Kontakt z właścicielem świetny – bardzo miła i pomocna osoba. Okolica ładna, a balkon idealny na poranną kawę. Nas było 5 osób i wszystko nam odpowiadało podczas pobytu. Polecam!

• Kathryn (10/5): Clean, cool, light and airy with everything you could need! - Spacious and light with everything you could need! Very easy to get to the centre. Washing machine is available for use and there is a large balcony on which to dry your clothes. The air conditioners are very effective. Sleeper couch is nice and firm. Mattress in the main room, whilst of a good quality, was much too soft for me.
• Diana (6/5): Pleasant - The flat was clean, modern and equipped with everything, though it was very small. Too far away from the touristic spots, located in a remote district, with dirty streets , no restaurants nearby.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for accommodation and cooking. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with a small bakery and several places to eat. 5 minutes walk from the train station. The owners were lovely and were available for us for any questions. We highly recommend!!

We have hot water to take a brief shower, we cook big meal in the kitchen, we always have ice water and ice with cool beer because of quickly ice-made fridge. We always have clean clothes because of the nice washing machine and big balcony to hang on all clothes. It's quite easy and safe for us to walk 8 minutes to the metro and 3 minutes to supper markets. No

The location is perfect, only 2 metro stations from Acropolis and the town. Markets, coffee, etc is 3 minutes walk. The flat is a bit warm, despite the 2 airconditioners, but the fact is that there was extremely hot weather when we stayed there.

• Liudmyla (9/5): Recommended - It is a really good location with tram and metro near, so you can use Tram 6 to get to the beach and same tram but another direction to get to the centre and visit all nice historical places. Supermarket is near. The apartment is clean. Good price. The owner is always in touch in case if you have any additional questions. For people who ask about the transfer from airport- it's easier to take a taxi directly to the airport. Cost 50 euro. On the way back just go to the big road and take a taxi close to the apartment. It will cost 45 euro. Also you can use uber app, it should be cheaper. It takes some time to figure out how use hot water at night. In march it was still cold in the apartment, so using an airconditioner is in need.

• Krzysztof (10/5): A very comfortable place for family stay - A very comfortable apartment in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Pretty good location, quite close to the metro as well as tram and bus stops (3 metro stops to the center of Athens). Comfortable beds, large kitchen, spacious bathroom, balcony. Fast wi-fi, good air condition. Everywhere clean and tidy. A very helpful owner with constant contact in any requests. Contactless check-in and check-out. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Yes, a water heater ;-) On cloudy days, it's hard to have warm/hot water. Even turning on the heating does not always help enough for 5 people to take a bath. But this is apparently a matter of installation, and it probably does not depend on the owner. I suppose this is not a problem in the summer days, but during our stay in October there were small problems with it sometimes.

Air con was amazing. Very clean and had everything our family of 4 needed. Beds were very comfy, lovely shower too,lovely pizza restaurant on the street.Would definitely stay again if it was available. Was very good value.

No coffee or tea available, the 25+ minute wait for hot water in the evening when the solar heated water ran cold, and one of the neighbor ladies yelled at our family of 5 as we were coming up the stairs late at night to check-in.

Even has a wide balcony and a table there. I hope next time I visit Athens, I can find here free again.

Only 6 minutes walk from the public Trasport, with lots of bakeries around in a quite and friendly neighbourhood.
