• Zuzana (8/5): Stylish appartment in local neighborhood,walkable to Plaka,erc - Stylish apartment in local neighborhood,walking distance almost everywhere. We had troubles with hot water,but the landlord helped to fix it quickly. Good,comfortable setting for family/friends of up to 4ppl. Few nice restaurants and cafes nearby,as well as supermarket (however not 24hrs,we arrived late and took some time to find one that would be open to buy water) There were some noises from outside early morning,the apparent is not situated towards the street,but still we heard som unidentified noise each morning
• Maria (10/5): Very convenient apartment at the heart of Kolonaki - The location was excellent, the apartment very comfortable and well arranged for 4 people, everything was within walking distance (supermarket, taxis, restaurants) and the airconditioning was very nice, although it was an exceptionally hot day. The main bathroom was on the smaller size but having 2 WCs was great.

Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was very easy. Building feels very safe and secure. Not enough blankets/pillows (for pullout sofa bed) No washing liquid for dishwasher and washing machine
• Christos (4/5): Disappoint - The Apartments windows is without View, We didn't had warm water for 3 days , after a lot of Messages with Owner they fix it in 3rth day but didn't work well, We didn't had complete Wash towers, we Didn't had bathroom mat.
• Hung (9/5): Closed Location adn full Equiment, best service - Amazing nice 2 bedrooms apartment with full facility in the Kichen, television…, apartment have elevator, 10minutes walkin from Metro station/bus, closed the restaurant for Lunch and dinner, very nice view window The apartment is the top at the hill so if you have heavy luguages it is not easy by foot
• Felicity (3/5): No hot water, no help and the aircon was broken - The flat is lovely and the location is good There was no hot water, the air con in the bedroom only blew out hot air, it was incredibly loud as the flat below was being renovated. Big birds nest above the main bedroom so also got a natural wake up alarm at 6.25am when the sun came up. It was a hot weekend and we couldn't shower and they did not answer the number provide or send anyone out to help us.

• Barma (7/5): Well located nice apartment but poorly serviced - The apartment is very well located, clean and nicely decorated The apartment is very dark. All windows look onto dark courtyards so there is almost no natural light. The hot water heating system for the shower does not really work. I tried to communicate with the host about this but had no real help except to say ‘there is hot water’… but there wasn’t. Missing basic amenities (toilet paper, not enough pillows for 5 people).

• Esin (7/5): Good - The apartment was well decorated. We felt comfortable. Kolonaki was a good option to stay. You can check in the apartment at 15:00 and check out time is 11:00. This is a bit different from normal check in and out times. (14:00 for check out-12:00 for check in. When we asked if we could leave our luggage for 2 hours and pick it up later, it was rejected on the grounds that cleaning would be required. However, we were going to pack ip the apartment, leave it and come back 2 hours later to pick up the luggages. Alsi the floor in the apartment was very dusty and the buttoms of our sloppers got very dirty.
• Karo (9/5): Excellent . If I ever visit Athens again will visit and stay at the same location - Size of the apartment, location, new furniture, cafe underneath. The toilets the way they are positioned

• Shail (5/5): could have been much better - location the property is not being kept clean, 4 days and no one was there to tidy the bins which had tissues from the toilets. on the day we checked in various issues including the apartment not being available on stated time and the agents not picking their phones as we tried to have this sorted quickly.
• Paula (7/5): We liked the fact that is was close to the centre of Athens and we could use the public transport. - It was well situated, relatively easy to find, it was spacious. The lock box made it easy to access the keys as our flight was delayed and so we landed really late. I had booked for 5 adults, but the venue was only ready to receive 4 people, there was no spare bedding available. We found it strange that there was no dishwashing liquid to wash dishes or dishwashing powder to use the dishwasher, so we unfortunately left a sink full of dirty dishes. The bathroom (shower area) could have been swept
• Marina (8/5): Very good - Location, closer to main attractions in Athens. Near the syntagma metro and shopping streets. Plenty of eating places are close by. Modern apartment. All nicely arranged. Nearly paying 700 euros for seven days, not even a extra toilet paper in the apartment. Shower cabin very slippery, use of a bath mat is a good idea. Couldn't get connected to internet for five days as wrong password was given. Complained few times nobody bother to solve the problem.

• Claudio (5/5): Passable - none answer to the phone after we didn’t find the keys in the lockbox due to instructions that they sent to us and i had to go to the office to collect the keys. unbelievable.
• Shirin (1/5): This was the worst maintained and managed apartment we stayed in this summer. We have stayed in a dozen different places - It was a spacious apartment in a good location. 1. The keys to the building and apartment were not in the lock box as promised. Management was not empathetic or urgent over the phone and they kept us in the dark for over an hour, leaving us standing outside the apartment in the heat with all our luggage. 2. Management was further unresponsive the next day, ignoring multiple messages and calls. 3. The elevator, WiFi, and tv were all not functional, even though they were advertised to be working basic amenities. After calling management, they informed us they already knew about the issues and there was nothing they could do. 4. Bedding: there was not enough sheets for the beds, the linens were stained and torn, only a duvet cover was provided in the master and it did not fit the bed. 5. Bathroom: mold on the floor and in the shower, peeling paint in the shower 6. Not well cleaned, such as remaining hair on the bathroom mat
• Alpert (1/5): Terrible service. do NOT stay here. They left our family (with 2 babies) to sleep on the street - They told me they left the key in the lockbox. We arrived at midnight with 2 babies from the airport and there was no key in the box! After calling them they said there was nothing they could do and left us with 2 babies out on the street in the middle of the night. Over the next few days we talked on the phone multiple times and they promised to refund and never did! Terrible service.
