• Anna (6/5): Could offer better value for money - Great view and excellent air conditioning. Host was friendly and immediately answered all our questions. Bathroom renovated and clean was a plus. Beds were not very comfortable. Washing machine was on the balcony which was not convenient during extreme weather conditions. The apartment is not fully renovated, for example balcony shutters did not open properly.
• Sherif Farah (6/5): Feeling disappointed - Location Comfortable bed View from balcony The place was not as described on booking and not like provided photos There was no hot tub There is no mosquito screen on windows and balconies doors The washing machine was inside the palcony Electricity card welded with main door key chain so in case you go out it will turn off in case you leave the keys how you will enter!? Host response, either not responding to phone calls or giving late replies for text messages inoreder to communicate we used a Greek friend to call the host also we reached booking customer support with no use they informed us that th host is not responding to their communications and accordingly we were offered concelation and refund We decided to stay and complete the remaining days of our vacation, whatever it is going to be instead of useless arguments the host insisted that missing items and improper description is booking mistake meanwhile booking stated that apartment descriptions is as stated by host and he is fully responsible for any missings or wrong information
• Nash (9/5): plea - Really nice apartment done to a high quality. Also benefits from all the amenities you need. Not sure if this was coming from the flat itself or from downstairs apartment, but there was strong cigarette smoke in the apartment - which wasn’t ideal.
