• sharbel (3/5): - בדירה היו רעשים מעבר לרעש הרגיל של מבלים באזור — עד השעות הקטנות של הלילה. בנוסף, קיימת בנייה סמוכה שגרמה לרעש מתמשך של עבודות, כולל דפיקות וטריקות. מעבר לכך, נשמעו באופן תדיר רעשים מתוך הבניין עצמו, כולל גרירת ציוד וצעקות מדירות שכנות בשעות שהן לא שעות, דבר שמעיד על ריבוי דירות המושכרות לטווח קצר. בסיכומו של דבר, סביבת המגורים אינה שקטה ואינה מתאימה למי שמחפש שקט ויציבות — ולכן איני לא ממליץ על המקום.

• Karolina (9/5): Jeśli wybierzemy się do Aten jeszcze raz to bardzo chętnie skorzystamy ponownie. - Mieszkanie znajduje się w bardzo przystępnej lokalizacji i cenie, co jest szczególnie dużym plusem dla studentów (tj. nas). Okolica oferuje wiele barów i miejsc do spędzania czasu, więc trzeba się liczyć z tym, że nie zawsze jest całkowicie cicho, nam jednak zupełnie to nie przeszkadzało. Metro jest bardzo blisko a więc skomunikowanie też jest super. Sam apartament jest przestronny, zadbany i dobrze zorganizowany, dzięki czemu pobyt był bardzo komfortowy. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kontakt z właścicielem był on świetny. Odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania, często nawet wykraczając poza nasze oczekiwania. Nie wiedziałyśmy, że w trakcie naszego pobytu przypada grecka Wielkanoc to właśnie właściciel nas o tym poinformował. Dzięki temu mogłyśmy lepiej zaplanować czas, a dodatkowo przedstawił nam różne możliwości i atrakcje związane z tym okresem, co było dla nas bardzo pomocne. Podsumowując pobyt był naprawdę udany i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie. Właściwie to nic, nasze oczekiwania były spełnione.

• Heide (9/5): Gerne beim nächsten Athenbesuch wieder! - Super Lage, viel Platz, perfekte Kommunikation, Küche bestens ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine im Bad, ein Heft mit den wichtigsten Infos auf dem Tisch Von der belebten Umgebung wussten wir vorher, also das war einkalkuliert, vielleicht nicht, dass es sooo lange in der Nacht ging ;)
• Melody (8/5): All you need for a quick stay in Athens - Central 15 minute walk (uphill) to the acropolis. All you need in an apartment with a family. There was a lift! Didn’t fit us all but there’s still a lift! Good affordable food nearby.
• Marcel (5/5): Tolle Lage aber die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen bzw. muss dringend erneuert werden - Sehr Gute Lage! Waschmachine war defekt (Laut anderer Bewertungen schon länger). Die Türe ins Badezimmer lässt sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Matratze gehört ausgetauscht da sie schon kaputt ist. Ein neuer Duschvorhang wäre toll
• Elisabeth (8/5): - Die Lage und die Atmosphäre waren wirklich sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Total unproblematischer Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und konnten die Zeit genießen. Leider war es doch ziemlich Laut bis in die frühen Morgenstunden aufgrund der Musik von unten, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Die Waschmaschine hat zu unserer Zeit nicht funktioniert.

• Claudio (9/5): Ottimo punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare i principali monumenti di Atene! - Appartamento situato a pochi minuti a piedi dall'Acropoli, posizione strategica in una zona frequentata con locali notturni e ristoranti, un ottimo punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare i principali monumenti di Atene e avere tutto a pochi passi! L'appartamento situato al primo piano di un palazzo è spazioso e confortevole, gli ambienti sono divisi in modo tale da poter avere ognuno la propria privacy. L'appartamento, seppur in buone condizioni, necessiterebbe di qualche miglioria. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, inoltre sempre in bagno la tenda della doccia è troppo lunga e sporca sul fondo e non dà un'impressione di pulizia, così come la tavoletta del water che appariva ingiallita e datata. Abbiamo provato ad utilizzare la lavatrice senza successo. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato per tre persone, ci è stata fornita solamente biancheria da letto e da bagno per una coppia, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con i nostri asciugamani per preparare il divano letto per la bambina, sarebbe utile magari lasciare delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani in più a disposizione nell'armadio. Zona un pò rumorosa per via dei locali/ristoranti sulla strada, specialmente nei weekend.
• Christin (9/5): Super Unterkunft nahe der Akropolis - Wir waren nur zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und hatten alles was wir brauchten . Die Lage war für uns ideal: nahe der Akropolis, leckere Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Uns hat die lebendige Gegend nicht gestört, sondern wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und haben auch gut geschlafen.
• Simone (8/5): - Gute Lage. Bars und Restaurants sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Bushaltestelle, Metro sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war groß, geräumig, sauber und hatte alles wichtige. Die Fotos haben die Wohnung sehr gut getroffen, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Tyrone (9/5): Superb - Facilities were clean and there were lots of amneties close by making it a very pleasant experience. Metro is only a few minutes away making it an ideal location to reach other parts of Athens. I could've done with a working washing machine but that's only because I had been travelling for a while. Minor downside.
• Anonymous (10/5): Wonderful location, great hosts and would definitely return! - The location was perfect - in a beautiful, tree lined square full of cute cafes and bars. The apartment itself had everything we needed and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Directions from the metro station would have been great as I didn't have data to use Google maps, but I really am being picky. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

• Kinga (8/5): Spacious apartment in the heart of Athens - Very spacious apartment located on a lively street, walking distance to the Acropolis. We appreciated the self check in and check out option and good communication with the host. Just a heads up that it is quite a loud area, we were woken up multiple times at night from the parties in the downstairs bars and restaurants. Not a big deal for us but it could be an issue for others.

• Niklas (1/5): Terrible, we left 2 days earlier. - The apartment was in terrible shape: the sink didn't run off, the mattress was deformed and declining on both sides, the bathroom looked bad with bad silicone and no filter cover on the semi-working washing machine, also the door didn't really close. The owner even started to blame us for things we didn't mention at day 1. WIFI was unstable. Bedroom shutters were broken and although fixed after a few days, we couldn't sleep any night before 1am due to the immense noise from the gastronomy directly below.
• Trapaidze (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Athens as a family. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The location was great, with shops, pharmacies, and cafés just a short walk away. The bus stop right next to the building made getting to the city center very convenient. being on the first floor, we could hear the music from nearby bars at night. Also, the internet connection was quite slow, but that seemed to be an issue throughout Athens.

• Loredana (9/5): Great stay in Athens - Nice location, apartment was big, really usefull for us to have a Washing machine in the bathroom, Bathroom could use some update. A bit noisy from outside, but for us was not an issue
• Vu (9/5): Nice location, but the appartment needs repairs. - Location, size of the appartment, the balcony. The appartment needs some repairs: the bathroom door does not close (!!!), livingroom balcony door does not work and bedroom blinds do not open completely (these last two are no big deal)
• Anastasiia (7/5): Suitable for a short-term stay - The apartment is located in a convenient and seemingly safe area, not far from the city center. The accommodation, towels, and bedding were clean. There are public transport stops, a nice restaurant with delicious food, and shops nearby. The apartment was booked for 4 guests, but there were only enough plates, cups, and utensils for three, and there were no small spoons at all. It was strange that there were coffee capsules, but no coffee machine. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, with a noticeable spring on the large bed. The street has several restaurants, so it was a bit noisy until around 2-3 a.m.

• Silvana (8/5): It’s ok for 1-2 nights - It’s spacious, great for a couple for 2 nights. Overall it’s ok. At some point the electricity was down, many times there was no hot water, the apartment needs renovation.
• Bjanka (9/5): Nice apartment, great location - Great apartment, comfortable and clean. Located in Koukaki, a beautiful, popular neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the Acropolis. You have to wait for the host to come and check you in personally, there is no self check in. Also, if you want to be in a quiet and relaxing area this is not the place for you, it can be noisy until 2-3 am, but we didn’t mind that too much.
• Manali (9/5): Value for money and central location - the location is perfect if you want to explore acropolis and the surroundings! its good size for family. everything you need from cooking essentials to bedding is provided. Medicals, grocery, coffee shops around the corner. its bit noisy in the night because of the restaurants below but we didn’t bother neither our baby as we all were too tired and slept like a baby.

• Yael (7/5): Good - The location was really good The apartment was very clean Host was easy to contact No free parking in the building, only at the area, which is not mentioned when you order the apartment (it says Free Parking). Also the noise from the bars downstairs was really loud and continued until 3AM..
• Brendan (8/5): Simple, bright, and affordable place in a cool area to explore. - One of the best locations for a stay in Athens, in great proximity to the Acropolis, Philloppapos Hill, Antifiotika, and Syntagma Square and the National Gardens. Koukaki is chalk full of fun cafe's, bars, and restaurants - we particularly liked Bel Ray and Kinono - both more modern than the traditional tavernas that fill Athens for a fun change of scenery. The rental itself was suitable for they money, no frills but very spacious and comfortable, and you feel right in the thick of the action; some reviews said it was a bit too noisy but we found it well soundproofed and the noise from the pedestrian-only street below you sort of just turns into a bit of white noise. Our check in was a little more difficult than we had liked, we had initially agreed upon a 2pm arrival time - and the host was kind enough to let us drop our bags in the Plaka while we sat and had lunch after our plane landed. However, when we headed back towards the rental with our bags the time changed to 3pm, so we had to wait at To Kouki until then - it really wasn't much of an inconvenience but we were slightly disappointed not to be able to get our day started bag free. There were limited instructions on finding the apartment, we were lucky to have sat directly at To Kouki which is right where the entrance is, and noticed lockboxes on the door - the only instructions to find the entrance were that the keys were in the lockbox, so that saved us a bit of walking up and down the street to find the entrance. Another thing that took us a little by surprise was that the owner of this rental manages their own payment - something we hadn't come across through booking with this website, and required us to be at the rental to meet up for payment. We already waited around long enough for the room, so opted to leave cash which thankfully the owner of the rental was okay with - we did really appreciate the flexibility on their part there. The rental itself felt a little less polished, the kettle had a black ring at the bottom that flaked off when I went to boil some water, and the mugs were stuck onto the bottom of the cabinets they sat on - we were happy to have coffee on one of the many street patios nearby. If you're looking for a simple, bright, and affordable place in a cool area to explore, and have a bit of bandwidth for flexibility in your travels then definitely make this your stay!
