• Salvina (10/5): Appartamento accogliente e moderno - Appartamento pulito e accogliente a 10 minuti dal centro in una zona giovane e piena di locali. L'host è molto disponibile e ci ha accolto fornendo tutte le informazioni necessarie. Nell'appartamento erano presenti tutti i comfort (acqua, caffè, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli e ombrelli per gli ospiti)

Das Apartment war äußerst sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• ZZGEGE44 (8/5): - Conforme au descriptif, pas de mauvaise surprise, tous équipements présents (sauf grille-pain), c'était propre avec une vraie terrasse, quelques aliments présents (café, corn-flakes, etc), WC distinct de la salle de bains (rare en Grèce), douche nickel avec des serviettes, bref très bien. 4ème étage avec un interphone qui a été détruit pendant notre séjour ! Un jeton qui ne servait donc pas et un seul jeu de clés, c'est un peu juste et oblige à se coordonner pour les entrées/sorties, un peu galère parfois pour les visites. Quartier Exarchia très particulier qui peut "rebuter" au premier abord mais très "cool" au final avec plein de petits bars et resto en terrasse.

• Davidoni (10/5): EXCELLENT STAY IN EXARCHEIA!! - Cosy apartment in the heart of Exarchia! Honestly, we fell in love with the neighbourhood, rebellious, very authentic and not commercial, we found here a strong sense of local identity. With its political murals and alternative bars and bookshops, it's vibrant and full of culture. A real hub for counterculture and definitely an area to visit if you want to experience Athens in an alternative way, beyond the typical tourist spots. Me and my girlfriend had wonderful stay! The apartment is well equipped and we particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the comfort . Although it is not huge, the spaces are well organised and bright, due to the large terrace that overlooks the street. Good space for storage, the bed is very comfortable. Since we stayed only three days we didn't really use the kitchen but honestly there was nothing missing, the host has thought of everything! By the way, a special thanks to the host, very responsive and welcoming! Despite our flight being super late, he's been available for a late check-in and he gave us some tips about the city+recommendations for some very nice restaurants in the area. If we came back to Athens (and we'd really like to) we'd like to come back here! Nothing to report! Everything was perfect for our needs!

• Lauric (10/5): Comfortable apartment with a perfect location and spacious terrasse - Excellent location in the heart of Exarcheia, in a secure building. The terrasse is a delight and the flat overall is spacious and comfortable. There were all amenities needed for a short to long term stay. The internet can be a bit unstable, but this really shouldn’t be an issue when travelling!
• Christopher (10/5): Great base from which to explore Athens - Really great appartment. Hosts met us to hand over the keys. Appartment is well-furnished and well looked-after. We were very grateful for the air con! There is a well-sized balcony that can be covered from the sun. The neighbourhood is lively even if some of the local graffiti slogans are controversial! You can walk into the centre in 20-30 minutes but the local area is full of great restaurants, bakeries & bars.

The house has all the equipment to meet the needs of 2 people, the balcony is large and pleasant. The owner of the house is interested, helpful. The cleanliness is very good. The bed is not bad, the sheets and pillows are clean. Internet is also very good. We did not encounter any negative situation. We recommend those who want to stay. Maybe, the cover of the 2-seater sofa in the lounge can be replaced with a new, clean cover

• Evelyn (8/5): Basic but good value apartment - The apartment was spacious for a 1-bedroom and had all the basics. Bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The owner also had added a few thoughtful supplies for female guests. Location was about 6 blocks from nearest metro station, so not very convenient.. It was fairly basic in terms of a minimum of cooking and eating supplies/equipment and no information about the neighborhood was provided, like recommendations on where to eat and buy staples.

Friendly and helpful host Something the owner Is not to be blamed for: when using the shower you have to waste a lot of cold water before the warm one begins to flow.
• Pilar (10/5): Exceptional - It was close to my Greek school, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal—tucked into a lively, character-filled neighborhood, but still peaceful enough to relax. It was about a 15–20 minute walk to Monastiraki, which made exploring the city super convenient. The apartment itself matched all my requests exactly: clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better spot for my stay in Athens! I liked it all.
• Kate (9/5): Superb - The apartment was super nice so clean and spacious. Great shower and towels provided. Awesome huge balcony. Great airco and kitchen. They were super accomodating letting us check in a few hours early because that's when we arrived at tbe appt. Perfect location so close to everything and exarchia is a great area loads of little bars restaurants and shops. Bed had a dip in one side so we kept rolling into eachother so gave a 9. But other than that was a perfect stay!

• Maria (9/5): Nice jam close to the centre. - The proximity to the city center and the main attractions. All kind of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. It is a special area in you ask me. Narrow streets, up on hill, a lot of plants around . If you come with your own car it can be a bit of a challenge. There are parkings around with decent prices. The owner was very friendly and left a very well equipped apartment. I was so happy to find coffee, make up removal pads and even make ip removal. Really nice! It can be a bit noisy to find a parking spot and on a weekend night it can get noisy.
• Hendricksen (10/5): Awesome place to stay - In the pictures everything seemed normal. But when you arrive you will notice that the apartment is way bigger than it looks. AC in various rooms, in order to leave the whole apartment cool and a spacious bathroom with a separated toilet. Even a spacious balcony and a local market nearby. In my opinion the value of the place exceeds the price you pay. 10 out of 10.

• Brian (9/5): Despite the heat (we were there in August) we loved it and this property. - This is a fantastic unit and base for a visit to Athens. We caught the metro from the airport and got off at Syntagma. You can walk from there but with our bags we caught a taxi - 4 Euro. Exarchia is a fabulous neighborhood and within easy reach of the Archeological Museum, National Library and Parliament House. Spiro, the owner, provided plenty of good info prior to our arrival and was easy to contact by WhatsApp during our stay. The unit is comfortable and a lift gets you to the 4th floor. Lovely balcony, bedroom and kitchen/living area. So many great restaurants - Spiro will be happy to recommend. Local bakeries everywhere and mini-marts to help you stock up if you are planning to cook. Great for two people. Can't recommend highly enough. Taxi's are easy to catch using Uber or FreeNow, but caught off the streets will try to charge high rates. Walk away.

To get yourself educated with surroundings was challengind! The Greece street with different sling for same place and no English.

Its design was impeccable, boasting beautiful furniture, and it was spotlessly clean. Additionally, the host was very welcoming. It wasn't a major issue, but we couldn't get the washing machine to work. Perhaps we shouldn't have tried, but some guidance on this would have been helpful. Other than that, we encountered no issues; everything was fantastic.

Walking distance to most sites, we walked everywhere. We arrived quite late but the host still met with us to give us the keys and show us the apartment.

• Sabina (10/5): Absolutely superb stay in Athens - We loved every single thing about our stay at Spiroz's Apartment. Spiroz was incredibly hospitable, so sweet and generous. The apartment was perfect, it's indeed newly renovated and sparkling clean….it's pretty spacious, has a great bathroom, the bed was extremely comfortable and it had a Led light which brought an additional coziness to the place. Location is within walking distance to everything you need: markets, bakery, cafes etc. It took us 15 minutes to reach to the metro station but is in 2 minutes away from the bus stop. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, full kitchen set, olive oil for cooking, tea, coffee machine etc. Spiroz thought of the tiniest details and made it feel like home. Don’t hesitate to book this awesome place, you will be extremely pleased. We absolutely can’t wait to return to this accommodation!
• Jelena (8/5): Very nice apartment in the vibrant quarter - The location is great - very close to Plaka and Sintagma Square and in the middle of very lively neighborhood. The apartment is fully equipped, and the host took care of every little detail that you might need. It has very nice terrace and the bed is very comfortable. We also appreciate that we could check-in an hour before the official check-in time. We were there for four days (weekend and May Day holiday) and all time long there were renovations in the next door apartment. So it included drilling, hammering and all other very, very noisy works, starting in the morning (at about 10 a.m.) and finishing in the late afternoon. We had a little misunderstanding with hosts about possibility to store our luggage in the apartment for two hours after check out time, so we had to carry them to the city center for a couple of hours. There isn't metro station nearby, while bus on that route isn't that frequent and it's overcrowded.

It was also wonderful to use washing machine during our long trip and hang it outside the spacious balcony. When we needed help with minor things, Spiros and his father were really attentive and solved the problem immediately. he also recommended us some awesome restaurants and cafes nearby, and all of them were terrific! I'll definitely rebook Spiros' place next time for a longer time, when i come back. thank you so much! nothing

Slightly out of the central tourist area meaning the local bars and restaurants catered to local not tourists so were very authentic and friendly. Lots of lovely places on the doorstep. Easy to walk in as about 20 minutes from most places in the center. The apartment was very comfortable but also well stocked a with everything we could need. Obviously a lot of thought and care put into it. Would visit again.

You can grab some Greek pastries from the bakery next door and enjoy your breakfast at the nice balcony. The location was perfect for us - we really enjoyed the athmosphere of Exarcheia. Still there is walking distance to all the must-see places in Athens. I would recomend staying at Spiros place to everyone!

The apartment was spotless clean, we found everything we needed and more and we slept very well in the comfortable bed.
