• Andreas (10/5): - The house is big and spacious! The building is old and the first impresión at he entrance of the building has nothing to do with the apartment. Clasic, well decorated, worm and very very clean!! Kostas was very helpful with eveything we asked. He was there to welcome us and show us everything at the house. At the ground floor o f the building there is a small coffee shop with brunch, small but has what you need in the morning!! A few meters from the Psiri. Restaurants, cafe, kisks. The apartment is at the third floor and has no elevetor. This wasn't a problem for us at all.

• marilena (8/5): a beautiful experience! - Spacious apartment, location very close to terraces and restaurants. A few small improvements: the doors are loose and make noise, the air conditioners are noisy and the cleanliness needs to be improved.
• Thomas (9/5): Zentrales, großes Apartment mit Ausblick - Eine schöne, sehr große Wohnung über zwei Stockwerke mit einer riesigen Dachterrasse (Blick auf die Akropolis!). Der Aufzug ist prima für das Gepäck. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, könnte aber etwas sauberer sein, vor allem die Küche. Von hier aus ist alles zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen, ein idealer Punkt für Athen-Erkundungen. Küche und Geschirr waren etwas schmutzig.
• Caroline (8/5): Lovely stay in a great location - Excellent location with lovely roof top terrace. The host also quickly replaced the broken hairdryer . Would have been helpful to have had a couple of washing tablets especially for towels . There was only one t-towel also. The main light also did not work in one of the bedrooms I think a little maintenance is needed as also both the downstairs toilets the handles keep coming off . These are just little things but would have been helpful .

• Debbie (7/5): Good - Excellent location and a lovely property in general Unfortunately, there were no tea towels, the toilet door handle, kept falling off, the bathroom door kept getting stuck, and was difficult to open. The lighting was poor, in particular one of the bedrooms had no light at all. would be improved with maintenance.
• Clifton (9/5): Amazing balcony looking into acropolis. Lots of space. - Location was awesome. Bars restaurants etc all around the corner. Area looked a bit dodgy but was fine. Loved the vibe of the area. Met at apartment with keys and help to apartment with luggage. 3rd level via stairs. No lift No lift. With luggage it’s hard. Stairs are narrow and curved. Tight stair well. No washing machine soap provided.
• Alison (10/5): Great apartment- light, airy, loads of space- and a really good location. I highly recommend- and the owner is friendly - Great location and loads of space for the three of us to stretch out. Really good to have space to come back to in the afternoon between morning and afternoon sight seeing. Could have a cup of tea out on the terrace and recharge before heading out again Nothing- although working out where all the light switches are takes some time!

• Kerry (10/5): Funky, spacious and comfortable house in a top location - Incredibly spacious house with a very large shared terrace (separate areas so still with lots of privacy). Only 100 metres from the best dining areas and good shopping, and a very easy walk to lots of historic attractions - definitely the place to be! Very comfortable beds, good bathrooms and lots of places to relax or get together as a group. We would definitely stay here again as long as I can continue to manage the stairs. The stairs are punishing for a 60-something person and definitely not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The place was really beautiful, loved the design and the details. The apartment was near all the cute neighborhoods of Athens, very walkable. Would definitely stay there again.
• Mia (9/5): We loved the apartment immensely! - The location of the apartment was great- very central, surrounded by little streets filled with restaurants, cafes and little designer shops. The apartment itself was massive, incredibly designed with a retro-feel/ each corner styled like out of a magazine- we lived the books, the vinyl collection- was like a film set! A great rooftop as well, comfortable facilities and a lovely host. a wonderful experience and base for exploring Athens. Third floor with no lift, the street close to where the apartment is, itself is dark at night.
• Leah (9/5): Huge apartment in a great location with comfortable beds. - Incredibly large space, plenty of room to spread out and rest as we came into the city. Two full living room areas and some bonus spaces. The roof deck has an Acropolis view (photo attached)! The apartment was very quiet (impressive, because there are clubs and bars and we were often able to hear loud music when sitting out on the roof deck). We really appreciated having 2.5 bathrooms. The location is rough on the outside but the aesthetic is beautiful inside. We loved the area, close to Monastiraki Square and a ton of restaurant options. It feels like a true neighborhood and not a tourist island. We would be very happy to stay there again! Not a criticism but it’s important to note that there are many stairs up to the apartment, it’s the top two floors. You need to be strong to get your bags up, or find someone to help. The kitchen setup is not particularly complete. It is big, with a full fridge and stove. There is a coffeemaker but no microwave. We thought we might be able to cook ourselves meals but it isn’t really set up for that in terms of pots/pans/basic needs. We were able to get snacks and things like sugar for coffee at the mini market on the block. We had breakfast at the cafes down the road. The bathtubs are super slippery and there are no handholds. The shower heads are hand-held. This was a little tricky for the older folks in our family. It would benefit from anti-slip mats.
• Linda (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very good even though it’s in a suspicious part of Athens. The entrance door does not look like someone lives there, full of graffiti. A nice, central area full of restaurants and stores is directly to the left when you leave the apartment. AC in every room. Lovely roof terrace (shared with neighbours). Queen size beds in each bedroom, king size in one. The cleaning was not very good, floors full of dust and cat hair as well as dusty tables and shelves. There is 64 stairs from the entrance to the apartment, no elevator and not so nice stairwell. Wi-fi works really well on the upper floor but not as good on the lower floor.

• Alison (9/5): Superb location - Great location on a quiet street but right in the edge of restaurants, shops etc, all easywalking. Superb space on the roof, although we hadn’t realised this would be a shared space - though this was not really a problem, we saw the neighbours twice. Tastefully decorated. Comfy beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are a little tired, some of the crockery was chipped/cracked etc. In places it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival, and things like washing up sponges etc were a bit grubby.

• George (8/5): Convenient to the city center but on the fringe of a questionable area. - The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. The initial impression is negative because it is on the fringe of a blighted area. If you go left out the door you have a short walk to restaurants and shops and the heart of the city. If you go right it’s slum-like for several blocks. Unfortunately our taxi brought us in from the right. Once we found how close we were to the city center we were quite pleased. Also to get to the apartment there were about 75 steps up a stairwell.
• Ray (10/5): Fun, Easy, and Clean - Perfect Location with plenty of fun things to do within walking distance. The Apartment was clean and comfortable. It snowed one of the days and we could not tell the difference because the apartment stayed warm and having a hot water shower at any given moment was reassuring. I highly recommend and if I visit Athens again, I would definitely consider recommending or staying again. Cheers! N/A

• Jaspal (10/5): excellent - The host was very welcoming and gave us great tips of what to see and where to go. The property had everything we needed and more. It also has a lovely large roof terrace where you can view the Parthenon. The property was easy access to everything and we were able to see everything on foot. Overall a brilliant stay and would recommend this property.
