• Vladislav (8/5): - Удобная локация - до моря и пляжа 5-7 минут пешком, рядом много кафе и магазинов с прекрасной кухней. Отдельный вход с улицы и простое заселение через локер (официально с 16-00) Обратите внимание что это подвальный этаж, окна выходят под балкон в уровень земли. Шум проезжающих машин, птицы и другие звуки при открытых окнах будут с вами. эти особенности смотрите на фото - в описании есть фото только внутри. У душа не исправная лейка, но работает верхний душ, так что это не большая проблема. Очень странно расположен унитаз - сидя на нем вы упираетесь в раковину.

• Trinity (1/5): Dirty and horrible smell - We didn't like anything about this place. It was terrible and filthy. We didn't even stay there. I would highly recommend other places than this horrific nightmare Dirty, smelled like cat piss and cigarettes. Choose a different booking
• Kristina (8/5): If you don’t plan to cook and just want a cozy place to stay, that is a great choice. - It is very cozy apartment with a fantastic location. Takes few minutes to get to the sea. The design of the apartment was very lovely too, you have space for everything, even washing machines was there to wash your clothes. There was one disadvantage - under the sink in the cabinet there is a heavy mold. As I was not cooking at home, I didn’t mind, but if I were to cook, that would be a big problem.. so if the host would fix that, it would have been a fantastic place to stay! And additionally, floors (especially in the corners could have been cleaned better) And this is apartment in the basement, so no much view, but you still get a lot of light 😊

• Ania (5/5): Passable - Very good location, not far from the sea and cafes. Calm. Spacious enough and equipped well enough. The owner was flexible about check out time. I had an issue with getting in, didn't get any instructions beforehand, called the number, was put through to another guy, with whom I couldn't easily communicate. All was okay in the end. Also, there's mold in the kitchen, which you can smell.

• Dmytro (5/5): be careful with it - location. bathroom The apartment is in a basement. It is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Not much kitchenware there (not even a pot). We have found leftover food from previous guests (ants were all over the kitchen feeding from it). The apartment was far from clean (damaged walls as well). The air conditioning is located right above the bad, making it very dangerous to sleep with the conditioning on.

• Jelena (5/5): Not recommended for a longer stay - Location, size of the appartment No changes of sheets although we stayed 7 nights. No cleaning of the appartment by staff neither cleaning materials available. The host mentioned that we have washing machine but there was no washing powder. Above all, the smell of dampness in the kitchen was constantly present.
• Alexandra (5/5): Passable - The location-close to the beach, to a market and to a restaurant. It had AC. The smell of mold was everywhere. They do not have a lot of kitchen ustensils. It had a problem with the sewage in the bathroom and we could not stay there for two nights. So, they moved us in two different apparrments located elsewhere- we lost a lot of time because of those the moving. And the communication with the owner was not very good.

• Στεφανος (1/5): Owners canceled me 2 hours before I arrive ( while i was traveling ) - I have stayed there before and the appartment is great, location wise and as a place to stay its overall value for money. I got a call while i was going to athens , 2 hours prior of the check in, and they informed me that they couldnt give me the room for various issues, nor another room and I had to cancel, they said they would give me a full refund, well besides it was annoying to find a place to stay 2 hours before my arrival on valentine's weekend, the refund took them a whole 7 days!
• Kostas_tat (4/5): Disappointing - It is a semi-basement apartment. The smell of humidity and mold was everywhere. Even thought it was a modern and newly furnished small apartment until the problem of humidity and ventilation is solved it will not be an attractive solution.

• Skarydas (6/5): Overall good, expected more as value for money. - Nice renovated rooms, bathroom and bedroom nicely decorated, kitchen has all the basic electrical appliances. Good communication with the owner of the property. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There were only three glasses and two coffee cups, also no way to cook anything other than a small omelette which was a problem for a four day stay... No wine opener or wine glasses, so we ended up in the middle of the night trying to find a way to open a bottle of wine and drink from water glasses... No sitting room other than the kitchen table area.
• Ciprian (10/5): Exceptional - Located just near the beach in a quiet zone. Very cozy apartment, all technical facilities included, clean towels, lot of quality hotel soaps and shampoos. AC in bedroom and kitchen, password for WI-FI has an "s" not an "S" in it :). At one point we have forgotten our keys in the apartment, and the host came pretty quick, 15-20 minutes to open the door for us. Thank you :). We would have liked to have some sugar for the morning coffee, salt and pepper, or cooking oil. The grocery store is 5 minutes away, but we think that for an apartment with kitchen is good to already have such things for your guests. The checkout is at 11:00, we would have liked to have one hour more, and the check-in is at 15:00, we would have liked to be one hour earlier. No view of the street or anything, as the apartment is located in basement.

• Kalinda (10/5): Extremely clean and a great price - very clean and accompanied with all of the essentials you would need (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc). Host was very accommodating and flexible with arrival and departure times ;) perfect location if you want to be by the beach.
