• Karine (8/5): - Très bien situé. A moins de 500m du métro. Laverie à 15 mn à pied et supermarché de quartier à côté.les chambres sont séparés par le salon. Literie ferme Malgré d'excellents double vitrage, on entend la circulation dense vu que nous sommes en centre ville. C'est le seul point négatif.

La prise en charge se fait en autonomie: les consignes de Marika sont très claires et elle est très réactive par message si besoin de renseignements complémentaires. Je recommande vivement !
• Ivana (7/5): - The apartment is really close to the metro station (5-7 minutes on foot). 1. The apartment is really noisy. Every evening the trash truck comes and wherever you go in the apartment it sounds like they are throwing the trash into your head. Also, the owner didn't tell us that neighbors in the building are renovating their apartment so they were drilling all the time (also feels like directly in your head). Try explaining to 2 nervous babies why they cannot sleep. 2. The place was not really cleaned - we found someone's things in the microwave 🫣 our socks also didn't remain clean. 3. There was no hot water. We got really detailed instruction how to turn it on and after 30 minutes to have hot water, but it was not working and the light didn't switch on, even after one hour of waiting, the water was not really warm. It was not that fun to have to take shower there. 4. Nothing worked on TV. We have our own Netflix and Prime accounts, but they were not working. The owners password for the tv was also not working. We asked about it, got instructions to pull the plug out and then back in but again nothing worked. Youtube kept interrupting too. 5. The description said the apartmant has coffee maker, but it doesn't (just the french press for the filter coffee). Luckily, Grigoris is really close so you can go and buy coffee. There was couple of instant coffees in the kitchen drawers, but they were so far out of date that it scared us. Also, kitchen has this horrible really old marble sink, so if you want to wash dishes you have to be extremely careful because otherwise you can break something easily. 6. It was cold! There are millions of signs to not turn on AC while windows are open, but there were no AC remotes anywhere in the house, or maybe they were hidden in many of the locked cupboards in the apartment. It was really cold during the night. Good place to stay, but it can be better. Value for money... not so good, but okay.
• Tanya (4/5): Don’t go here, book something more comfortabel. - It was not expensive So, where do I start? Our experience was not good. The beds were very uncomfortable; very hard matrasses that would move when the other person moved, so we would wake up multiple times. We also woke up with back pain. I contacted the owner to ask if there were any blankets: he told me it was summer in Athens so I wouldn’t need any blankets. But it could have made the matrass a bit better. There was drilling in the appartement building as well, by other people. The blinds in front of the windows didnt close properly so it wasnt dark. After 3 nights i couldnt take it anymore and booked another apartment for the resting 2 days. I let the owner know, but they didnt seem to care (they told me they didnt get the complaint about the matresses before) and they didnt offer me anything else like a discount. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone going here. I also did let the owner know I would write this review and they said ‘yea do that’. Please spend a bit more money and book something good!

• Eniko (9/5): Excellent price-quality proportion. - Excellent location,easy access to downtown, shop (with limited choice) next door for 24 hours. Very good price-quality proportion. Very clean, good even for 5 people, comfortable beds, properly equipped. Do not expect luxury, but perfect for short stays. Good communication with the host. Hot water in shower is tricky, but worked. Shower is with curtain.

• Majkosvk (8/5): Cosy accommodation for small groups in a wider city center of Athens - Very smooth check-in. The place is very clean, the apartment is furnished as a "home", so you feel comfortable, it is also quite spacious. Although it is located in a wider city center, you can still walk to all the main tourist attractions (30mins walk). The wi-fi was malfunctioning from time to time. It may be difficult to park around, if you have a car.
• Angela (10/5): Do not hesitate. It' s a wonderful place to stay. - This was a wonderful place to stay in Athens. Very nice apartment, with everything you need and sparkling clean. There is a 24 h small market just next door and the subway station is a 5 minutes walk. Neighborhood is pleasant and safe. The host, Marika, is a wonderful person too, very helpful, very kind and friendly. We enjoyed staying at this location and I recommend it dearly. Nothing.

• Helene (9/5): Perfect for a family to visit Athens - The appartement is very large and clean. Perfect for a family with 3 kids (1 bedroom with a double bed and one with 3 singles) The appartement is on the ground floor of a busy street and it is a bit noisy during the night.

• Dina (8/5): Very good place,I recommend it - The location was good. Close to the metro and bus station. Clean, Marika is cooperative and nice. Directions were clear and easy If more than one person needs a shower the hot water will take some time. But this is clear in the instructions, but may be in the future it can be better.

Extremely noisy as it is on the main road and people gather at all hours One towel for three days, really hard uncomfortable bed and the hot water lasted two minutes not even enough time to rinse the shampoo from my hair.

• Samantha (9/5): Superb - Very spacious for the price, had all the amenities, and the renter made up beds in seperate rooms, even though I didn't see her text asking if I wanted it, which was great, because I did want seperate rooms. It was just around the corner from the metro and the bus, both of which go directly to the airport and there is a market right next door for anything you need. Nothing.
• Oona (8/5): Great location and very comfortable. Loved Athens :) - It was spacious, spotless and comfortable. It is within easy reach of the metro (5min walk) and it’s also possible to walk into the main tourist area (but a bit more of a hike). There is a convenience store right next door and a great restaurant, Ta Skalakia, just a few minutes walk away - I’m sure there are many others but we only ate in that area once. We made great use of the sandwich toaster after picking up a few bits from the shop next door. The shower worked really well which was just as well after a hard day’s sight seeing! Although the instructions to get into the building were really clear, we missed the front door to start with. Though this seems to be a problem with the app rather than the owner of the apartment. The neighbours inside the building were very quiet but the street did get a bit noisy sometimes at night. The other things were really minor - some tea towels for drying plates etc would have been nice, and a two hand towels instead of one between us. A bit of info about the area would have been nice although it’s easy enough to Google it. Also some info about where to put the rubbish etc (we put it in a street bin behind the building in the end but didn’t know if that was right).

• Madhusudhanan (10/5): Exceptional - Location is 500 m from the metro station, 5 minute walk. There is a supermarket just next to the apartment. The apartment is quite big and wifi was fine. Kitchen is complete with oven, fridge, stove top and utensils to cook our own food. Host allowed us to keep the baggage for late check out. There is no parking. Water heater in the bathroom takes 30 minutes to heat for 1 person. If second person has to take bath , again have to wait for 30 minutes. These are instructions from the host 1 day before we arrived and we did not use the water heater. Host was very strict in terms in electricity consumption and does not want us to use every facility that uses electricity together as the power switch would trip in that case and we may have to pay for the repair. All these instructions came in just before we arrived, though we did not experience such a situation. We wanted to connect through whatsapp, but all exchange of communications happed only through booking.com chat.
• John (10/5): Great place to stay with a family! - Good location, clean, friendly, close to coffee and great recommendation for dinner. A little loud at night with traffic.
• Charalambos (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was very conveniently located 5 minutes from the metro station "Megaro Mousikis" which made the arrival from the airport very convenient and easy. The same metro line goes to "Syntagma square", so the location of the Apartment is very good. The apartment was spacious, which is hard to find in Athens. The shower pressure was quite good. The sound-proofing of the apartment is non existent, mainly in one of the two rooms! Outside of the apartment is Michalakopoulou street which is very busy. Moreover, there is a hotdog canteen just outside, which even though is delicious, it usually serves people late at night (22:00-05:00!!!). Combine the lack of soundproofing with the non stop traffic and the hot dog kiosk and you end up with a very bad quality of sleep, if you manage to sleep at all. The internet speed was average, ~10mbps which is not something to write home about. We were staying for 4 nights and the provided toilet roll was barely enough. The water took around 30 minutes to heat for a shower and it lasted for only one person. If another person wanted to take a shower you had to wait 30 more minutes.
• Gabi (9/5): Very comfortable and conveniently located apartment - The apartment is spacious for two people and very comfortable. The location was excellent - within easy walking distance of the Metro (Evangelismos), as well as some museums (e.g., Benaki, Cycladic, War Memorial), and Syntagma Square. In fact we walked everywhere, including to the Acropolis, from the apartment, which was around 40 minutes away. The area is decent and we felt safe walking around, even after dark (which isn't the case in all parts of central Athens). Everything worked well; the wi-fi was strong and the shower was good. There is a lovely 24-hour supermarket and deli right outside the apartment, and several bakeries and coffee shops along the main road. We didn't open the windows because of the traffic and noise outside; however, the flat has airconditioning if needed. With the windows and shutters closed, the noise wasn't really noticeable. You need to check your Booking.com messages in the 24 hours before arrival for instructions on how to access the keys to the property.

Not a ´´charmplace´´ to stay, but a fully functional (kitchen, sanitary, wifi) appartement close from mayor views, including walks/trekking points. And close to public transport (metro). With mini-market next doors.
