• CARMEN (4/5): - L'emplacement proche du métro est le seul aspect positif. 1. Le Wifi ne fonctionne pas. 2. Les casseroles sont insufisantes et ne peuvent être utilisées car brulées au fond. 3. Pas de signal télé. 4. Impossible d'acceder à la poubelle sous l'évier car le lave-vaiselle boque la porte 5. Pas de bouilloire, ni de cafetière. 6. La machine à laver ne fonctionne pas. Bref, grosse déception. Pour ce résultat il vaut mieux prendre un hôtel

• Jesica (10/5): - Nos gustó mucho, muy buena ubicación, cerca a lugares turisticos, las camas comodas, la.cocina equipada con lo necesario, el barrio muy tranquilo, buena comunicación con el anfitrión, estaba todo limpio y con productos de limpieza, lo recomiendo. .

Ancak şöyle bir şey oldu tesis sahibi check-in günü mesaj attı kaçta burada olacaksınız ? Güzelce cevapladım uçaktan indik metrodayız geliyoruz gibi sonra hiçbir şekilde check-in saatini 30 dakika geçene kadar çevrimiçi olmasına rağmen , mesajları görmesine rağmen cevap vermedi !!

• Francisco (1/5): No es lo que anuncian, está lleno de cucarachas y sucio, zonas llena de indigentes - Lo único bueno son las fotos que publican, ya que no tiene nada que ver con la realidad Estaba lleno de cucarachas, es más había insecticida en el baño y en la cocina ya que lo saben , lo comenté y dijo que iría a solucionar y no lo hizo. El piso es muy pequeño y antiguo por lo que estaría bien que por lo menos lo limpien y el colchón de la litera era más bien una colchoneta
• Cassandra (4/5): Never again. - It was in a good location. Close to the metro. Just the end of the street. And buses there too. A short walk to a good grocery store. Felt very secure while there. It was less pleasant than it looked online. The garbage bin in the toilet was full when we arrived. With used toilet paper as no flushing paper. That was disgusting. There was 3 towels for 4 guests. No tea towel. No bath mats. No cover over the top blanket. Just the insert. Unhygienic And only a blanket for the double beds non of the bunks. The stove wouldn’t turn off one night. We had to pull out the whole power to make it stop. The other nights it was ok. The coffee machine wouldn’t work because of the power. It kept turning off. No egg flip for cooking. The microwave tuned off and over heated after a few minutes. Because of the power. Some night my phone wouldn’t work because of the power again. The sheet for the main bed didn’t fit so it kept coming off. Sleeping on a bare mattress is unhygienic. The bunk bed was not suitable for adults. Children yes. But not 2 adults. The top was not stable enough. We used the futon. But it had a corner that had the wooden slats that fell out. So it wasn’t straight. And it took up the the walking area as it’s in the lounge area / bunk bed area. The room as soon as you walk in. You didn’t answer any questions on bookings before I arrived. I had to contact bookings to ask for help. I lost trust in you because you wouldn’t answer and I wanted to cancel the booking. Thinking it may not exist and be a scam or something. So please answer your messages on booking. Other reviews say no hot water. But you just have to ask for hot water and turn it on. Otherwise it’s cold. Not well managed. I should have read the reviews better. I’m disappointed in myself for booking this.

• Verónica (3/5): No lo recomendaria - El ascensor sin puerta El inmueble estaba sucio, nos encontramos una cucaracha nada mas llegar y, el baño tenia mal olor de las cañerias y no tenia agua caliente. Los colchones bastante incomodos, uno de ellos dea una colchoneta. El barrio es un poco peligroso Poco que ver con las fotos, realmente no lo recomendaria
• Piotr (3/5): - Działająca klimatyzacja Cały pokój pachniał papierosami i nie można było się w ogóle pozbyć tego zapachu. W kuchni były robaki, mimo że nie przechowywaliśmy tam żadnego jedzenia. Pod prysznicem była pleśń, nie było ciepłej wody do mycia.
• Amelia (5/5): - L’appartement est très bien placé, proche du métro ce qui appréciable. Ascenseur dans l’immeuble. Gel douche à disposition. L’appartement n’est pas cher, donc ça peut justifier les condition. Mais l’appartement reste pas très très propre, pas beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine (par exemple que 3 fourchette), le lit superposé grince énormément. Salle de bain petite, avec pas de tapis de douche. La climatisation est seulement dans la chambre donc il fait assez chaud dans le reste de l’appartement. Une clé est à mettre pour allumer l’électricité mais donc le frigo s’éteint lui aussi une fois la clé enlever quand vous partez donc pas terrible.

• Rachel (6/5): Pleasant - the location, price and aircon and fans the pictures made out that it was two separate bedrooms and a separate living area. but the bunkbeds were in the living area.
• Alvin (4/5): Disappointing - Very disappointed first I emailed the property 3 times before pur flight to Athens but No reply, on the day we arrived at the apartment it’s locked and nobody to welcome us, I rung and the owner got a surprised it seems he doesn’t know the room was so average the bed is so noisy the paint was so old and later we found out that No hot water I call them again but nobody is picking up and I message him but got a reply after few hours .
• James (1/5): Absolutely miserable - Nothing The host contacted me via whatsapp on the day of arrival, to advise that he was moving me to a different place, The directions to get to the property were no accurate, as the property was in a pedestrian only area which was not accessable by taxi, it took me an hour to locate, The area was terrible, with very little light and very dangerous, so much so that i was attacked on wednesday and had my phone stolen, , There was no hot water, the only way of contacting the host was by whatsapp and his messages of supposed help, were not clear, Booking ,com should not allow this host on their website,
• Agnes (7/5): Good - The apartment is very close to the metro station. As it is January, it was very cold in the apartment. There was only one air conditioning which could be used for heating but it was in the bedroom, so the rest of the apartment was very cold.
• Aleksander (5/5): Passable - From the photos on booking and what i found this apartment was the worst of all the ones i stayed in Athens. The sheets were dirty and we had to sleep without them and wash them the next day. The hand soap was moldy, I don't know how long it had been there untouched. The towels were stained. The location with the center was somewhere around 2.2 km away from the center of Athens and not suitable for families.
• Zeynep (8/5): Great apartment close to metro! - The keys weren't in the lock box when I'd arrived but the host sent someone to give them to me directly, which was great. Host was good, helpful and informative and so was the apartment! It was all that I really needed to visit around Athens and was a 2 min walk to the metro. Mixed reviews on the area of location but worked well for me :)

• Arpad (7/5): Good for its price, but don't expect much - Apartment in a quiet zone, close to metro. Appliances available. A very good bed matress in bedroom. Reasonable priced shops, cafes nearby. There is a foul smell coming from the kitchen area. The air-conditioned unit is located in the bedroom, the hall with the bunk beds and kitchen area can't be cooled. The bathroom has a big window, but a fan would be very useful, you sweat inside with the window opeded. Very cheap finishings used. This accomodation would be a very nice one, if attention would be paid for little things, like a thorough cleaning, timely fixing of broken things, a shelf on the bathroom mirror, not nails, a clean kitchen window curtain, a normally functioning bathroom doorknob etc.

• Ye (8/5): Self sustainable apartment which you can cook, wash etc with great transport link too. - Nice apartment with everything you need for a stay. There's facility for cooking, washing which is very nice. It only take 15mins to walk to the Athens city center which is very convenient.

• Mario (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very responsive and always willing to help. As there was no booking for today, the host allowed us to do a late checkout, which was really appreciated. The Metro line 2 (underground) is 2 minutes away by walk. You are max 15 minutes away from the Acropoli. Very walkable. Today, Wednesday, there was a fruit/vegetable/food and street food market on the street where the apartment is located.. Overall, We love it and we will stay again. There was an error with the booking.com system at first. I tried to contact the host several times from my cellphone, but it was not possible for some time. If you are staying at this place. Send the host a message via WhatsApp to get the instructions to get access to the building. That will be more effective.

We even found a parking spot just in front of the building. It was an old apartment, it is not for people who search for luxury. For us, it met our expectations.

• Foreva (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and is in a quiet area. For Greek living standards, this is a regular apartment. If your expectations aren't too high, this apartment is just fine to stay for a longer weekend. The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave and some dishes. The neighbourhood seemed like I wouldn't quite trust it by myself at night. Communication with the landlord was a bit bumpy at the beginning but was resolved quickly thanks to online translation apps. Just make sure you're able to be online while communicating and getting instructions on how to get the key.
• Patryk (9/5): Good value for money. I can fully recommend. - If you don't require 5 star hotel standard you will be happy. Basically everything was exactly the same as you can see on the photos. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, kitchen with basic equipment tea and coffee. You check in by yourself - owner sends instruction how to do that via whatsapp so if you don't use this app I recommend installing it before :) When I entered the apartment I found a bottle of water in the fridge which was very nice. It's located just next to the metro station.
