• Slavka (10/5): New, modern with perfect services directly in the centre - Great location right in the center, but without any street noise. The furnishings are new, fresh-smelling, and clean. Breakfast had to be ordered; it’s not served in the same building, but you can go to a different restaurant in the area every day or have it delivered to your room. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped, and you can even cook there. Room service was available every day if you wanted it. Alternatively, there was also the option to have your laundry done for free if you provided the detergent. We recommend downloading a QR code reader app. The owner responded immediately, even at night, if you needed anything. We definitely recommend it. Thankmyou for all.

Evryone was crying go away, don't park here... etc. I had to bring my luggage about 600-800m. The parking was in Chinese-Pakistan block. I was hoping to find my car there 😞 The humidity into room was very high, and my daughter aggravated asthma 😒.
• Sofia (8/5): Excellent location, nice stay! - Apartment is fully functional and brand new! hot water available any time, facilities and design are amazing! The shutters/curtains do not fully black out the light, so you wake up as soon as sun rises. Bedroom was only cleaned once, probably got missed by accident but as soon as we reached out to support it got sorted out. We had room number 7, next to the cleaners and in the morning they were very loud waking us up, meaning sound isolation is not really good. Overall value for money.

• Manderly (9/5): Estupendo - El apartamento está muy bien situado y no necesitamos transporte para visitar los principales sitios turísticos. Además, estaba muy limpio y era muy cómodo. Por ponerle alguna pega, le faltaba un extractor en la cocina, algo de menaje (algún vaso más, algún plato...) y el microondas podría estar en el armario superior, dejando así sitio en la encimera (además de que estar enchufado pegado al fregadero no es lo más seguro).

Όταν πληρώνεις για 24 ώρες εκ των οποίων οι 5 είναι υπέρ του ιδιοκτήτη, αυτό είναι υπερβολικό. Φυσικά και πρέπει να δίνεται έμφαση στον καλό καθαρισμό, όπως αναφέρουν όλοι οι ιδιοκτήτες ως δικαιολογία, και πράγματι το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, αλλά θα μπορούσαν να δίνουν περισσότερα χρήματα, ώστε να απασχολούν περισσότερα άτομα για τον καθαρισμό των δωματίων, αντί να θέλουν να επεκτείνουν το διάστημα μεταξύ check out και check in των πελατών.

The keypads to the neighbouring rooms were so noisy they woke us in the night. There was quite a lot of noise from rubbish collectors in the middle of the night. They were noisy for over an hour. Carpark was difficult to get to and over 750 meters down streets from the room.

• Joffrey BION (7/5): Great location, but very noisy - It's very close to everything: most things to see are within walking distance (about 20min max). The staff is very responsive, they have a dedicated WhatsApp group chat acting as the reception and it works really well. The noise! The center of Athens is very lively and noisy (cars, church, motorbikes), and we can hear everything from the room. We can also hear everything in the corridor (everyone typing their code at any hour). It is not soundproofed at all. So if you're sensitive to noise, watch out! Because this is not a hotel, the "included" breakfast is either a box or has to be taken in one of their partner restaurants.

Το πάρκινγκ βρίσκεται πάρα πολύ κοντά, κάτι που μας εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα. Η επικοινωνία με την υπεύθυνη ήταν παραπάνω από άψογη – ευγενέστατη, πρόθυμη και πάντα διαθέσιμη. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Lots of mails upfront, we really got annoyed. Not in line with the booking plrtal - check out time is until 11 o‘clock. I wanted to extend, not possible. They say you can leave the luggage until 1-3 pm, we went for breakfast and came back right afterwards and it was right after 12 and the already cleaned the room. We were not so fond of the room, the ambience was not the spend time in the room. There are nicer options in Athens for a cheaper price. The parking lot is not in- house, but 7 minutes walk away on an unguarded parking field. If you have some luggage, it is not convenient.

• David (9/5): Bright and airy apartment with free parking. - Location great for everything, free parking a big bonus in Athens, bright and airy room, good size room and bathroom. All good ! On arrival we were kept in touch with instructions on how to enter the building and apartment, so no confusion. We visit Athens often and would definitely stay again. A little noisy from other guests and from the cleaners room which was right next door. Not a great view but on the fifth floor so could ignore what was below. Bigger cups for tea and coffee would be good. The free breakfast arrangements were long-winded and confusing so didn't bother.

As if that was not enough, informing the owner about it through message (without asking a refund or anything), I didn’t receive any response. Not even an “Apologies for your unfortunate experience, we’ll put in every effort to make sure it won’t happen again”. That is quite a red flag on the way they see their clients.

The huge texts messages we receive prior to check in are kind of misleading and difficult to understand for a tired traveler. I suggest reducing the text and making it more to the point
