• Yael (10/5): An amazing, beautifully designed apartment in a perfect location with an outstanding host—highly recommended! - Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and aesthetically designed, and equipped to the highest standard with everything we could possibly need. The location is unbeatable—it's very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk away from a well-organized beach and the beautiful lake. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. To top it all off, the host was fantastic and went above and beyond, even waiting up late at night to greet us warmly and welcome us in. Nothing at all—everything exceeded our expectations!

Jammer dat je het strand niet onbetaald op kunt - Heel ruim, zeer goed bed.Alles wat te bedenken is is aanwezig zelfs zonnebrand en een koelkast gevuld met bier, water en frisdrank, koekjes koffie etc. Het ontbrak aan niets. Ook vlakbij het plein met alle restaurants (op loopafstand). Het strand is niet onbetaald bereikbaar (kosten 15 euro pp). Het meer kun je ook niet onbetaald zwemmen 19 euro pp. Dat is gewoon jammer. Verder is er sprake van betaald parkeren gedurende avond en nacht. Verder helemaal niets op aan te merken. Het appartement zelf was top en zeer rustig (ook ‘s nachts) met een mooi groot terras

• Elena (10/5): Really Amaising place for relaxing vacation ! - Really very comparable, modern and with very cosy design apartment. Super clean!!! Located on the calm street around green trees but close to the Center of the Vuliagmeni ( 5 min. by feet) and sea side (10 minutes), nice restaurants as well. The owner met us personally when we arrived in the evening and it was really very exiting and so friendly from his side. Apartment decorated with big taste! Special thank you for bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar and drinks in the fridge with was important after long flight. Bed was very comfortable with very good quality of bed linen, many towels of different size, hair dryer.I would like to point that we really felt like at home, all small things are on place in this home. Wi Fi was excellent! Thank you so much Menis and your wife for hospitality! Nothing!
• christian (10/5): Stilvolle, ruhige Wohnung im Zentrum von Vougliameni - Wunderschönes Appartment umgeben von viel Grün, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer, ebenso kurze Distanz zu Sehr guten Restaurants, Kaffehäusern und 2 besonders gut bewerteten Eisdielen. Das Appartment ist liebevoll mit Qualitätsmöbeln eingerichtet, topsauber,mit guter Beleuchtung, Moskitoschutz bei allen Balkontüren ( es gibt 2 Balkon)!! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sogar Duschgels und Shampoos sind vorhanden, Föhn, Toaster, Kaffeeautomat und Filtermaschine, Wasserkocher und hübsches Geschirr.Der Besitzer hat uns auch Sâfte und 2 Bier indem Kühlschrank gestellt, Kaffeekapseln und Basics waren auch für uns zur Verwendung bereitgestellt.Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen! Menis, der Vermieter hat uns auch gute Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Wir sind mit dem Bus nach Athen gefahren( 1,20€ für Bus und Metro), 1x sogar mit der modernen Tram. Parken an der Straße war nie ein Problem, es gab immer genügend Parkplâtze in der ruhigen Nebenstraße, direkt vor dem Haus. Danke Menis, für deine Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!
• Montero (10/5): - Un piso super completo en el que nos hemos sentido como en casa, en un barrio muy bonito y tranquilo en el que prácticamente no tienes que coger el coche para nada. Hay playas preciosas cerca, bares, restaurantes… Además el apartamento estaba perfectamente equipado y el anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades en todo momento. Muy atento y amable, incluso nos ha gestionado un problema con una multa de estacionamiento. Nos encantaría volver!

• Petofi (9/5): Nice family stay near to Athens - We liked Menis' kindness who waited for us to hand over the keys and the appartment. The fridge was filled with refreshements, we had coffee and tea available that was very good for the first evening. There are several restaurants nearby and the lake is also quite close and the area is rather for higher levels of the society, it looked safe, We did not go to the sea at the apparment but it was easy to reach nearby beaches by car, among which there were very nices ones. The price levels of the restaurants are also higher in general. It is not a bad thing, but you need a car to go to Athens. We went to the Elleniko metro station, parked there (free parking is hard to find there, but paid parking works) and used the metro to go to Acropoli station (25 min).

Perfect position minutes’ walk from the sea, restaurants and shops., including an amazing bakery, yet in a quiet leafy street with ample parking. FULLY equipped and Menis made you feel like an honoured guest. Thank you, Menis. Perfectly positioned half way between Athens and the airport. What a find! Absolutely nothing to dislike.

• Eva (9/5): Great choice close to Vouliagmeni Beach - Very well appointed, comfortable apartment located a 5 min walk to Vouliagmeni Plaz beach. Excellent atmosphere and facilities locally with the array of restaurants , taverns, bars. Mini market and deli/ greengrocer a close walk too. Host Menis is caring, punctual and very hospitable. Appreciated food & drink supplies in the fridge upon arrival. Highly recommend.

• Jonathan (10/5): absolutely stay here if your looking for a great time around Athens and would like to have the beach as well. - this apartment is great and the owners were super helpful with where to go and what to do ! It was super easy to get to everything, great food just a 2-3 min walk and 5 min stroll to the local beaches. Jump on the bus or drive your rental car to see the sites in downtown Athens but then return here to get away from the craziness a bit. I would absolutely stay here again with my wife and we will be checking here first when we come back.

All was prepared for our stay there - soaps, shampoos, coffee, tea, sugar… photos reflect the real state of the property. Individual separate entrance. All shops and restaurants are around the corner and within walking distance. We’d love to come back again!

Lovely and warm when we arrived. The communication with the owners was very smooth and prompt. It was a lovely stay and felt like home. It is close to the beach and near many restaurants. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Nothing.

The owner was very friendly and had lots of advice about where to eat. Finding the sweet spot for shower temperature took a while to work out.

• Neydine (10/5): Great location and lovely owner - The owner was friendly and very helpful. He greeted us upon arrival and had great suggestions for food / things to do. It was spacious and well decorated . Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. The fridge also had lovely fruit , milk and chocolates in it when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!
