• John (9/5): Home from home - Great apartment, easy to access, nice to come back to after going out all day. Enough close including a great supermarket up the road for supplies. The beds were a bit hard for us. Just be aware it's slightly out of the main area, but still plenty there are a transportation is excellent.

Lokalizacja jak najbardziej na plus, blisko punkty z jedzeniem (burgery, pizza) oraz sklepy. Dłuższym spacerem dotrze się do różnych atrakcji. Blisko stacje metra. Okolica spokojna, czasami słychać przejeżdżające i trąbiące auta, ale nie jest to uciążliwe. Kołdra była poplamiona, dość twardy materac, drzwi wejściowe trochę ciężko chodzą.

• KATSIARYNA (10/5): Отличное соотношение цена-качество! - Отличное месторасположение, рядом много кафе и мелких магазинов, главная площадь в 10-15 минутах ходьбы. В квартире чисто, уютно, тепло. Четкая инструкция по самостоятельному заселению, разрешили выселиться на 1,5 часа позже.

• Uta (9/5): - Appartement assez grand pour deux, bien situé. Tout est fourni. Le quartier est central et très agréable. Petite terrasse jolie et tranquille. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La literie est un peu dure. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine en plus seraient utiles (couverts, poêle nouvelle). Mais dans l'ensemble tout va bien

• Davide (3/5): Cheap but...... - Good position, it's close to several metro stations and the parliament Elevator Cheap-ish price Dirty bedsheets/not bleached properly (hope it's the latter) Several pieces of furniture were damaged inside the house and the parquet was nearly rotting. Host was extremely unhelpful, I asked them if there was a tablecloth in the house and was met with complete silence, at least he/she could've told me that there wasn't one available, basic courtesy. Out of all the forks only ONE was normal sized, the others were small dessert forks Overall, rude host and not clean

• Joanna (10/5): Amazing stay! - The apartment is really spacious, perfectly clean and has everything you may possibly need. The location is also very good, near to the city center, shops and restaurants. Apart from that the contact with the host was impeccable! Defenitly worth recomendation! -

Παρά τα τρία κλειδιά για τις τρεις διαφορετικές πόρτες, κατά την είσοδο μου δυο φορές μέχρι το βράδυ οι πρώτες δύο πόρτες ήταν ανοιχτές. Με απλό σπρώξιμο άνοιγε Οι τζαμαρίες ήταν με κουρτίνες και μπλακ λάιτ και διαφανής

• ירושלים קאופמן (7/5): מחיר מפתה לבעלי יכולות הכלה. - כ 20 דקות הליכה לכיכר סינטגמה. מחיר טוב.חדר גדול מאד מחולק למטבח,פינת אוכל גדולה,מתחם עם מיטה זוגית וארונות. קשה לאתר את הכניסה לבניין,חבל שאין שילוט שמפנה לבניין האחורי.אמבטית ישיבה קטנטנה,לא נוחה.במטבח אביזרים בסיסיים,.קומקום חשמלי וטלוויזיה לא פעלו,טופל לאחר שביקשנו.המעלית לא פעלה באחד הימים,ונאלצנו לעלות 4 קומות עם מדרגות לולייניות,אבל טופל .

• Guy (9/5): superbe appartement très bien placé - appartement situé au 4eme étage; mais avec ascenseur. Dans une ruelle calme Grande pièce de vie avec table massive, canapés , véranda avec chambre séparée par des étagères; Lit très confortable cuisine très fonctionnelle avec accès au balcon dotée d'une table bistrot et 2 chaises petite salle de bain -WC fonctionnelle appartement très bien situé à 1,5 du centre ville (Acropole) en traversant un parc magnifique . Il manque un bouchon sous l'évier de la cuisine entraînant une inondation en cas de vidage des bacs la bouilloire électrique ne fonctionne pas (mais nous avons utilisé une cafetière électrique pour avoir de l'eau chaude)
• Adrien (8/5): - Très bien placé à deux pas des jardins nationaux d'Athènes et du stade olympique. L'accès au centre ville se fait également facilement à pied par la traversée du parc. Appartement spacieux situé dans quartier calme, la climatisation nous a été bien utile pour éviter la chaleur. Balcon qui permet de profiter d'un extérieur en plein cœur d'Athènes. Le sommier du lit. Lattes sous forme d'échelle et qui sont juste posées sur le sommier, se déclipsant alors facilement. Durant notre séjour, le matelas s'est donc enfoncé à plusieurs reprises...
• kramvi (4/5): Απογοητευση - Τιποτα Το μέρος μυρίζει μούχλα, πολύ παλιό κ λερωμένα κλιματιστικό. Πολύ παλιές οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και τα σκευη της κουζίνας φθαρμενα. Και κατσαρίδα ακομα βρήκαμε . Γενικά δεν είναι φροντισμενο
• Ana (9/5): Alojamiento perfecto en Atenas - El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación, llegas al centro andando en 15 / 20 minutos. Es luminoso, amplio y muy cómodo, con aire acondicionado, terraza, nevera... Estuvimos varios días tanto para visitar la ciudad como sus alrededores. Hay disponibilidad de alquilar también el garaje (perfecto si llevas un coche pequeño, no por la plaza en sí, si no por el acceso a este). El dueño está pendiente y responde rápido. Una vez reservado el apartamento, nos enteramos de que había que pagar una tasa turística que elevaba el precio (en nuestro caso, hubo que añadir 30€ más)

• Rébecca (7/5): Central and spacious apartment in Athens - We liked the location. It was only a 20 minute walk to the most famous areas. We also liked the spacious apartment for two people (note that everything is in the same room separated by furniture, of you plan to rent this place for more than two people). The apartment was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air condition was noisy. The refrigerator was small and not very cold (the water bottle we put in the freezer over night didn't freeze, although the fridge was on max.). There was no chrome cast possibilities on the TV. There was no parking place included in the price. The shower had low pressure. We told the host about it, and he said he would send someone to fix it after our departure. There were not so many kitchen ustensiles available (only one fork at a normal size and three small ones, and no bowls for our cereals for example). Lastly, the system of the light switches was a mess. There were light switches in all four corners of the room, but there was no logic to which light they controlled.

• David (8/5): Great-value apartment in excellent locaiton - Excellent-value apartment in nice neighbourhood. It has everything you could want. The host was communicative, and sent easy-to-follow instructions for getting the key and accessing the apartment. There were only a couple of things that I didn't like: the bed was really, really hard; and the shower wasn't great. Apart from that, it was very nice, and for the price, those two negative points are easily overlooked.

The bed was comfortable and the apartment large enough The styling needs a little work! Its a little inconsistent, The bed (room) is surrounded by lots of shelves trying to separate the rest of the living room, but its basically open plan! Also quite noisy, they are doing construction but thats not something that can be helped.

• Rade (9/5): Overnight stay in Athens - We were staying for one night, apartment is on good location, easy to find, relatively close to the city centre. Instructions for check-in were very detailed. Apartment is very well equipped even for a longer stay. We were by car, and parking in Athens is a bit of an issue, there are few parking houses nearby (we went to Polis Park - highly recommended) We had problems locking the apartment from the inside.

• Luca (10/5): Perfect accomodation! - Absolutely everything. Amazing bang for the buck, very welcoming, modern and well fitted 1 room apartment. Everything was clean and functioning. AC is essential in the summer and it works perfectly. -

• Piro (9/5): The flat has good location, its really big, and the owner was helpful, worth the price. :) - The apartment was really big, although it was a one bedroom flat, but you had the feeling, that the bedroom is separated from the living room - I've enjoyed it. The owner was really helpful, and always reacted fast. I encourage you to ask him in any case you need something, or just info. We visited Athens in winter, and the apartement was a bit cold, which must be good in summer, but we needed to heat with the AC, and it was a bit loud for the night. Otherwise I completely recommend the apartement.

• Gscambridge (9/5): Unique and great value studio apartment - This unusual studio apartment is really spacious and was great value. It's rather dated but must have been the height of fashion and innovation when it was initially furnished. I would love to see photos of what it looked like then. It is still a comfortable and unique place to stay. The kitchen is well-equipped and was a great space to prepare food. There is heating and air-con (not that we needed either) and a lift. The location was a gentle 15 - 20-minute walk to Plaka and the sights, but you could walk through a park or get a taxi. It is not a tourist area, but there is a good selection of little shops and a great bakery close to the apartment, plus a Domino's pizza place on the corner and bars and restaurants nearby. Getting a taxi from the main road by Dominos was easy. It's a personal thing, but we found the bed too hard which distrupted our sleep. I would suggest the owner adds a memory foam mattress topper.

There was no microwave in the kitchen, and I couldn't set the oven. Probably my fault. Instead of a shower, the small bathroom has a bathtub that is very small and also with a sitting part, so to use as a shower it is uncomfortable. Especially for the old. And mosquitoes. Problem anywhere. Bring some insect repellent with you. The bedroom has no window. It was seperated from the living room with shelves. The lighning is so complicated.

Called the host and he graciously came and showed me how to open it, a lovely gentleman. Very close to all you'll want to do in Athens, with a train station a 15 min walk away you can get anywhere you need to!

• Krishna (10/5): Exceptional - except for the internet, there is nothing I think requires a change. apartment is perfectly located and everything you need to live for a few days (except food) is available in the place. internet was extremely bad. not the speed but internet was completely down for atleast 6 times during our stay and our only option to get it back was to restart the router and hope it connects.
