• Eirini (5/5): - Πολύς θόρυβος από μπαρ μέχρι τις 3 το πρωί, με κόσμο στον δρόμο και συνεχή οχλαγωγία. Τα κουφώματα δεν προσφέρουν ηχομόνωση, με αποτέλεσμα ο θόρυβος να ακούγεται έντονα μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

• Tasos (4/5): Facadoro Apartments - The location was really all that I'm giving the ratings for Ok where do I start The smell in our room was hideous we couldn't open the window as there was no flyscreen and fighting off the mosquitoes was another joy lol As the window was closed since we arrived we had no idea where the mosquitoes were coming from The WiFi was a bit of a joke too We contacted the team and followed all instructions but to no avail They sent other options and followed all the steps but still no WiFi Then they stopped following up The apartment was located across the road from a bar and the noise was constant till 4:30 in the morning so say goodbye to a good night sleep Would I recommend this apartment? No

• Haitham (5/5): Was fair in totall - The location was good , everything was on walking distance. Also it was self entry property and got clear information how to access and was easy . The floor was not clean ,i was walking inside with my white socks and got dirty ( became black under neath ) Second issue . I stayed for 2 nights but i could not sleep at all for 2 nights .. because of the noise from the nearby Bar , music was so laud til 3 am every night . Should improve it by fixing a soundproof windows at least .

• Lucia (6/5): Da soggiorni brevissimi. - La struttura è vicinissima a piazza syntagma ed è sopra tantissimi locali, quindi va bene per una coppia o per un viaggio di svago, sicuramente è sconsigliata per bambini. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'elettricità, ma il gestore è stato molto cortese e veloce nel risolvere la cosa, quindi, su questo, massimo disponibilità. Avrei gradito almeno una bottiglia d acqua nel frigo, visto che siamo arrivati molto tardi. La stanza non era pulitissima. Le finestre chiudono male quindi entrano tantissimi spifferi. Niente sapone, cestino della carta non svuotato, materasso completamente andato, sembrava di dormire sulla rete. Insomma, la posizione è ottima, il resto sia un po' lasciato così. Peccato!

• Ntora (1/5): Χειρότερο κατάλυμα που έχω μέινει ποτέ. - Κανένα amenitie. Έξτρα χρέωση για καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών και σεντονιών. Δεν υπάρχει νερό στο ψυγείο, κάψουλες καφέ τσάι σαμπουάν. Δεν υπήρχε κάποιο τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας ώστε να εκφράσουμε τις ανησυχίες μας ή έστω να καλέσουμε σε περίπτωση ανάγκης. Η επικοινωνία μέσω μόνο της booking μέχρι να το δει ο οικοδεσπότης δεν είναι επικοινωνία.

• Fabio (1/5): Incubo per il bagno - Grossi problemi con il bagno! Lo scarico si è improvvisamente bloccato, ed è fuoriuscita acqua dallo scarico del wc e dalla doccia! Un incubo considerando che ci siamo completamente attenuti alle regole scritte dal proprietario/gestore della struttura, e che dovevamo ripartire per il volo verso casa! Il bagno era inagibile completamente
• Manuel (8/5): - Excelente ubicación, la zona tiene mucha animación y está cerca de las zonas importantes como el Acrópolis, las agoras o Plaka. Respecto al apartamento, es pequeño pero suficiente. La cama de matrimonio bastante cómoda, una especie de cocina pequeña y el baño con ducha, saliendo el agua caliente al instante. El anfitrión muy atento, teníamos un problema con el baño (perdía agua y hacía ruido al recargar la cisterna) y envió un fontanero a arreglarlo al decirselo. La zona es MUY RUIDOSA. Recomendable (por no decir imprescindible) comprar tapones para los oídos.

• Tony (4/5): Plus jamais cet appartement, ce qui est dommage car il est bien placé dans Athènes. - Situation geographique Appartement extrêmement bruyant, musique et bruits des bars. Impossible de dormir avant 3h du matin. De plus, il y avait une ouverture dans le plafond des toilettes , le bruit de la rue semblait amplifié. Matériel ok mais pas 1 capsule café. Il manquait des lampes de chevet, au moins un torchon vaisselle. Une bouteille d’eau aurait été appréciée. Le rideau occultant de la cuisine était décroché au niveau de la hotte. Ce rideau est trop long et touche les prises électriques. Douche et toilettes très mal agencées. Fuite dans le tuyau de douche, régulation de l’eau défectueuse, passage du chaud au froid sans action extérieure. La photo ci-dessus ne correspond pas à l’appartement À1 que nous avions hier soir. Peinture verte et portrait Maryline Monroe sur le mur.
• Cayetana (3/5): Apartamento muy ruidoso en el centro. - La ubicación, está cerca de todo andando y a cinco minutos de la parada del bus desde el aeropuerto. Lo peor sin duda es el ruido de la calle. Está en una zona céntrica, con locales, lo cual entiendo, al vivir yo también en una gran ciudad. Pero en este caso daba igual tener la ventana cerrada o abierta, se oía la música como si estuvieras dentro del local, y no solamente el fin de semana, sino TODOS LOS DÍAS, mínimo hasta las 3 de la mañana. Además de eso, la cisterna del WC goteaba constantemente, y la televisión no se conectaba a Internet. De "lujoso" no tiene nada.
• Simona (6/5): Buona x la sua posizione ma rumorosa serale - La posizione è perfetta x girare Athene a piedi Ha tanti locali vicini ed è in uno dei quartieri migliori . La stanza ha tutti i suoi confort Avrei gradito trovare le cialde del caffè come ho visto è stato fatto x altri clienti ma va bene lo stesso. Proprio x via della sua centralità è super trafficata la via e di notte chi ha il sonno leggero faticherà a dormire in quanto sotto al palazzo ci sono diversi locali con musica alta fino alle 4 del mattino . Tutta Atene ha problemi con i tubi , ci sono stati giorni in cui la stanza puzzava in maniera atroce
• Stephen (4/5): If you have stayed in prison before you will feel at home, otherwise pay a bit more for a room - the location was good near trendy bars, easy to get to off the metro etc. The room itself wasnt too bad but the toilet was one of those with a tiny pump and you had to be very carefull when using it .The aircon worked ok The building the room was in was like something out of a hitchcock movie, decrepit decaying stair wells very low lighting you need a torch to see the code you have to enter to access the room.nearly couldnt get out of the building as had to leave 3.30 am for airport. luckly their was an old man who lived in the basement heard us and came to help.The building is on a very noisy street music till 3.0 in the morning i didnt get much sleep at all. Curtains don't fit windows didnt open ,
• Guest (6/5): Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλό/καθαρό, το κτήριο μέτριο. Η γειτονιά τα βράδια είχε έντονη μουσική. - Κάθε βράδυ μέχρι πρωίας υπήρχε πολλής θόρυβος από μουσική, γιατί κάτω υπάρχουν στέκια νεολαίας. Το κτήριο είναι παλιό, όπως και το ανσανσέρ, αλλά το δωμάτιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό και αυτό είχε σημασία! ΄Ενα βράδυ που επιστρέψαμε ήταν κατεβασμένο το σιδερένιο κιγκλήδωμα της εισόδου και μέχρι να σκεφτούμε τι κάνουμε τώρα; και να βάλουμε τον κωδικό για να ανοίξει, είχαμε αγχωθεί πολύ. Το επόμενο βράδυ που ήταν ξανά κλειστό, βάλαμε κωδικό, μπήκαμε και όλα μια χαρά. Για λόγους ασφαλείας το κλείνουν και καλά κάνουν, γιατί υπάρχει πάρα πολλής κόσμος το βράδυ εκεί που διασκεδάζει.
• Xenvus (1/5): Buona posizione ma gestione inadeguata e gravi disservizi. - La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale davvero comoda, perfetta per visitare Atene. È ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e consente di spostarsi facilmente verso tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Segnalo inoltre che, a seguito della mia richiesta, l’asciugacapelli guasto è stato sostituito rapidamente già il giorno seguente: una risposta tempestiva che rientra nei minimi standard di assistenza. Il WiFi promesso tra i servizi inclusi non ha mai funzionato correttamente. L’host ha negato il problema, sostenendo che fosse legato al mio dispositivo, e ha proposto l’intervento di un tecnico a mie spese nel caso non fosse riscontrato un guasto: una condizione inaccettabile per un servizio incluso nel prezzo. Successivamente, la comunicazione con l’host si è deteriorata a causa di toni aggressivi, sarcastici e poco professionali, con accuse personali del tutto fuori luogo. Inoltre, la stanza presenta seri problemi di insonorizzazione: affaccia su una zona piena di locali notturni, e prima delle 3 di notte è impossibile dormire a causa della musica ad alto volume. Grave anche la gestione del bagno, collocato all'interno della camera e separato solo da una vetrata che però non isola odori né rumori. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno ho avvertito odori sgradevoli provenienti dagli scarichi, soprattutto quando il bagno non veniva usato, probabilmente a causa dei reflussi dalle altre stanze. • Mathias Nahuel (8/5): Muy recomendable - Ubicación muy buena. Aire acondicionado funcional. Microondas, cafetera y heladera en excelente estado. Camada bien dentro de lo que hay. La ducha funciona bien pero pierde agua por la cañería y se moja el piso del baño, el cual no tiene nada con que limpiarlo. Una sola almohada buena para una pareja, un solo tenedor. Muy recomendable aunque tiene detalles para mejorar.

The apartment wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival, and had to remove a razor that had been left in the bathroom. The building is near a very busy bar, even with the windows closed the noise travelled a lot. Appreciate it’s not the property’s fault, but most nights I had loud music until 3/4am.

• cloé (3/5): - Situation géographique, en centre ville et proche du métro pour aller à l' aéroport. Du bruit , l' appartement n' est pas isolé et le bar en dessous fait boîte de nuit. Le broyeur des WC fait énormément de bruit. Le check in est impersonnel et pas du tout pratique, stressant. Il n' y a même pas un sachet de tisane en accueil.

• Liza De Vera-Preiczer (7/5): Perfect Location but Unbearable Noise!!!! - Location was perfect, right in the heart of Athens where historical sights, shopping and countless restaurants, cafes, pubs, coffee shops and theatres are all within walking distance. Unbearable noise especially during weekends! The management must do something to minimise the noise coming from the many bars downstairs that are playing extremely loud music. The bed is too low, while the 2 layers of mattresses are irritably soft and sagging on the left side. One can easily fall from the bed! The shower is open with just a narrow piece of glass that doesn't prevent water from splashing everywhere. If they can't remedy this problem, well at least provide extra towel mats to keep the floor dry!

Scordatevi di dormire ,sotto la camera ci sono locali che mettono musica a tutto volume fino alle tre del mattino.La doccia con la cornetta che perdeva inoltre mi è toccato asciugare l'acqua che ha allagato la stanza dato che il box è stato ricavato con due lastre di vetro malamente attaccate con un filo di silicone.Il phon guasto . Pulizia della camera appena accettabile.

Un poco de ruido del bar de abajo, pero tampoco exagerado ni hubo ningún problema. Si vuelvo a Atenas, intentaría repetir en el apartamento, porque la relación calidad-precio-ubicación me parece perfecta. Muchas gracias Había muchos mosquitos en la habitación, que creemos que entraban por algún sitio y un par de días se nos hizo complicado descansar; pero no sé si es un problema del apartamento o es algo que ocurre habitualmente en la ciudad. Compramos spray contra mosquitos y luego ya bien

Μειονεκτημα το μπαρακι απο κατω αλλα κ γεννικα πολυ φασαρια.Πριν τις 3 το πρωι δενμπορεις να κοιμηθεις απο τον ηχο.Χρειαζεται ηχομωνοση στα παραθυρα οπωσδηποτε.Ακομη χρειαζεται κ ενα καθρεφτη στο δωματιο.
