• Prodromos (4/5): - Το κατάλυμα είναι αρκετά βρώμικο , χαλασμένες κουρτίνες , βρώμικες , τοίχοι κίτρινοι και μυρίζει το σπίτι σαν παλιό. Ειδοποίησα την κοπέλα που είναι στο τηλέφωνο και που υποσχέθηκε ότι θα έρθουν να το καθαρίσουν , αλλά εννοείται πως δεν ήρθε κανείς τις 5 μέρες που είμασταν εκεί…. Δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα του
• Ogidi-nwankwo (10/5): - The appartment was very crlean and spacious. It was centrally located in a safe friendly neighbourhood. The elevator made our stay very wheelchair friendly. With some more kitchen tools like microwave, blender and some salad spoons it would be perfect. Once again I would recommend this place to everybody!

• Laura (8/5): Buen apartamento, volveríamos. - Buena ubicación, el aire acondicionado, la terraza y buena calidad-precio. Buena comunicación con el propietario que nos resolvió todas las dudas que tuvimos. Las camas nos resultaron incómodas, especialmente las almohadas. Además, como sugerencia pediríamos que revisen los cajones de las mesitas y entre el cabecero y la pared, nos hemos encontrado alguna sorpresilla. Pero todo el resto muy limpio y lo recomendamos. La nevera no funcionó los primeros días pero en cuanto contactamos al propietario nos intento ayudar todo lo posible y finalmente funcionó.
• Hinde (9/5): Great option to stay. - Exactly what we needed. Clean. Good location. Was quite quiet. Being on the 5th gave us the option to burn a few calories that we added for dinner, or take the elevator :) A little spartan with the decor. Beyond that I can’t fault it.

• Ali (6/5): False Advertisement, Inconvenience but Clean and Spacious - Spacious, it had all the equipments you need, the location was good about 11min walk to the metro station. Clear check in instructions. False advertisement: the apartment is definitely not brand new, maybe just some equipments and furniture but the bathroom and shower and bedrooms and most furniture felt old. Big inconvenience and Lack of Flexibility: I would not recommend this apartment for a group who are coming to different activities, you can only do everything together if you want to stay there. there's only one key and that one key controls the electricity in the house which formed a big inconvenience for us as we all felt controlled because someone had to open the door at all times if we're not together and they just want to chill at home. Or if you're coming late you have to wake the whole house up just to open a door because you can't just simply take key with you because rest will be stuck with no electricity. The host was very unhelpful nor understanding in that regards for "security reasons" and only solution he had was too leave the key in the lock box, which was very unreasonable considering this key controls all electricity in the house.

• Hanife (7/5): Price performance balance is an ‘OK’ business. - The facility was the same as in the photos and was presented to us on time and clean. You will be contacted before check-in and all the information you need will be provided to you via a portal with SMS and text message. You pick up your key from a lock box. And you do not meet anyone in person or verbally. This may or may not be something you prefer. All the wardrobes in the bedroom are locked and closed with a ‘please do not open’ sign, which is a bit strange. Hot water is a bit problematic, maybe this is related to the infrastructure, but it is useful to know before renting. You have to press a button for hot water before showering and it takes about 30-35 minutes for the water to be ready, which is enough for a shower for only one person. Especially in the mornings, it can be a situation that delays leaving the house.

• Nathalie (8/5): Large appartment with everything you need - A big house with a large kitchen (including toaster) and bathroom with bathtub and shower. Large living room with big table where you can sit, eat, work. It is definitely a good value for money when you are in Athens! Metro is at 10 minutes walk. It's a house with a manual and it is helpful to read it beforehand. For showering you need to turn on the hot water and wait half an hour before showering (but I believe this is common in Greece). There was some miscommunication when we tried to get the keys. We had an old video so we could not find the keys at first. Internet connection was not that great, especially in the morning it was slow.

• David (9/5): Marvellous - A clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Met by host and shown around. No night time noise that you get in some city centre flats. Nice park nearby. 10 minutes walk to Metro (got a five day pass including busses and trams for about 8 Euros!) or you can walk to the ancient city centre in about 40 minutes. No big problem at all but the shower runs out of hot water if two people want showers in quick succession.

• Eszter (10/5): Amazing apartment and great communication with the owner - This apartment was amazing. Huge, with balconies and 2 rooms. The communication with the owner was great. I was travelling with my parents and they could get into the apartment at 1 pm as I asked the owner previously to let them in earlier. The street was quiet but in the very center of Athens. I had no issues, everything was great.
