• Elena (7/5): It was okay! - -Room was beautiful decorated. -Good facilities, quite well equipped. -It was clean and cozy (especially the terrace). -The elevator is not as noisy as some people complained in the comments, everything was pretty quiet during nights. - Very hard to find parking, even if it was mentioned that it s nearby, almost every spot was taken and we had to park a few streets away. This was a great inconvenience for us. - The hot water: even if we followed the indications for starting the hot water, it went cold after a quick shower and we had to wait again 40 minutes for another shower. - Very small bathroom. - The elevator lifts only until 4th floor, it's hard to climb the stairs if you have plenty of baggage. - The neighbourhood was a bit shady, must be careful if you travel alone; also it s far from the center, we had to take the car (not walking distance).
• Tamar (8/5): I would like to update the bathroom. Also, the hot water is not constant. Before each bath, you have to turn on the heat - The apartment's bathroom is a bit outdated, but it is clean. Its veranda is a great pleasure. The kitchen has all the necessary things (dishes, toaster, kettle, frying pan, kettle, etc.). The owner of the apartment is constantly in touch and ready to help. I would like to update the bathroom. Also, the hot water is not constant. Before each bath, you have to turn on the heater 20-25 minutes in advance to heat the water. It is forbidden to turn on the button for more than 20-25 minutes, because of this the water starts to cool down. However, overall, this did not bother us much.
• Aida (10/5): A cozy, clean apartment in a perfect location with excellent transport links, a helpful host, and a lovely terrace to un - The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a convenient stay. The owner is very kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is well connected to the city, making it easy to get around. One of the highlights is the amazing terrace, which is a great place to relax and chill. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was okey.
• Haifa (10/5): Amazing stay, I’m recommending it to family & friends .. suitable for solo travelers or couples - The location was 3 km from the center, it’s in a quiet Neighborhood and I felt safe all the time.. The host (Nic) is very responsive & helpful, amazing support .. the balcony is very beautiful & spacious Small bathroom but manageable
• Zhebelenko (10/5): Чудові апартаменти, щиро раджу всім. Із задоволенням би сюди повернулась - Чудове розташування (6-7 хв пішки до зеленої гілки метро), відносно тихий і спокійний район. В апартаментах є все необхідне, навіть дрібниці. Було чисто і затишно. Особливо вразила музичка, яка грає в ліфті, коли їдеш - це кожного разу піднімало настрій) Хазяїн уважний, відповідав швидко, надіслав чітку інструкцію до заселення, тож не було жодних питань або проблем. На початку зовсім трохи відчувався легкий запах каналізації, але згодом він зник (ну або ми звикли). Враження від апартаментів жодним чином не зіпсувало

• Katalin (8/5): A szállás maga jó volt, az emberi tényezp értékelhetetlen. - Gyakorlatilag nem volt kapcsolatom a szállásadóval. Semmilyen kérdésemre sem válaszolt. Az infókat nem 24 órával korábban küldte, hanem ÉRKEZÉSEM PILLANATÁBAN. Ez csak azért volt rossz, mert nem volt internetem aznap Athénban. Így nem tudtam kitalálni, mi a kódom, meg hogy hányadik emeleten lakom. Semmilyen kiírás sem volt az internetes infókon kívül, ami jelezte volna, merre menjek. A telefonszám, amit megadtak, nem működött. Sem előtte, sem közben, soha semmilyen formában nem tudtam emberrel értekezni, olyan volt, mintha nem is lett volna szállásadóm. Nagyon nagy stressz volt a bejutás. Én azért foglaltam a booking.com-on, mert eddig az volt a tapasztalatom, hogy van ember, aki fogadja az utazót. Nekem ez óriási csalódás volt, és a booking részéről nagy színvonal esés, hogy senkivel sem lehet kommunikálni. Az egész szállás téma embertelenné vált. Nem jó így utazni. Különösképpen egyedül. Az ember nem csak házakat akar látni egy idegen városban, hanem emberekkel is szeretne kapcsolatot létesíteni. Ebben az első KÉNE legyen, a szállásadó.

• Dóra (10/5): Perfect stay during solo travel - The flat is absolutely lovely, with a calming decor, windows in every room, making it very light - just like on the pictures. When I arrived, there was also a lovely scent. The flat also has a massive balcony to enjoy breakfast and a glass of wine during the evening. The flag is well-equipped and perfect for solo travelling or for a couple. While a bit outside of Athens, the city centre is easily accessible by metro, just a 5-minute walk away from the flat. There are a great variety of grocery stores (incl. Sklavenitis and Lidl), tavernas, and cafés just outside the door. Communication with the host was very smooth, with the possibility to check in earlier, which was easy. I absolutely loved my stay, which I wish I could have extended. I am sure I will be back though! Many thanks for everything!

• Botond (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is great. It is close to the city centre with metro, and it was quiet. We've had the best gyros few steps away from the place at Agrafa (suggested by the owner). A local supermarket was 3 minutes away, and a bigger Lidl was about 8 minutes to reach. The neighborhood has a different atmosphere after dark, and solo walks may require extra awareness.

• Anjuli (5/5): Price and what you get would have matched for me, tough cleaning is not enough. - The apartment matches the pictures and feeling you get in the offer when reviewing. Veranda gives a open space and lights the apartment. The location according to the locals is a bit of a dodgy area. Nothing dangerous but also not so nice after 21:00 in the night time to walk on those streets. The local recommendation was to avoid late nights and return home early or with taxi… Though, even 1x taxi driver did not wanted to drive us this area. Not sure, was it because of the area, or he simply did not feel like driving far out of the city Center-. Shower curtains having stains and is super old. Found hair on the floor of other people before us. Door to the veranda does not close proper is tricky to close.

• Tovchin (8/5): Nice stay! - Very nice and clean apartment with everything you need. It has two airco's but one is actually enough. Also in the shower there is a window, which we liked. It's actually better irl than on the pictures. Only remark is the shower curtain. It's a bit small so the floor gets wet. So maybe a bigger one would be nice.

• Marcin (9/5): Comfy apartment close to metro - We enjoyed the apartment, it was not expensive, quite comfortable and well-cleaned. It's not located in a tourist neighborhood, but the communication to city centre/monuments is very good - just a few steps from the metro station, you can easily reach Monastriaki/Plaka in 20 minutes. I've read the previous reviews often mentioning that the area around apartment is not safe, especially at night - but I did not get such impression. The streets were totally empty and quiet.
• Sophia (7/5): A nice, simple spot to get into central Athens - Access to the property was easy, and we got parking on the road outside. There is a lift in the building, which is handy as the apartment is on the top floor. It is nicely decorated and has a good outside area with sun loungers. Location means surrounding food and drink is more affordable than the center of Athens, but it's still close enough to get right into the thick of it in under 30 minutes using the Metro. Limited kitchen facilities made cooking anything more than a simple meal tricky, but fine if you eat out a lot. Building work in the flat below meant quite a lot of noise throughout the day, starting early, but we may have just been unlucky with the dates booked. The lift also made noises that could be heard within the flat.

I'd stay there again. - The apartment is isolated at the top of the building, with nice and big veranda providing a view to the near hills and skies. Very light place. Cosy. It is cute in style and convenient for short stays. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste.

• Łukasz (9/5): Exceptionally good quality/price ratio - Exceptionally good quality/price ratio. The flat was better cleaned than some 3- or 4-star hotels. Kitchen very good equipped with cutlery, pans and spices. Very good Wi-Fi connection. After turning on a fuse you have to wait 30-45 minutes for the hot water (I think less but it is what the owner wrote me). The AC and thus heating (visiting in November) was not working in the anteroom. It was working in the bedroom though. Just one tiny bottle of the shower gel for 3 days stay. The neighbourhood seemed a little dirty but quite safe I think. Although traveling metro line 1 (green) which station Agios Nicolaos is the closest to the flat could be sometimes dangerous, especially during evening and night.

• Dolski (10/5): Charming apartment that is perfect for both short and longer-term stays - Great value for money - the apartment is nicely decorated and you have all of the facilities needed for longer-term stays to really feel at home. Convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants in close walking distance, and a very responsive and helpful host. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Athens. 🙂

• Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful accomodation, probably my best via booking. You can watch Netflix on TV =). Good location for travelling and beautiful balcony as well. At night was the street a little bit scary, but during the day it was totally safe.
• Jovana (10/5): The apartment was really great and Nikolas was very helpful for all the things we needed! - Our host gave us very good tips regarding Athens sightseeing. Everything was just as we expected and beyond. The apartment is 5 minutes from metro station and you are in downtown in 10 minutes. The big supermarket and bakery are 3 minutes walk from the apartment and there also some great places to eat nearby. The apartment had everything we needed, balcony is really spacious and you can spend a lot of time just chilling there :) We highly recommend Nikolas and his apartment :)

• Kitty (10/5): A very enjoyable stay - Very well decorated, the kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for, bed/bedding comfortable, amazing outdoor space, great for sunbathing to good views. The location was residential, therefore commuting to restaurant hot spots like Monesterski was required. However, Aghios Nikolos (the closest train station at about a 5 min walk) is very well connected to the centre, and tourist hotspots like Omonia etc., therefore we found ourselves in the centre of Athens in about 15-20 minutes. Exploring the local area was also an excellent experience - there’s a great deli near the train station.

The air conditioning is in the hallway and I think it would be better to be placed in the dormitory
• Melanie (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is nice, clean and has everything you need. The owners are very kind and made sure that my stay was pleasant. They even helped me with navigating the bus system from the airport since I arrived late at night. I would not recommend this apartment for solo travelers because of the location. It did not feel safe at night. Also, the AC does not reach the bedroom so the apartment got very hot making it very hard to get a good night’s sleep.
