling point, we enjoyed the apartment the most. The host mentioned that she and her husband had recently renovated, and it shows. It's high-tech but simple, modern, comfortable and clean. The immediate area is more industrial and well outside of the tourist district - which we liked. And you can easily take the Metro train to and from ATH airport to the closest station, a 10-minute walk from the property. So you don't have to take a taxi. Lastly, the hostess was truly accommodating. My wife and I flew in early from Santorini in the morning and our hostess quickly and thoroughly prepared the place for us while we toured the city. She communicated with us consistently and made sure everything was taken care of. When we go back to the city, we'll be right back there. I say all of that to say this, it's a great apartment and you should book it. A pool or hot tub would have been nice, which is wishful thinking. When my wife and I were checking in, the elevator was out. That was an inconvenience but normal living. It was back on in no time.

• Vougiatzi (10/5): Best stay in Athens with everything you need! - If you are visiting Athens, do not look any further! We had the most wonderful time in this apartment. The aesthetic was so beautiful, the apartment was big and spacious with a lovely view to the Acropolis, two aircons, a fully equipped kitchen and a stunning bathroom with everything you need, even a washing machine! Everything was taken care of to the smallest detail. The owner was incredibly welcoming and they would regularly check with us to see if we needed anything. Even when we had an issue they were very happy to resolve it for us. This will be our top choice when we visit Athens again! Loved everything!!

• Benjamin (10/5): A beautifully modern apartment that feels chic and cozy at the same time. - Immaculate design, beautifully clean, and a great view! My only complaint is that my last night staying there, the electricity cut out completely in the unit. Not the building or neighborhood… just my apartment. So I had no way to charge my devices for my departure the next morning. I had to leave and go to a bar to have enough phone charge to have an alarm in the morning. The booking.com staff was quick and attentive to respond to my cry for help, and they tried to assist me, but I never got electricity before leaving the next morning.

• Sam_avi (10/5): Excalent decision - The apartment is amazing, clean, comfortable, organized, has all that you need and more. The owner is responsive and helps with what you need. Also making sure all stay at top shape when you arrive and when you leave. Not really a "didn't like", just a note to consider that the apartment is 6 min walk to the closest metro "Kerameikos". (We used the Metro around athens from Acropolis to Pireus a lot).
• Ionescu (10/5): A great vacantion with a special accommodation! - We felt great in Athens, the conditions in the apartament were great and the view, magnificent (you have directly view to the Astronomical Observatory, Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill). The location is near to the city center (20 - 25 min on foot), to the metro station (700 m) where you can find nice places to eat (Kerameikos), 2 min by car to Lidl. It was a very good experience and we want to thanks our host for the hospitality.

• Patrizio (8/5): Very good - Apartment was fantastic. Modern, comfortable. Location is not the best with auto repair shops surrounding the site. Subway is about a 5 minute walk away. Note that the window screen in the bathroom is very transparent in evening when showering with the lights on. Not an issue for me but neighbouring apartments do have a line of sight in so just a heads up.

• Barbara (9/5): Excellent stay in Athens with a cryotherapeutic twist - The apartment was very spacious and well-thought in terms of furnishing. Little balcony was amazing for morning coffee and breakfast, kitchen was more than well equipped (it even has a metal olive oil dispenser!), the bathroom had almost everything you need to function for a couple of days (q-tips included). I don't really get the comments about bad/shady localization - it was really calm at night, even when coming back from the city center on foot after 11PM. Yes, it is not the prettiest neighbourhood in the city, but for this price I think it's worth it. We stayed in the middle of February and the bathroom was FREEZING cold - as long as there was hot water available it wasn't much of a problem (you just have to make a steam room and prepare for everything in the bathroom to be wet). Hot water though was available only during sunny days, so prepare for cold shower when you see the clouds on the sky.

Hosts are super nice, they ask if you need anything all the time, so you can feel they really care about you. Also they prepare everything you could need - from coffee to plasters. Flat is really clean, modern and nice and have a wonderful Acropolis view. Truely it’s hard to say anything negative about this place - it’s 10/10!
