• Γιάννης (1/5): - Απογοητευτική εμπειρία – δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε όσα υπόσχεται Είχαμε ενημερώσει το κατάλυμα ότι ερχόμαστε για λόγους υγείας, καθώς έκανα χειρουργείο και χρειαζόμουν ησυχία και άνεση για την ανάρρωση. Δυστυχώς, το διαμέρισμα δεν πληρούσε ούτε στο ελάχιστο τις βασικές προδιαγραφές. Αν και δηλώσαμε 2 άτομα, υπήρχε μόνο ένα σεντόνι και το κρεβάτι ήταν σε σοφίτα με πολύ χαμηλό ταβάνι – αν είσαι πάνω από 1.70 ύψος, δεν χωράς καν όρθιος χωρίς να χτυπήσεις το κεφάλι σου. Οι σκάλες που οδηγούν εκεί είναι επικίνδυνες, πόσο μάλλον για κάποιον που έχει χειρουργηθεί. Η τζαμαρία δίπλα στην πόρτα δεν είναι καν τζαμαρία σπιτιού – είναι μαγαζιού και είναι και σπασμένη, γεγονός που ενισχύει την εντύπωση ότι ο χώρος ήταν παλιότερα αποθήκη ή κατάστημα και μετατράπηκε πρόχειρα σε “κατάλυμα”. Το air condition είναι σχεδόν πάνω από το κεφάλι, σε απόσταση 1 μέτρου, και φυσάει κατευθείαν επάνω σου, με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί χωρίς να αρρωστήσεις. Ο καναπές ήταν σπασμένος και γερνούσε, δεν μπορούσες να καθίσεις σωστά. Η μία πετσέτα ήταν σκισμένη και δεν υπήρχαν κουβέρτες ή κάτι για να σκεπαστούμε. Το μπάνιο είχε μούχλα και έντονη μυρωδιά, και το κατάλυμα ήταν γενικά βρώμικο. Η κουζίνα ήταν άχρηστη: ο απορροφητήρας δεν λειτουργούσε και ο βραστήρας ήταν γεμάτος σκουριά και άλατα. Ο χώρος συνολικά ήταν πολύ μικρός, κλειστοφοβικός και καθόλου λειτουργικός – στην ουσία μια τρύπα. Να σημειώσουμε ότι διατηρούμε κι εμείς κατάλυμα στη Ρόδο και γνωρίζουμε καλά τι σημαίνει φιλοξενία και ποιότητα. Αυτό που συναντήσαμε εδώ ήταν πραγματικά απαράδεκτο. Η τιμή των 70€ τη βραδιά είναι πραγματικά εξωφρενική.

• István (4/5): Disappointing - Location is exxelent Relatively noisly, because the whole living area is separated only by a single door from the street. Yuo are at the street level, natural light com in through opal window, next to the entrance door. The busses run about 10-15 m from the bed in the living area. If you sleep upstairs in the galery area the situatiton is better
• Yll (1/5): They didn't respond to the phone calls. - They didn't respond to telephone calls to us and to the border police. They tried to verify the location where we had to stay. They told us that it must be fake and didn't allow to enter the state from Athens airport, and I got deported back with my wife. The company after I came to my state didn't refund the money even though I didn't use the apartment and the problem was theirs.

• Mary (7/5): Good - The property is in the center very close to where we wanted to be. The price was good and there are a lot of things around in terms of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The noise from the street and the caffe outside was really loud until very late in the night making it hard to fall asleep. Also there is too much light coming from the street in the room in the night and there is nothing you can do about it.

• Alicia (1/5): Bad - Please avoid this accommodation at all cost for you own sake. There is no water on the second day we arrived. Told the host about this issue but no help nor alternatives were given (and also no refund) but they simply just pushing the responsibility to the landlord and the water supplier by just saying they are just a “coordinator” and even ask us if we even have the minimum comprehension to understand that?! And we had to looked for another accommodation at last minute because the host was useless, they kept updating us on the water situation but just simply NO SOLUTION WAS GIVEN and even had the audacity to say there will be no water for the next 24 hours. The floor was dusty and there is even a chewing gum on the railing of the second floor?! (Very noticeable) The unit was located just a few minutes walk away from the metro which was great, but it was located at street level, making it very noisy and the worse part is the window could not shut tight, making it a lot noisier and we couldn’t even get a good night’s sleep after a long day. Totally my worst stay ever! Please avoid this accommodation at all cost for your mental wellbeing’s sake.

• Linah (8/5): Cool, small place near Megaron Athens International Conference Centre - Checkin process smooth Property near where I needed to be which was the conference centre. Communication with property was professional. Place itself was cool, had all essentials and was spotless. The window next to the door could do with a large curtain as it allowed the sunlight in very early.

• Georgios (3/5): Poor - It was close to the metro station. Despite the apartment's small size, it had nearly everything we needed. 1. Nowhere on the listing does it say that the apartment is on street level. If you have ever lived in Athens you know this is unsafe. The outer wall is basically a thick windowshop glass with a coating to add privacy, that does nothing to obstruct city lights, sirens and illegally parked motorbikes that turn their headlights on at night towards the front door. 2. No sound-proofing. Next door to the apartment there is a cafe that had customers until 3:30 am during our first day there. Whilst they were not particularly loud, we could hear every snippet of conversation they were having. We did not get any sleep that night.

• Isis (10/5): Lovely loft downtown Athens - The apartment was very clean and tidy. Perfect location, you can easily go anywhere from there. The staff was really supportive and kind. Highly recommended!  Everything was great.
