• Robin (6/5): Disappointing - Large space. Centrally located with good access to restaurants and walking distance to attractions The noise in the apartment at night made it impossible to sleep. Sounded like a nightclub in the secondary bedroom! No response to messages left asking about check in and couldn't get through on phone. Received message the following day. No instructions on operating items in the apartment or check out procedures. Email asked me to fill out information sheet in apartment, but there was no blank form. Just last person's completed form which included their personal passport information!

• Kevin (10/5): Excellent Accommodation in the heart of Plaka - The location was excellent The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with cups etc The size of the apartment was great The apartment is located on a quaint little square with a tree , no cars and little coffee shop. Very cute There was no toaster which was annoying because the list of facilities said there was a toaster. The was a toasted sandwich press but this is not a toaster .

Odporúčam všetkým, ktorí chcú spoznať Atény. Hostiteľ bol ústretový, milý, poradil nám úschovňu batožiny blízko ubytovania. Málo kávových kapsúl do kávovaru, 1 na človeka a noc. Nenašli sme potrebné kapsuly v žiadnom dostupnom supermarkete Škoda.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a bit nicer than the apartment we rented a couple weeks earlier in the same neighborhood. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommended!

• Tracey (10/5): Little Gem in Plaka - Four of us stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is fantastic, it is modern and absolutely immaculately clean. It is a large apartment with 2 separate bedrooms (very large comfortable beds) and also a double sofa bed in the living room (which was also very comfy, my sister and I shared this) . The apartment is fabulous and well equipped, absolutely everything has been thought of. There was even Nespresso machine and capsules. To top it off it is situated in a picturesque side street right in the middle of Plaka, if you walk to the end of the lane you come out onto a busy pedestrainised street full of shops and restaurants, it really couldn't be in a better location. Apartment is close to all the major sights, only approx 7 minute walk to acropolis and other attractions. Internet connection was good (and free) and the TV was set up with Netflix which was a nice touch. Clean towels were provided and plenty of bedding. Aircondioning was great. We had the pleasure of meeting Miltos- the owner of the apartments and he was a pleasant friendly chap. We would definitely stay here again! Nothing. It was the best apartment we have stayed in.

Comfy beds and so many decent pillows ! VERY VERY clean!!!! BUT the location 10/10! Amazing coffee just outside our door for a great price ! Best coffee we had in Greece in a week! Everything walkable! Acropolis from every angle! ROH roof top was a hidden gem! Food 100! 360 we got lucky and were at front working reservations! About a 15 min walk max! Such a great hub for all attractions and VERY safe ! Highly recommend for family’s . One king and one comfy Qeen plus a living room . Laundry washer a perk and clothes hanging out dry fast! The maid is outstanding with her angel of a helper ! This was a last min booking due to previous booking cancelling on us and we were leary without having time to research, but wow did we luck out with all above !

The apartment is in a perfect location in the heart of Plaka whereby the resturants are only a few metres away. We spent most our time around the Plaka and Monastiraki areas. Host spoke English and was available when needed. Internet was fast and reliable. Apartment had a washing machine which was handy. Apartment is nicer in person than what the photos show. Nothing. Everything was perfect

• Chirined (10/5): Perfect stay in Athens - When we first booked the apartment based on the photos on Booking.com, we didn't think it seemed very "luxurious". But it was spacious, and looked neat and well maintained. Upon check-in, we were very happily surprised that the apartment exceed well our expectations! Location: We weren't too sure about staying in Plaka, as it is very busy touristy. However, the apartment was at the edge of the area, in a small quiet street, right off of the busy area. We were on the first floor, and didn't hear any noise, specially at night (even on the weekend). It is also very close to the main highway, so we could walk and drag our brags pretty comfortably to where we could find a taxi. Apartment: Super clean upon check-in. VERY SPACIOUS. Kitchen has enough appliances for a whole family, it even had many basic cooking ingredients (salt, sugar, oil, coffee...etc.). Multiple sets of towels available. Multiple electric sockets in every room. Main bedroom bed is huge. Free wifi available. Self check-in/check-out were pretty easy, exactly as the instructions provided by owner said. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE WHO CARE: THE BATHROOM HAS A "SHATTAFA" (IF YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW!!! :D) All in all, highly recommended if, like us, you prefer an apartment to one hotel room. Thank you, Miltos! Not major issues but: Shower a bit small, but so is the case in almost every hotel/accommodation. Wifi signal was weak in one of the bedrooms.

Small cafe with croissants for breakfast is just a few steps away. Big, clean apartment on 1st floor, everything as described. Easy check-in at all times with key locker at the door.
• Anonymous (9/5): Amazing apartment close to everything - Property was in a beautiful area within walking distance to all the main items you would want to hit. As others did say in their survey, the people are LOUD. They don’t care at all there is a noise curfew and unfortunately the main circle they gather at is one house away. Dogs barking until midnight and people screaming singing etc, but with some background noise we were able to figure it out. We (the parents) just had to take the smaller room so the kids would be away from the noise.

The apartment is well equipped, from the fully equipped kitchen, to the excellent Wi-Fi system, the central heating system and an air conditioners in all rooms, laundry machine, clean towels etc. Miltos, the owner was available at all times for every request we may had. We liked the apartment very much!

We traveled as a family of four and we had no trouble getting the rest we needed after long days exploring Athens. Plus, Miltos was quick to respond to questions—really appreciated all his help and insight! The streets of Plaka around the apartment can get a bit noisy at night, but that's just how it is in such a popular neighborhood. We would have liked to have earplugs available to quiet the din, but other than that, the stay was thoroughly comfortable.

• Ophra (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful apartment. Clean, quiet yet very central and perfectly located for walking to all the major sites as well as shops and restaurants. The kitchen is very new and esthetic - well equipped including even a dishwasher. New and well-working air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms as well as main area. In the bathroom, as opposed to many places in Greece, the shower had full closing doors so the bathroom itself remains dry. Definitely recommend.

I arrived earlier than expected and Miltos quickly promoted the solution in order to get in early and equally on the way out. Extremely friendly, a spectacular host :).
