- Mike Alexandrovsky (10/5): Amazing stay! - It was very easy to check in, just use the codes you got from booking and you're in. Same for the checkout - just drop your key cards to the mailbox in the lobby and you're out. The room was clean, big, comfortable. Bathroom was clean, fresh towels waited for us on the bed. The wifi signal was great, speed was very good. The apartment is located in the center, a few minutes walk from Ermou street right where all the shops are.

- Jason (2/5): Good location, shame about the room noise. - Property was large and spacious and good location The room had a pipe running inside the wall which was extreme noisy and kept banging all day AND night which made it impossible to get a good nights rest. Staff claimed it was next door building issue but considering you could feel the pipe against the wall when you rest your hand on the wall it’s an unlikely story to avoid liability. Also if this is a known issue the room should not be offered for guests to stay. There’s also no staff on the weekends so bare that in mind. This was an issue for us as there was no staff the were very slow to address our issue or to even issue us a new room.

The cleaning and maintenance staff also very polite and efficient. Clean and had the basics we needed. I would have given the property a higher score were it not for a very rude receptionist/ staff at the reception who was rude to our children and falsely accusing them of playing with the flyers they layout at reception.
- Abdou (7/5): Good place to be. - Location for sure and easy access. We booked for 2 adults and for one child (11years). We received only pillows/towels for 2 only. And the extra bed was not prepared with no sheet or cover available in the apartment. We had to call and request. Blinds were not the best so when the sun was out, the room was not dark anymore and it is a bit annoying.

Μία μικρής σημασίας λεπτομέρεια θα ηταν ότι θα μου άρεσε να εχει λιγο μεγαλύτερο ψυγείο και σε άλλη θέση για να μην χρειαζεται να σκυβω και λιγο μεγαλύτερη πίεση το νερό στο ντουζ.

The staff are very friendly, happy to help and share tips about the city. The lounge and common areas are kept in pristine state. Definitely recommend.

Para la ducha, había que encender el calefactor 30min antes y a veces no salía del todo caliente. Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle y algunas noches había un poco de ruido.

Très bien situé proche du centre et Check in et Check out très rapide et facile ! Malgré un emplacement un peu excentre, quartier assez bruyant car je pense qu’il y a seulement un simple vitrage. Très compliqué de s’endormir quand le bar met la musique ou que les gens hurlent dans la rue en pleine nuit… voir peut être pour demander une chambre qui ne donne pas dans la rue pour limiter le bruit.

- RUTH (7/5): We stayed for about 2 weeks, which was lovely, because we saw all the things we wanted too. - The codes for the doors were easy to remember. there were two doors before you could get into the building. The building was in the centre, but quiet. There were saucepans in the cupboard, but no hob to cook anything.. This was very strange, but we managed with the microwave and a grill.

Заранее прислали на почту все подробные указания и коды для дверей и wifi . В номере есть всё: чайник,небольшая печка, тостер, холодильник, кофемашина,( в одном номере была даже посудомоечная машина), утюг и полная комплектация посуды. Вобщем всё для комфортного проживания. Очень близко к центру и станции метро, всё в пешей доступности . И вместе с тем отель расположен на тихой улочке и в номере была идеальная тишина , что для центра редкость. Марилена , очень приятная девушка, помогла нам продлить один номер до вечера. По цене как за одну ночь, но всё равно это было дешевле , чем через буккинг. От всей души рекомендуем этот отель!!!!!! Спасибо за всё!!!!! Не было такого

- Sirous (4/5): Buena ubicación pero muy básico y defectuoso - Ubicación excelente. Uno de los apartamentos no tenía agua caliente y no la repararon. Tampoco tenía ni jabón, ni gel de ducha ni champú. La ducha en uno de los pisos estaba sucia. Nos dieron 2 toallas y pedimos una colcha extra pero nos dijeron que no. La información para el check in no la entendí o no fue correcta para los dos pisos. Pero puede haber sido mi error. El otro piso tenía agua caliente y pudimos ducharnos allí. Tampoco tenía amenidades. Muy bien ubicado.
- Mohammed (8/5): Toplocatie en schoon, met enkele kanttekeningen - De locatie is echt een groot pluspunt: letterlijk in het hart van het centrum. Het appartement is ruim, schoon, modern en verzorgd. Toen ik vroeg om schone handdoeken, werden deze zonder problemen netjes vervangen, wat ik erg waardeerde. Al met al een prettige accommodatie op een uitstekende locatie, met een paar aandachtspunten die het verblijf nog comfortabeler zouden kunnen maken. Persoonlijk vond ik de matras aan de harde kant, waardoor het slapen voor mij niet altijd even comfortabel was. Daarnaast duurde het vrij lang voordat er warm water beschikbaar was om te kunnen douchen; hiervoor moest steeds een knop worden ingedrukt en ongeveer een half uur worden gewacht.
