• soizic (6/5): Déçu du confort - Bien placé. Nous avons fait toute la ville à pied. Les transports sont proches si vous le souhaitez. Appartement spacieux. 2 petits restaurants excellents situé dans la rue à l'arrière de l’appartement et à l'écart des touristes. Fuites d'eau au niveau du frigo à notre arrivée qui persisté lors de notre séjour (avons mis une serviette et prévenu le propriétaire). Ampoule grillée à notre arrivée dans une chambre et dégagement sans ampoule. Fiente d’oiseau sur le drap housse du lit d'appoint. Literie du lit d'appoint de mauvaise qualité car on sent les lattes.Cuisine rudimentaire avec batterie de cuisine vieillotte. Plaque de cuisson électrique qui met 30mn avant de bouillir. Logement tres bruyant (on entend les voisins et du bruit dans la rue en continu la nuit) mais c’est le risque quand on choisit un logement en centre ville. Cet appartement pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable s’il était bien entretenu.

• Paola (5/5): - La posizione dell’appartamento è buona, in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata: in 10/15 minuti si raggiunge il centro e le fermate dei mezzi di trasporto. I condizionatori funzionano bene, cosa molto utile per il soggiorno estivo. La pulizia generale era piuttosto approssimativa, alcune pentole non lavate correttamente e nel cassetto c’erano solo due cucchiaini e nessun canovaccio. Le camere da letto non avevano comodini né luci accanto al letto, il che le rendeva poco funzionali. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 6 notti in 4 persone, abbiamo trovato solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica, nessun cambio asciugamani e nessuna pulizia dell’appartamento, ( mancavano i prodotti di base per pulirci almeno il bagno). Inoltre, la vasca era priva di tenda, rendendo la doccia scomoda. L'impressione generale è stata di poca cura e scarsa attenzione ai dettagli. Il pagamento è stato richiesto esclusivamente in contanti, senza alcuna ricevuta.

• Tahaver (9/5): Excellent comfortable stay near to the old city and convenient for the local sights. - Lovely traditional apartment building with high ceilings, lift access to 2nd floor, aircon and balconies to all rooms. Easy access through secure key safe at entrance for late night arrivals. Close to supermarket, pharmacy, cafes etc. Would suggest considering bedside tables and lamps. Useful to have a small chest/dresser in bedrooms with stool or easy chair. Lamps would be useful in lounge/diner. We had no hot water a couple of times in the mornings, so had to skip showers or use cold water. Only returned to hot in the evening. We understand the hot water tank and boiler need time to replenish but this was not what we expected with a family of 5 needing to get ready for an early start.

L’appartement est spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez nous. Thomas a été adorable et nous a très bien reçu. Je recommande vivement

• Dian (10/5): Our stay was wonderful — warm hospitality, a beautiful and comfortable apartment - When I booked this place, I noticed there were no reviews yet, but the photos looked amazing, so I decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! The host was incredibly welcoming, waiting for us to arrive so he could hand over the keys, show us around, and introduce us to the apartment. As soon as I walked in, I saw that the apartment looked exactly like the photos — beautifully decorated, cozy, and very clean. The balcony was spacious and full of lovely plants, making it a perfect spot to relax. It’s a very comfortable space, ideal for a family stay. The beds and linens were also very comfortable, and the apartment had pretty much everything you could possibly need — even cotton pads and cotton swabs, which was a thoughtful touch. The host told us we were his very first guests, and I truly hope this review helps him get many more bookings. Highly recommended! The only minor downside was that parking wasn't very convenient, but that’s quite common for apartments in Athens — it’s street parking like most places. Still, it didn’t affect our overall experience.

• Magda (10/5): Amazing place close to everything in Athens - Great location! Just few minutes by walk to subway station, little longer on foot to Acropolis Hill or National Garden. Markets really close too. Really calm and quiet neighborhood. Tomas was very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet him and stay in that apartment. I will recommend to everyone who need to spend that time like at home. Apartment equipped in everything you need on holiday and even more. Markets really close to. That's the place I would might come back.
• Tsvetana (7/5): Good - The apartment is rather centrally located, though it is still a 20 min walk to the Acropolis and Plaka. In terms of size, it is reasonably large and accomodates comfortably a family of 3 or 4. Outdated and not well maintained, the overall look and feel really does not correspond to the photos. Kitchen is rather basic. Some of the wardrobe doors are broken in the bedroom. The bathroom is set up in a way to make it impossible to not wet everything while showering. Shower head may not be attached to the wall, so it has to be held at all times. We were disappointed.

• Gergely (8/5): Great location and really friendly/helpful staff - Location is absolutely georgeous, in the middle of everything. Friendly host, helped us with a locksmith when we left the key inside the door. Also helped us to drop off luggage Could have been cleaner and the extra bed a bit more comfy.
• Hendricks (6/5): A Quiet, Peaceful Hideaway - Nice, clean, roomy apartment in a residential neighborhood. This apartment would be perfect for a person, couple or family wanting a quiet getaway. A block away, a truly excellent taverna charmingly faces a lovely park. A block n the opposite direction are an excellent bakery and well stocked grocery store. As foreign tourists we thought this place was going to be more centrally located. It's too far to walk to most attractions and not a great place to find a taxi. It was, unfortunately, inconvenient for our needs.

• Huffman (10/5): great location for 5 adults/older teens! - 10-20 walking distance to everything. nice big rooms, comfortable pull out sofa. perfect for a family of 5 (with 3 teens). I would definitely stay here again but just a few things for others to know. it could’ve used a stand up shower - a shower handle is provided but no place to mount it & no shower curtain. not horrible just a little awkward if not used to it. turn on the hot water in the breaker box 30 minutes before showering for hot water. 2 1/2 flights of stairs or a tiny elevator. our stay was really great though.

• Iva (10/5): Very good location and beautiful apartment with 3 balcones. - very nice apartment with 3 balconies, good location, clean, soft towels, good equipped, easy to find. Just to recommend to put maybe 2 pairs of keys because the apartment is for group of 5 so it would be easier for us to manage. Also I would appreciated to announce earlier when is someone coming to pick up the money because the lady came in the apartment by unlocking the doors. It was luck that someone was inside.

• Cristiana (8/5): Nice apartment near Acropolis - The appartment is large, beautiful, with good furniture and 3 balconies. It has a decent kitchen and a pretty large bath with bathtub. Also it has a washing-machine that was very convenient. Large fridge with freezer. It was very clean when we arrived. Enough towels, pillows and blankets. The street was quiet and close to the Acropolis, to the tram (line 6, going to Syntagma Square) and to a metro station (Syngrou Fix). Very close there are two taverns and also a supermarket. On Mondays, on the street there is a flyweel market with beautiful fruits, vegetables, olives. The flat was somehow cold, although the weather was warm. It is on a hill and it is pretty difficult to climb it in the evening, tired and sleepy. Communication with the host was difficult, she didn`t take her money until the last day, although she said she will come the second day (we stayed 6 nights), then she had her phone closed and did not answer my message (she said she was ill). Also, she accepted a late check-out (without payment, although I offered to pay), and then changed her mind in the last day, so the maid (who was very polite) came and cleaned the flat with our luggage in. It was stresful and unpleasant. I asked for the late check-in with two weeks before arrival and the host confirm is then. I also reminded her about that in our first day and in the morning of our last day (we asked for check-ou at 14.30). Then she called me at 13.00 to tell me it is a misunderstanding and the hour of check-out is 11.00.

The bedrooms were well appointed and the beds were comfortable. the host was responsive The couches were incredibly uncomfortable and the apartment was pretty far from the main action. The internet was slow and up and down during our stay.
