• Shawn (10/5): Wonderful host, wonderful location, great stay! - Everything was wonderful. Tryfon is an excellent host! The last day I was staying near the airport and since he was going that direction, Tryfon gave me a ride over to the new place. But Stone House was perfect for one person. The place is beautifully appointed, well provisioned with coffee and water, and Tryfon’s little coffee maker is perfect for a couple cups of coffee before getting on with your day. The internet is also very good. The neighborhood is great and a wonderful alternative to staying in central Athens. When my wife and I vacation in Greece we plan to rent Tryfon’s two bedroom upstairs. He is that wonderful! The only issue with Stone House is that you either need to take short showers or make sure you have a towel in the bathroom doorway. There will be a little water to clean up after your shower, but the giant squeegee in the bathroom makes clean up no problem.

• MARINA (8/5): - Location was great, the house was pretty and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and friendly and provided great recommendations for places around the area. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a lot of noise during the early hours, the noise was coming from the top floor, maybe dogs, it sounded like a stampede was happenning.

• Rafal (10/5): It's a perfect place for a couple who's thinking about exploring Athens - The owners! They contacted us before we arrived with helpful information. Very easy process of check-in and out. The place was very clean and well-prepared (kitchen equipment, etc). The location is great. You can leave the car and after a short walk take a 20-min train to the centre (tickets only 1.20 euros for 90 min use). I can fully recommend this option rather than driving to the centre. Very strong wifi. Fully recommend!

He not only took me to a local store to buy things I need, but also offered a lot of sightseeing spots and restaurants around. I really appreciate the interaction with the host. The shower curtain did not really work so the bathroom got wet after showering.

• Victoria (9/5): Good experience for 2 nights. - Accurate photos, very clean. Arrived on a very cold rainy day, but inside was cozy and comfortable. Very private with a little courtyard in front. A lot of thought went into the design elements. Nice coffee, too! Good neighbourhood. Shower is tiny and floor is wrong angle so it doesn't drain properly. Bed is a bit too firm. Very dark inside even on a sunny day. Couldn't get remotes to work for stereo and Netflix.

• Lionel (9/5): Superb - Tryfon was friendly and helpful. He provided good recommendations to the area. The apartment has a modern, rustic feel, with good facilities. It is situated in a densely populated residential area, but it felt very safe and was suprisingly quiet - we slept very well indeed! It is 1km (15mins walk) to the very cheap and efficient metro and so made a convenient and comfortable base from which to explore central Athens. It is possible to park on the street

It was a very hot day in Athens and I must say it was cool even with 42 degrees outside. The owner was very kind and shared a lot of information about nearby places of interest (restaurants, bakery, convenience store etc). The interior decoration is wonderful and it is fully equipped with kitchenware. Βed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay again in the future, especially during hot summer days!

The downstairs apartment is smaller, cozy, ideal for me, everything is renovated and works nicely, the bed is comfortable. There is also an equipped kitchen which I didn't use.
