• Theophanis (8/5): Very good location. Responive and helpfull host. Good apprtment. - Very good location. Near to metro station. Responsive host. Clean and good facilities. Wifi can be better. Shower I think needs some renovation maybe. Locker for keys can be on the building and not at different address.

• Giulia (10/5): Meraviglioso e ottimo tutto! Gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza. - La casa ha tutti i comfort, è molto spaziosa e comoda. Mi è piaciuta soprattutto la posizione, in un condominio tranquillo e da cui si può raggiungere qualsiasi posto di Atene con la metro a due passi. Presenza di lavatrice, balcone, macchina del caffè, bollitore, prodotti per il bagno e la cucina, riscaldamento. Purtroppo non è arrivato il messaggio per ritirare le chiavi al check in e soprattutto non sapevamo quale fosse l'appartamento giusto in cui andare all'interno del condominio. Il numero per contattare la struttura non ha risposto subito e siamo state per quasi un'ora ad aspettare. Probabilmente c'è stato qualche problema di comunicazione con booking, non voglio incolpare il proprietario del b&b che dopo ha risolto subito la situazione.

• robert (5/5): - Ateny i pomoc ze strony Bookingu Pierwsza noc spędzona w samochodzie z dziećmi bo właściciel nie raczył odebrać telefonu by dokładniej opisać miejsce ukrytych kluczy. A następnie odwołanie przez niego rezerwacji za którą zapłaciłem z góry argumentując moje nie przybycie.
• ALEXANDROS (1/5): - Επιστρέψαμε από ταξίδι στο εξωτερικό και θέλω να τα κάνουμε διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο ενώ στο μήνυμα που μας είχαν στείλει Δε μας ανέφεραν περιορισμό στην ώρα του τσεκιν εμείς φτάσαμε 1 η ώρα τη νύχτα στο κατάλυμα και δεν υπήρχαν τα κλειδιά στο σημείο και Μας κράτησαν τα χρήματα απλά ντροπή
• Meinrad (8/5): - Perfekte Lage in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel. Sehr guter Supermarkt gegenüber, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Sogar mit Waschmaschine - sehr gut! U-Bahn um die Ecke. Kaum etwas Schlechtes. Etwas mehr Geschirr / Gläser wären schön. Wohnung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber gemessen am Preis ok. Einige kleinere Mängel (Wasserhahn lose, Befestigung Gardarobe) Trotz Aufzug etwas schwierig mit Rollstuhl, da Hauseingang nur per Treppe erreichbar ist

• Despina (2/5): Wir sind nicht nach Athen gefahren um uns mehrere Tage über die Wohnung zu ärgern. - Zentrale Lage Wohnung schlecht gepflegt. Alles klebrig. Alle küchenstühle defekt, Bad mit Kalk und Schimmel befallen, Sofa durchgesessen, Küchenschräncke von innen dreckig. Zu allen Mängeln liegen Fotos vor. Erwarte eigentlich eine Rückerstattung von 50% des Mietpreises da ein normaler Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht möglich war.

Host was very good at communicating and dealing with any issues which arose. Apartment had all those little extras you don't normally get when booking an apartment such as sufficient cleaning products and towels. Best place we stayed in on our trip

• Wojciech (7/5): - For a one night stay it was great. Clear and convenient instructions from the person managing the place with great food recommendations to choose from around. You have to pick up the key from a box nearby, and the flat is in a regular block in a non-touristic area. It's just amazing how good and refreshed the place can look on the pictures compared to reality. Kudos for that.
• Oliver (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage, U-Bahn 4min zu Fuß entfernt. Restaurants in der Nähe und ein großer Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Solide Ausstattung, alles da was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Etwas hellhörig. Bad ist klein, aber okay.

A lot of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and amenities in the same area. Місцезнаходження супер, одразу поруч 5 хвилин метро. Вічливі власники, одразу з усім допомогли. Ремонт красивий, проте не свіжий, було б добре його трішки оновити. На фото апартаменти здаються більші, в живу трішки менше.

Still close enough to main attractions & city centre without the high cost compared to other properties/locations. Convenient having a supermarket right across the road too. There’s a number of places to eat only a 3 min walk & the food/coffee was fantastic. The bathroom/shower is exceptional especially for Greece. It’s quite spacious, rooms are a good size. Large balcony. It is closures are very secure & you feel very safe with your belongings. Property has a small lift that made carrying our luggage to & from the apartment easy.

• Asa (7/5): Good - The bedrooms looked nice, the beds were comfortable and it was great having a washing machine and a clothes line to hang out there washing on the small balcony. The kitchen/living room area could be greatly improved. Only a small sofa and it had a big dent in it so very uncomfortable. Plates, glasses and other household amenities need to be checked. We had to ask for more plates. The only windows in the apartment are the ones to the balcony.

• Anna123454321 (8/5): Great for a city trip - Great location, close to the metro station and a supermarket. Very helpfull staff. The place was nice and clean. Barely any natural light in the kitchen/living room. The chairs at the table were very flimsy and the kitchen was meagerly equipped. I also would have liked screens against mosquitos in the windows.

• Frank (9/5): Great apartment located 2 metro stops from the center of Athens. - The apartment has a good layout with two bedrooms. There is a nice kitchen and a nice bathroom. Everything you need for a city break. The host gave me a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The nearest metro station is 300 meters from the apartment, so it is easy to get to the center of Athens. I was positively surprised that there was in fact WiFi in the apartment, because it said on Booking that there was not. The apartment met my expectations. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

• Anonymous (4/5): DO NOT BE FOOLED. The actual rating for this apartment is closer to 5 out of 10. - property was cozy Communication was mostly non existent until the final hour. Apartment was DIRTY to the point that there was used toilet paper on the bathroom floor. Only two bathroom towels for a reservation of four. Whenever we used the bathroom sink there was dirty water coming out of the bathroom siphon at our feet. The room light was burned out. It says “free parking” but what it means is that you can park on the side of the street IF you manage to find an empty spot (on a very quiet low season day there was no such thing nearby).
