Şubat 2026 tarihinde 2 kişi 2 gecelik konaklama rezervasyonu yaptık, 6,7 odası olan en üst kat kapatılmış asansörü elektriği çalışmayan, tamiratı olaup lobi bölümüne bakan kimse olmayan bir yer.muhattap yok,ilk gece hotelin konumunun pasaj içinde olmasından dolayı anahtarı koydukları kutudan birileri aldığı veya koyulmadığı için o gece dışarda kaldık, gece saatlerce ulaşmaya çalıştık telefonlarımız açılmadı ve Whatsap mesajlarına dönüş olmadı eşyalarımızı koyup çıkmıştık herşey içerde kaldı. Sokak sokak başka otel aradık ve başka otelde ekstra ücret vererek kaldık ertesi gün otele durumu yazdık geniş geniş cevaplar verdiler ikinci gece dışarda kalma korkusundan dolayı kalmak istemediğimizi ve Rezervasoyunu iptal edip iade talep ettik 3 aydır 260 e iademiz gerçekleşmedi. BEKLİYORUZ
Murat (7/5): Tesisin lokasyonu harikaydı o yüzden güzel bir seyahat diyebilirim - Tesise giriş kolay olmadı, verilen telefon numarasına ulaşamadık bir süre kapının önünde beklemek zorunda kaldık ve resepsiyona ulaştığımızda görevli kişinin verdiği cevaplar dürüstçe pek tatmin edici değildi. Sonrasında erken check-in için saat verildi fakat o saatte gittiğimizde bu defa da banyo giderinde sorun olduğu ve ancak normal saatte check-in yapabileceğeimiz söylendi. Açıkçası biraz can sıkıcıydı fakat yapacak birşey yoktu tesise ilk giriş ve havlular çok ufaktı
Mattarita (10/5): Great location excellent staff - all good - Staff very friendly and helpful , great location in the middle of town. Fantastic view of the acropolis / Parthenon from our room. It was a it noisy at night from the street activities and also a bit of light came in as couldn’t block out the windows.

Talin (6/5): average and from time to time stressful - Special thanks to Andrea for her kindness and smiling face as well as her ready to fix problems approach. She was vey helpful and efficient. the instructions for the room key locker were insufficient, İf Andrea did not assist us and find solutions we wouldn't be able to enter our room. the building door electronic key did not function on the second night of our stay. we were on the street. Another hotel guests showed up and they also could not work the electronic code. The door did not respond. Meanwhile Andrea was trying to find solutions some other people opened the door from inside so we should get in. It was around 11pm
Korhan (8/5): Great value and excellent location - Location was incredible, right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Room was clean. Staff were very polite, nice, helpful and accommodating. The shower area in the bathroom was very small. Also the shower curtain sticks to your body and simply gets in your way while taking a shower.

Victoria (5/5): Práctica pero sin confort ni servicio. - La ubicación. Cuando llegamos a las 2 am estaba cerrado y tuvimos que esperar en la calle 20 minutos a que alguien viniera a abrirnos el portón. Nos asignaron una habitación diminuta y sin la vista que ofrecían por tarifa.

Christine (9/5): Nice quiet studio in a busy section of town - We really liked this room. It had a wonderful view of the Acropolis and nice chairs to sit in. It was is in a busy neighborhood but was very secure. It was remote check in and the host sent us very detailed and accurate instructions on how to access our room. Private code into building and 5th floor. Lockbox with code for retrieving your keycard. Nice nespresso machine in the room and basic kitchen items with a mini fridge. Nice shower and water pressure. Listing indicated toiletries included. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo and mini soap bar which was not enough. This room had a huge window (great view of the Acropolis) that closed securely and kept it quiet but I have never seen such a dangerous window in any hotel I have stayed in. We were on the 5th floor and the window swung in so much it gave a 'feeling' of not safe. I would not recommend staying here with children.

Susan (10/5): We really enjoyed the property and made the most of the excellent central location - OMG the location. OMG the view!!! as you can tell we were blown away with the property. The window frames the Acropolis and that says everything. When we met the 2 ladies at the front desk they were nice. This is located on the main central shopping street. OMG we initially thought we had made a mistake and that the place was dodgy. This was because of the very dodgy initial access. After that everything got better and then outstanding. The cleaning lady there was helpful as we arrived on a Saturday there was no front desk staff. the cleaner phoned someone and we were given our keys. Don't be deterred by the access after that everything is good

Viram a besteira que fizeram mandaram a gente para um quarto horroroso que não acendia nem a luz e com vista para os fundos de um apartamento cheio de tralhas. Um erro grotesco.

Yasunori (10/5): 素晴らしい滞在。 - アクロポリスを客室から眺められる絶景が何よりも素晴らしかったです。宿泊当日にbooking.comを通して連絡が来て、チェックインの方法、建物や部屋に入るための暗証番号などが知らされます。アパート5階のレセプションに女性スタッフがおり、安心してチェックインできました。室内も清潔感がありました。ホテルではなくアパートメントなので他の階には企業や地元の人が住んでいます。

Kapoor (10/5): - The view from my room was spectacular!! I didn't have to find a table on a rooftop bar after a long day. I could enjoy the same view from my room!! This is not regarding the hotel per se but the streets remained loud throughout the night. I guess because the location is prime. But it was part of the experience :)

Akçin (8/5): Good experience - The location is perfect. You can easily walk to important places. In addition, the Acropolis view is amazing. The TV was working perfectly. The cleaning of the room could have been better and more frequent. In addition, refreshment of towels, shampoos and waters in the fridge were not so frequent. In addition, it could have been better if they have given another extra key for the rooms.
Carlo (10/5): Eleganza e comfort nel cuore di Atene - Posizione della struttura perfetta per ritrovarsi fin da subito immersi nella movida giornaliera della città, con la metro praticamente dietro l'angolo e con ogni genere di servizi a portata di mano. Camere pulite e dallo stile raffinato, con luci dimmerabili per atmosfera rilassante e con tutto il necessario per godersi il meritato riposo dopo le lunghe giornate di esplorazioni in città. Lo staff gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile e attento per ogni richiesta o esigenza particolare.
Andrej (1/5): - Great Acropolis views. Beware! When we showed up, the room was only a half-size of what the photos at the hotel's website showed and it had no pull-up sofa they charged us for. The room we paid for didn't actually exist. As we couldn't fit three people in one small bed, we had to find a new hotel. Not how I wanted to spend my first night in Athens. There was also no washing machine despite an email from the hotel confirming there is one. The hotel management did the right thing and issued a full refund. There was also a lot of drunk party noises from the street at night. And the shower didn't drain properly.

kirsten (9/5): 3 schöne Tage die Wohnung lag so gut, dass wir immer zu Fuss unterwegs sein konnten. - Ich war bei Ihnen mit meinem Enkelkind. Die Aussicht war sehr sehr schön und das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Wir hätten gerne 2 Bettdecken gehabt, aber ich habe nicht gefragt. Wenn das Büro besetzt war, waren wir unterwegs.

Right where you want to be, walking distance from everything centre Athens Homeless sleeping in the arcade by the entrance. Broken elevator on our last night. Shower too small for the curtain to be closed meaning lots of water through the bathroom.

Petra (9/5): Loved it! - Excellent location, beautiful view (although ofc slightly enhanced on photos), clean and modern room, kind and helpful staff, we were able to store our luggage before our flight. Bit noisy before midnight and not very spacious, but then again both are a fair trade-off for the location and the price. Some coffee option would have been nice but we did enjoy the tea!

UMIT (7/5): Fiyat/performans oteli - Otelin konumu mükemmel ancak otelin tabelası yok ve oteli bulabilmek çok zor. Binaya şifre ile giriliyor ama şifre bilgisi son gün mail üzerinden geliyor. Maile bakılmayabilir bu bilginin telefon üzerinden gönderilmesi gerekiyor. Güvensiz bir yer algısı yaratıyor ama bir sorun da yaşamadık. Resepsiyonda sadece gündüz saatlerinde çalışan var gece yok! Rutin temizlik vs yok ama her yer tertemiz bir problem görmedik. Otele giriş ara pasajdan ama bulmak çok zor. Tabelasız bir otel olması iyi olmamış. Bunun haricinde rahatlıkla kalınabilir çünkü çok merkezi ve temiz.

kenneth (7/5): Wonderful location, but lacking the indicated kitchen facilities. - Wonderful location with stunning view of The Acropolis. The coordination with taxi service both to and from the apartment was perfect. The “kitchenette” had no cooktop and the utensils (very few) and glasses (only a few unmatched ones) were a disappointment. In addition, the “microwave oven” didn’t exist.

Ivano (8/5): Aspettative rispettate - Posizione centralissima, vista sul punto di interesse come da aspettativa, pulizia della camera e servizio colazione in camera(non usato). Mi è piaciuto anche il saper risolvere un disservizio avuto con l'acqua calda in tempi celeri e le risposte immediate della struttura dei messaggi via booking. Non troverete personale ad accogliervi ma le indicazioni via mail della struttura sono chiarissime e sufficienti ad accedere ed evitare fastidiosi ceck-in. Per il ceck-out invece abbiamo trovato la recptionist a cui abbiamo lasciato le chiavi. Unica pecca che posso dichiarare: Siamo stati 3 giorni, la prima sera c'è stato un disservizio con l'acqua calda(doccia fredda per tutti). RIsolto la mattina dopo, quindi ottimo servizio.

W. Kevin (9/5): Great location in central Athens - Location was fantastic; close to Monastiraki Station, the Acropolis and other sites in central Athens. Hosts were very accommodating, professional and took care of issues promptly. This all made our week in Athens very nice. Bed was a little to firm.

Friendly and helpful staff. Initial communication was poor. We did receive property access information before arrival. Should use an alternate form of communication if renters are not in contact.

Atinaya uçuşumun çok erken olmasına ve benden önce odada birilerinin kalmasına rağmen odayı bana hazırlamak için çok çaba gösterdiler. Maria (10/5): En el corazón de Atenas con una vista excepcional - Nos fascinŏ la vista a la acropolis desde el gran ventanal del dormitorio..El apartamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. De cortesía teníamos unas cápsulas de café, te y agua mineral. Amablemente nos permitieron dejar nuestras valijas hasta pasado el mediodía. La ubicación es muy céntrica y eso lo hace un poco ruidoso a la noche. Pero esta cerca de todo!

Its location is within walking distance of everything, and airport transfers by train were extremely easy. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I hope you're lucky and can find a room! .

Rika (9/5): とっても便利 - Ermou通りというのでしょうか？洋服のショップなどがならぶ大通りにあるので、夜も周辺は安全だと思います。その一方5階にあるので、部屋が騒がしいことはありません。地下鉄駅も近くて交通は便利です。部屋は清潔だし、お湯はすぐ出るし、スタッフさんはみんな親切だし、悪いこと無しです。スタッフさん、ちゃんとメッセージに返信せず、チェックインのご案内を受け取れていなくてすみませんでした…みなさんはちゃんとチェックイン予定をあらかじめ伝えて、入館方法を受け取ってから宿に行ってください！でないと厳重なセキュリティに弾かれます。

Claire (9/5): Magnifique séjour dans ce logement en plein cœur d’Athenes. - Le logement était spacieux, la vue était incroyable, la literie était très confortable, la deco était jolie. L’isolation des fenêtres est clairement à revoir en raison de la rue très animée. L’entrée de l’immeuble était déroutante.
