• Nicholas (9/5): Great apartment, ideal for a family - This is a beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, impressively spacious, well equipped, ideally located 5 to 10 min walk from both Thissio (for green line metro and views to Acropolis) and Kerameikos (on the blue line which serves the airport). The neighbourhood is calm with a choice of decent value Greek restaurants, bars, two great bakeries and supermarkets. We have done various city breaks in Europe as a family, and this was easily one of the nicest apartments we have had, and excellent value. It was also very relaxing for our stay, as the arrangements with the owner were no stress, all communications clear and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this for a family. No real problems. You can sometimes hear trains from some rooms, but not loud. Would maybe prefer a thicker pillow on double bed. Everything else was perfect
• Nili (9/5): Great homey apartment in a great location - The apartment is in a great location in walking distance to the acropolis and Plaka. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The second bathroom was a great plus. Even though the apartment is above the train, once everything was closed up we couldn’t hear anything. The only minus was that they did not leave enough toilet paper for a family of five. When I inquired the response I got was that the toilet paper is complimentary and if I need more I need to purchase. I have stayed in many short term rentals and this was the first time I got such a response.

• Carine (9/5): Nice appartement close to everything Athens has to offer - Beautiful appartement! clean, comfy,well equipped!The atmosphere is welcoming. Well located near thiseio, 15 min from Plaka and entrance for Acropolis. Very close to entrance Agora. We have never used metro. nothing
• Ben (9/5): Everything a family needs in just the right spot in Athens. - A great apartment with plenty of facilities for a family stay. Wonderful location - close enough to easily walk to all Athen's sights, but in a neighborhood that felt local and relaxing.
• Claire (9/5): Great central apartment, close to everything. Well furnished and very comfortable - a real gem! - Lovely apartment with a good level of furnishings and most items you would need to self cater. It excceded our expectations. The WIFI worked well and was easy to access. The air-con worked well in the bedrooms and was comfortable in the main living area, very important in mid-July! We loved the view from the front balcony, overlooking the restaurant below, although there was no noise, which was good. The restaurant was also very good, so would recommend. We also liked that there was a 2nd balcony at the back of the property, accessed by the main bedrooms, and meant there was sun on one of the balcony's all through the day, great for drying washing etc. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which the host is upfront about, but this was no issue and meant great views and no noise from above as it was at the top of the building. The apartment is a 4 minute walk to a gorgeous local bakery, local supermarket and independent shops. Only 15 mins to the Acropolis, 10 mins to Monstiraki square and 5 mins to the metro. We walked every where, even at night and with 2 teenage girls and felt very safe. The area is mainly residential and we really liked this. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again next time we are in Athens. A full length mirror in the apartment would have been useful.

• Ahmet Can (10/5): - It's location is pretty great. Key retrieval and check-in was explained in a very clear way.The host were very communicative and helpful to us. Overall a great spot to stay for families or big groups of 4 or 5. Nothing!
• Colleen (10/5): Great spot - The location, great restaurant right outside the apartment. Two metro stations nearby. Lovely walk to the acropolis . On Sunday ther were many craft people set up along the walk to the Acropolis. Close to parks and Agora. There is a mini supermarket 3 blocks away, also a bakery on the way to the supermarket. Washing machine worked well, hung clothes on rack on back balconey, they were dry by morning. In the evenings there was loud music that seemed to be coming from across the metro line, but it finished before midnight, but if you had young kids it would be disturbing.
