Le lit à l’emplacement de droite s’affaisse un petit peu et quand même assez bruyant, donc insonorisation pas top pour ceux qui craignent.
• Nicole (6/5): Laughable but a good view. People need to write more honest reviews because I fell for the 8+ score - Location, however the entry is questionable. We experienced drug addict actively taking drugs just outside the door It was a huge surprise honestly. It’s not a hotel it’s an air bnb which we did not know. It feels very unsafe when in the room as we had the key to only one lock on the door and there were many many more. The facilities we a bit laughable, one pillow each and a Kmart duvet etc. the curtains don’t close either. But the most surprising aspect was the shower! It’s not a shower…. It’s a tap with a hose you can hold to was yourself with and it is a tiny hot water system that ran out of hot water after my husband took a 3 minute shower! Don’t make plans to wash your hair lol.
• Heide (10/5): Top Lage am Puls der wunderbaren Stadt! - Top Lage, mitten im Zentrum, wenige Meter von der U-Bahnstation Monastiraki- war perfekt für uns! Wir hatten eine tollen, seitlichen Ausblick auf Akropolis! Im selben Haus befindet sich ein schickes Lokal, mit tollem Frühstück! Danke Yiannis für den netten Empfang, die guten Tipps und die freundliche Unterstützung! Efcharisto poli! Die Einrichtung des Appartements könnte man als etwas abgewohnt bezeichnen, es war aber dennoch alles funktionstüchtig und sehr sauber, somit für uns völlig ok! Für extrem lärmempfindliche Gäste könnte es aufgrund der zentralen Lage doch etwas laut sein (obgleich die Lärmschutzfenster recht gute Dienste leisten)

• Damla (10/5): - Great location, everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and communication was very good. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back. The only small suggestion would be to add a sheer curtain, as the room is directly visible from the opposite building.

• Julia (5/5): - L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, et pour récupérer les clés etc. tout était très facile L'avortement est vraiment situé en plein cœur d'Athènes et malheureusement les fenêtres sont pas assez étanches. Ce qui fait que l'on entend tout le bruit de l'extérieur. Cela ne se calme que jusqu'à deux ou 3h du matin. Donc ce n'est pas facile de dormir pareil la salle de bain est assez petite et l'eau chaude se coupe au milieu de 10 minutes de douche, il faut aller manuellement la rallumer ce qui est assez désagréable parce qu'il faut ensuite bien entendu attendre quelque chose avant de pouvoir continuer dans sa douche
• Lucijanna (7/5): - Lokacija je zaista savršena! Doslovce 50 m od metroa, a u pješačkoj zoni 10 minuta sve najvažnije! Mladima bi se mogao svidjeti noćni život koji se odvija do sitnih sati, subotom do jutra upravo ispod apartmana. Nama buka nije smetala, a bilo je lijepo biti dio tog moovinga. Ujutro kvart odiše domaćinskom atmosferom jer je sve prepuno dućančića i kafića. I pogled savršen, dakle Akropola na dlanu! U blizini najbolji suovlaki (Pita street food). Imam zamjerke na sobu, jer to je soba s kupaonom i uguranom kuhinjom. Sve je jako stisnuto, nigdje se ne možeš mimoići s drugom osobom, pult za doručak je uz vrata wc-a i jako malo stvari, recimo samo dva nožića, jedna šalica i par tanjura, nema stola... Čak je i ulaz u zgradu uzak, mali lift za dvije osobe...

Location is great, close to everything, metro line for airport just next door to entrance to the building. Flat has all you need, it is not too loud considering the fact it is just in the heart of the city. Host provided all info we needed for easy access and he was offering help during our stay. N/A

• xalbag (5/5): Παρόλα αυτά προτείνεται γιατί είναι στο κέντρο με πρόσβαση όπου θέλεις. - Η περιοχή είναι ιδανική για οποίον θέλει να επισκεφθεί την Αθήνα, σε αυτό βοηθάει το ότι είναι δίπλα ακριβώς από στάση του metro. WC και ντουζ άψογα. Η εξωτερική πόρτα του δωματίου δε παρέχει το αίσθημα ασφαλείας που θα έπρεπε. Το στρώμα τα μαξιλάρια και τα σκεπάσματα χρειάζονται αντικατάσταση και αναβάθμιση. Η τηλεόραση χρειάζεται κεραία που να λειτουργεί και νέο χειριστήριο. Όσο για το όνομα και την θέα από το οίκημα άκρως παραπλανητικό.

The width of the room was good and the big windows gave a goog light to all the room .The oner answered immediately The bathroom is so small ,if u are more than 1.6 m tall, taking a shower would bother ... The curtains does not cover enough the window so u would be exposed to the building at the opposite side of the street , the darkness in the room make me irratated

The apartment street side has everything you might need. Including a washing machine, iron, kitchenette. Airconditioned. Does have view at Acropolis! Curtains not blinding light and didn’t cover the windows. Had to buy sleeping masks. Very noisy on Saturday night (and presumably also on Friday night), other nights were less noisy. This was beginning November. We did book with the reviews saying it was not noisy, but it was. We had sleepless nights.

Bedside lights had no connection. Very limited cooking facilities and utensils. Very hard to find as the name is not displayed anywhere outside. Owner very courteous and attentive.

• Begoña (6/5): - La ubicación es genial, está al lado de la parte más turística y está cerca de todo. Al lado del alojamiento hay supermercados, restaurantes y cafeterías. En este alojamiento se destacan las vistas a la Acrópolis y aunque es cierto porque se ve desde la ventana, no hay un lugar "real" desde el que disfrutar de las vistas porque no hay balcón o terraza, solo una ventana. Por lo tanto si escoges este alojamiento por las vistas, te recomiendo no hacerlo. Hay otros muchos rooftops y restaurantes donde realmente sí se puede disfrutar de las vistas. El alojamiento es muy ruidoso, se escuchan ruidos a todas horas de la noche y a pesar de que es comprensible porque estás en el centro, las ventanas no aíslan y se escucha todo, incluso la música del ascensor que está muy alta. La cama es bastante incómoda porque es muy pequeña y dura y las almohadas son demasiado finas. Para recoger las llaves es bastante complicado, está en un portal donde hay un hotel y no está señalado en ningún sitio el número del edificio.
• Christopher (9/5): Top Lage! Besser geht’s nicht! - Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt Utensilien für kochen und waschen. Wir haben jedoch davon nichts genutzt. Das beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage! Super nah zur U-Bahn (die auch zum Flughafen fährt) und zu vielen Restaurants. Auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Große oder übergewichtige Personen werden ihre Probleme bekommen. Der Preis für das Zimmer war recht hoch. Allerdings ist dies in ganz Athen ein Punkt.

• jasmine (8/5): Great location - This property is in an excellent location. Walking distance to most places but has the metro less than 30m away. The staff were extremely helpful and checkin was very easy as long as you look at the photos of where to find the lockbox. Couldn’t reccomend it more for a short stay in Athens! The bed was quite hard and there was only one pillow which is quite typical for Europe.

The studio had everything I needed, there was an extra blanket, hairdryer, even an umbrella and iron, a kettle and a hot plate. Absolutely fine for my one week stay and mostly eating out, totally recommend The street was very load, the internet had some issues
• Katerina (1/5): You can find much better place to stay in such a location with this money. - The location was great and we could leave our luggage until we had to go to the airport but the receptionist from the other suites held it because that room we stayed is inside another hotel. We couldn’t find the apartment because there wasn’t any number outside and there was another hotel there and we couldn’t imagine that Acro view was inside another hotel and we called the owner several times but his phone was switched off. The advertisement of the room is much better than it is in reality, but I don’t know if the other rooms are better maybe we got the worst one. Old cheap furniture the bathroom door does not close, the curtains didn’t cover well the windows and they were not black out curtains, so if you want to sleep longer you can’t because the light wakes you up. Also in the closet there is a bathroom sink.

If you love shopping and want an authentic Greek experience. Visit Monastiraki square and Plaka. The old ancient Agora is now open. Worth visiting. The Acropolis ruins lit up at night - majestic. A safety deposit box would be great. Something to consider.

• Anthony (9/5): Great location! - There is a lot to like about this room. The room is a nice size with a large bathroom and a small kitchette. Bed was a nice size. Had a view of the Acropolis from the window. You are a very short walk to Monstiraki Square so it was easy arriving from the airport and leaving to shop and sightsee. The location, kitchenette, and room size make this way better than a standard hotel room. There was an elevator which is always great. This room was in a building with a hotel that had a small reception and someone was always there once you enter which makes the building feel safe and secure, even though I think Athens is a safe place anyway. The owner was amazing and very attentive and would write back very quickly. I would easily stay here again, even during a heatwave. Haha. I thought we had booked a room with a washing machine. This one had a spot for one but it wasn't there. Could be my mistake since I did change my reservation once. The AC would work but it wasn't very strong and we were there during the heatwave. Owner did come and check it out and clean the filters, but it didn't help. Entrance is a door under an overhang by a restaurant that is closed a lot (so the metal doors are drawn down). It has a sign for a hotel. Needless to say, I had trouble finding it the first time.

Everything you need for s comfortable stay A Little bit difficult to find- the street address is perfect however the name of the establishment appears nowhere so is a bit confusing when looking for it the first time

• Dmitry (7/5): B&B apartment looked like if constructed of whatever pieces - Property located right in the old center in Monastiraki, in a very convenient location to explore main attractions in Athens on foot. For example - just 15min walking to Acropolis or 20min waking distance to the Archeological museum. Very convenient. Polite and nice communication with the owner. You can see a bit of Acropolis when looking to the side of the street from the window :P Overall this B&B apartment looked like if constructed of whatever pieces of wood, plastic, furniture, cooking utensils and equipment the owner could find :) If you open a wardrobe you'll see even more "archeological treasures" this place is constructed from :) Curtains are too short to close the windows from the street lights at night, this makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Big bed is very basic and hard. Room is relatively clean but everything is at the cheapest minimalistic style. Wi-Fi is extremely slow to stream anything. Bath room is minuscule. Also door isolation is very poor as you can perfectly hear anyone making the noise on the floor. Seems this apartment is privately owned and located inside of the B&B hotel building (with much better rooms). We simply didn't enjoy this place, the only benefit is close proximity to main historical attractions.
• Christine (1/5): This room is not what it looks like o the advert - Location in Monastiraki close to amenities Firstly,  the only positive here is the location. So close to Monastiraki with all the shops, bars & tavernas very close by. We found that our room was on 5th floor of St Bjur Suites Hotel where we had stayed many times before so we were looking forward to this. We did not realise that our room was an air bnb room & NOT actually part of St Bjur Suites at this time. Annoyingly we paid extra to have a one bedroom apartment. What we actually got was an open plan room with a tiny shower room with a toilet which was not what we paid for. The quality of the fittings were extremely poor.  Badly fitting kitchen units that look shoddy. Some mirrors on the mirrored wardrobes were cracked & broken. The curtains were not even wide enough to cover the window so the room was bright at night. The windows do not block out any noise at night even on the 5th floor. The shower is small & there is a dangerously low corner in the shower itself that could easily cut your face or head. The shower head itself had sharp edges on it as the silver covering was peeling off in places.  The bathroom is so small that there is hardly any room to use the toilet comfortably either sitting or standing. The kettle is fixed into position above head height which is dangerous & we did not use this. The fridge handle had been broken & was stuck with glue & looks terrible.  The bed was very low not what we expected for a premium rate room, which had chunks of veneer missing in places. The owner had left an old bathroom sink in one of the overhead wardrobes & a box of tiles in another one. We did not contact the owner regarding the above as I was recovering from a major surgery & could not cope with the stress at the time. The photos on the advert on booking.com do not match the photos that we have taken even though the room is the same, so don't be fooled by this.

• Kyriaki (4/5): Good position but needs alot of improvements ! - It was close to the centre and it was very accessible. It's the second time we stay in this apartment. TV antennas was closed both times so people cannot watch TV and i had to manually adjust the antenna to watch the news. The air vent in the bathroom was Disgusting both of my stays and it was never cleaned. Toilet paper was only limited to 3 pieces. And you could not shower for more than 5 minutes because the water went cold probably with a timer. So only 1 person could shower at a time with a time gap until the water was warm again. The only upside was that we were close to everything and the position was great. Unfortunately there were construction workers in the next apartment that was attached to the room and they started working from 8am until 6pm and we could not rest the day for a bit.

• Hande (9/5): Wonderful Location - The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. Even if we didn’t use, there is cutlery and electrical stove. The room was big enough for two people. The location was great and easy to access everywhere, both by foot and public transport. Also, we felt safe since there is a staff present both day and night at the entrance of the building. Since it’s located in a very alive street there is always some noises, even at night. However, it isn’t a big problem if you’re heavy sleeper. Also some little flies were around in the bathroom.
• Akh07 (7/5): Great location, basic room - Great location, in the middle of the action, lots of restaurants nearby and you can walk to all of the sights. The apartment was clean. There is construction happening outside the room and next door. One day, he started drilling early in the morning and myself and other guests woke up. There was a piece of the wall missing when I arrived, I am not sure if it is from the construction but part of the wall had fallen on a table. The room is right next to the elevator so it can be loud. The bathroom had a bad smell--it was clean, but I think it was from the drain.

We came from the ferry and it took us 30mins. Loads of bars and restaurants in the safe neighborhood. View onto the acropolis. 15 mins walk to the acropolis entrance. Clean room, and comfy bed, easy to find as per instructions from the owner. We stayed 2 nights and it is good value for money. We had a 24 hours metro ticket which is worth to get it in order to explore other suburbs NA
• Marina (8/5): Only an overnight stay so this small apartment suited our needs well enough - Location The noise from the traffic below meant we had to keep the windows closed.
