• Annitsa (9/5): great family stay - the host met us and showed us the apartment, answered all our questions and gave us the keys. the apartment is a short walk from restaurants and a grocery store and the beach. its a great location. When we encounter some issues with one of the air conditioners, the host was very responsive. can't think of anything in particular.

• Evylina (3/5): - The host was polite. There was always available parking outside for the rental car. I am disappointed with the condition of the apartment we rented. The property was pictures advertised online. It appears the photos were taken several years ago, as they do not reflect the current state of the apartment and furniture. Upon arrival, late in the evening, we did not initially notice the extent of the uncleanliness. However, by the next morning it was evident that the apartment was in an unacceptable condition. One of us woke up with severe allergic reactions, likely due to dust and general lack of hygiene. We spent the entire following day cleaning the apartment ourselves and had to purchase new cleaning supplies, as the ones available were unusable due to dirt and grime. The only items that were reasonably clean were the towels and bed linens. However, the mattresses were stained and unhygienic. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms began leaking water directly onto an exposed electrical circuit, something that clearly poses a serious safety hazard. A technician was sent, but the issue was merely covered with tape and left unresolved. As a result, I fell ill and am currently undergoing treatment with antibiotics, likely due to mold or poor air quality from the unmaintained unit. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was broken, and the cushions were visibly dirty and unusable. I have photos and videos documenting all of these issues. Also there were left cigarette stubs in the flower pot, garbage under the bed from previous guests most likely.

• Sam (10/5): Exceptional - HUGE terrace, very convenient location, excellent childrens playground a short walk away, beach is very close, beds were very comfy, had all the fascilities (iron ect) we needed. Great stay and would stay again. Wifi was a little slow (but wasn't essential for our trip)
• Dragan (10/5): glyfada is very good desriantion for anyone who likes sea and urban - big terrace, big rooms, you can park everywhere in front of facility, quiet neighborhood, good kitchen, big sliding windows lots of light in appartment i ltteraly cant say anything about the property that was not good

The host provided all amenities, coffee, tea, water, washing liquid, toiletries as well as olive oil and vinegar. Highly recommend the apartment and would certainly stay over next time I visit Athens!
