Nic więcej do wyboru. Ale mogliśmy wieczorem dostać pizzę, gdy następnego dnia nie mogliśmy skorzystać ze śniadania.

• Linda (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location - The location of the apartment is fantastic, within walking distance of everywhere you want to explore as well as cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is wonderful, large open plan room which was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Everything available in the kitchen you would need. Bottle of water, wine and juice were all lovely welcome touches. Great communication from Yiannis. While this property is in a great location within walking distance to everything unfortunately its location is also its downfall. We found it to be very noisy throughout the night (we did stay over a weekend so appreciate the volume may be elevated). Perhaps if something could be done with the windows / glazing this would help alleviate the noise somewhat.

• Anne (10/5): - Estuvimos una semana en Grecia y tres días en Atenas, y sin duda este fue el mejor alojamiento de todo el viaje. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad, el desayuno excelente y la atención en el restaurante La Pizzetta simplemente inmejorable. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y cercanía de Anna, la dueña, que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda repetiríamos y lo recomendamos al 100% a cualquiera que visite Atenas.

Ubytování vypadá přesně jako na fotkách (včetně velikosti). Dveře do koupelny by mohly být lépe izolované pro větší soukromí, ale to je detail.

• Dobre (10/5): In the heart of Athens this studio its worth staying in. - Easy access and guidelines to enter in the apartment. Info received via whatsap how to get to the apartment from the airport. Host very nice, responsive, their breakfast place is quite cozy. I enjoyed their openness and availability. Apartment is placed in a nice area, not so quiet but the ap is sound proof :). The area is full ov everytthing that you need by walking distance.
• K (5/5): Close to the city centre - This property is conveniently located near the city centre but is still peaceful and quiet. We stayed on the first floor, and there was a lift available, which was very helpful. It was a nice touch to find the air conditioning already on when we arrived, and they had provided water and juice for the children, which we really appreciated. The staff helped us with the airport taxi and the communication was great. What we did not enjoy was that on the first night, our children had a few bites on their legs, which we initially assumed were from walking around the city. However, by the second and third nights, we noticed the actual cause—cockroaches, insects, and mosquitoes in the room. While we understand that such occurrences can be common in warmer climates, this was not our first visit to Athens, and we had not experienced this issue before. Unfortunately, it did affect the children’s comfort during our stay. The breakfast was adequate, though the selection was somewhat limited.

• Hj (5/5): Suitable for younger guests - Location....we were able to walk everywhere really easily. Cleanliness of Apartment. Complimentary water wine and juice in the fridge. Breakfast. Wifi Good communication with host Felt very safe. The noise from the street .No soundproofing extremely noisy all night day. Definitely need early plugs to sleep. Toilet seat is still broken and toilet doesn't flush properly. Bathroom is mouldy and very small. Bed is extremely low and uncomfortable. Entrance is dirty and very uninviting. Accommodation is more suitable for younger guests as feels very studenty and we found it uncomfortable as an older 60 + couple.

Breakfast was great, mix of fresh toast, pastries, cheese balls and samosa's and any coffee you prefer. Great location to anywhere you need to go fantastic restaurants, flea markets and tourist area's. Toilet flushing was bad and you need to be comfortable with the people you travel with because you can hear everything your travel partner is doing but that's not down to the host.

Close to everything by foot, all the amenities, very good sleeping, welcome treats. We will come back for sure! Not having staying more nights
• Ana (10/5): Rare find - It is very centrally located, the apartment is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, has a double bed with a bookcase , a sofa bed , a table , a desk a kitchen with everything : kettle, coffee machine , stove and all the accoutrements, washing machine , fridge . Complete bathroom and wardrobe . The staff contacted me diver the directions to get inn which were super clear , they were super nice. I got in a little early and met the cleaning lady who was super nice . A lot of amenities : slippers , toothbrush, soap and shampoo and even earplugs . I guess the not-so-quiet area is the trade off for the lively area It was super

It was not comfortable at all. Also the breakfast is boring especially when you have to eat the same things every morning.

Yiannis was a polite and helpful host, he send me all the information that I needed before my check in, he also did let me leave my suitcases in his place. The apartment is well located, but be mindful that can be quite noisy during the night as it is located in a central district, but Athens never sleeps so I didn’t mind it at all. I have nothing to negative to add

• Alexandra (5/5): It’s not a bad place overall. But the cleanliness and toilet issue killed it for me. - Location is great, good value considering how central and modern the accommodations are. The host is responsive. No issue with self check in. Host was helpful arranging airport transfer. Overall the room was nice but what killed it for me was the blood stains on the bed sheets. I believe the sheets were laundered as the place appeared freshly cleaned upon check in. However, it’s unacceptable that the cleaners placed blood stained sheets on the bed. This never should have happened. It was impossible to feel comfortable and at ease when trying to sleep which ultimately meant I didn’t rest well. Also, the toilet didn’t flush. My husband eventually figured out the water tank in the bathroom was shut off and turned it on. A heads up from the host would have been helpful. We realized why it was off. The water runs continuously so if you keep the tank on, you’re left with the sound running water in the background. Lastly, the host knew we had to leave early to catch our taxi to the airport. We were told breakfast would be ready for 8:30am. Come 8:30am breakfast wasn’t ready. After waiting 15 mins, we decided to go elsewhere to make sure we’d get to the airport on time.

• Rachel (8/5): Very good - Location and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The breakfast was very good. The shower head needed changing and toilet seat was broken. Also, the shower curtain fell down. There is noise from the street throughout the night and so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs.

• Gina (10/5): Perfect studio flat in the centre of Athens - This is such a nice studio flat and perfectly located in central Athens. I stayed with my two teenagers and they loved it too. Communication with the host was great. We will for sure stay here again. Overall amazing!
• Eugene7-7 (6/5): Great crash pad for a night or two at most - Location and cleanliness is a big plus. Also free breakfast by Michael from LA Pizzetta is very good. Location is just great, walkable to everything - Parthenon, Roman Agora, Syntagma square and tons of shops and bars in between. We stayed in unit W. Bath is in the sad shape. Shower leaks all over the place just not from the shower head where water is expected to come out. Toilet seat is barely holding on. Water heater shuts off, starts beeping error even at the lowest temperature setting. That's for starters. Sliding windows don't block street noise at all, feels like you have window open wide 24/7, and there is a bar/club next door which is open until 3am. No microwave or toaster oven (which matches description but anyway).

• Jose (9/5): Very good located and excellent host! - I went with a couple of friends to see Athens and the location is perfect, you can literally walk to all the main attractions of the city and is really easy to get there and there are many good bar and restaurants next to the apartment. The breakfast was very good and Michael was one of the most helpful, friendly and welcoming host I’ve encounter so far. Totally recommended. The apartment is a little cold in the winter, but Michael brought us heating blankets and everything worked out perfectly. I do have to say that the shower doesn’t work properly and the water was hard to heat, but this was not a problem and can be easily fixed. In general the experience was very positive!
• Katharina (9/5): Superb - Tastefully furnished apartment in the center of town. Lots of restaurants close by. The apartment was super clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. Host is very uncomplicated and helpful. You can hear a lot of noise from the street and the other apartments. But then again...you are in a city so this should be expected.
