• Calin Andra (10/5): - Cazarea a fost excelentă, apartamentul este curat, decorat cu gust. Bucătăria este dotată cu cele necesare, balconul este lung, fiecare cameră are ieșire pe balcon. Am apreciat uscătorul de rufe pus la dispoziție. Marios a fost foarte amabil, ne-a recomandat câteva restaurante și magazine care s-au dovedit a fi foarte bune. Clădirea pe exterior este mai ciudată.

• Naomi (10/5): Lovely, reasonably-priced apartment close to Koukaki and Acropolis and - Really lovely apartment, about 30min walk from the Acropolis. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was dully equipped even with coffee and some jams etc for breakfast. Marios met us to say hello, hand over the keys and answer any questions/give us tips on where to go. The apartment was so nice we stayed in for a few movie nights after some exhausting days exploring. You can hear neighbours in other apartments from time to time. It wasn't a problem for us but if you're a light sleeper you may want to bring some earplugs etc.
• Hannah (10/5): Wonderful spot in the centre of Athens - My friends and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location was quiet, but close to many fun areas for sightseeing. The hosts were very responsive and kind, and even helped us with local recommendations for food, luggage storage, etc., which we really appreciated. They replied to any inquiries we had quickly and politely. The home itself was stocked with lots of coffee, tea, and treats, which was a nice surprise, the living room had many games, books, and the TV worked well. All the facilities worked well, and the shower was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels. The balcony was lovely and shaded, and we enjoyed sitting outside. Overall, we absolutely loved this place and would stay here again. Perhaps a bit more conditioner, but otherwise nothing :)

• Berta (10/5): La teva casa a Atenes. - La ubicació de l'apartament és ideal: a dos minuts hi ha un supermercat gran i la parada de metro de Neos Kosmos que et porta al centre en uns 10 minuts aprox. L'apartament té de tot i és ideal per famílies amb o sense nens. Fins i tot hi ha assecador de cabells amb difusor pels cabells arrissats! Els amfitrions estant molt pendents i disponibles en qualsevol moment per recomanacions. Ofereixen un parking privat i tancat si vens en cotxe (com en el nostre cas) inclòs en el preu! Tot ha estat meravellós. Repetiria sens dubte!

Quartier calme De très bons restaurants en bas de l'appartement Tout à proximité ( supermarché, Boulangerie,pharmacie) L'hôte est très convivial Tout est disponible dans l'appart pour un bon séjour. L'isolation de l'appartement est assez réduite donc on entend un peu les voisins mais c'est globalement calme.

• Yakovenko (10/5): Tolle Wohnung im Herz Athens - Die Lage ist ganz nah an das Stadtzentrum. In etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man bereits Akropolis, sonst liegt U-bahn nur fünf Minuten entfernt und in zwei Station ist man bereits in dem Stadtviertel Plaka , in der Nähe von Akropolis Museum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. In der Wohnung gab es alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausgezeichnet. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Samstags findet in der Nähe der Wohnung eine Wochenmarkt statt, ein Besuch ist empfehlenswert! Im großen und ganzen ist eine definitive Empfehlung! Sollten wir nochmal Urlaub in Athen machen, würden wir die Wohnung definitiv erneut buchen! Uns hat alles gefallen

• Mateusz (10/5): - Absolutely nothing to complain about, in every respect. I stayed there twice and each time the apartment was impeccably clean and prepared. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking (kettle, coffee machine, dishes, frying pan, pots, basic spices, olive oil). There is no problem with late night check in. The host Marios pays great attention to his guests - always helpful, explains everything thoroughly and responds to messages quickly. The apartment has convenient connection to the city centre (metro station just a few steps away, two stops to the Acropolis station). You can also easily enjoy the neighbourhood - quiet one, market and bakeries at close proximity, with many cosy restaurants of quality around and Fillopappou Hill to have an evening walk and watch the incredible sunset and view over the city (not as crowded as Lykabettus Hill). I truly recommend you to stay there during your trip to Athens. No drawbacks

• Katia Helena (10/5): Séjour parfait - Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet hébergement ! L’appartement était impeccable, propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Rien à redire. Un grand merci à notre hôte Marios, vraiment exceptionnel : toujours disponible, aux petits soins et très attentif. Il nous a donné de précieux conseils, que ce soit pour découvrir les sites historiques, profiter des meilleurs restaurants, se balader dans les quartiers d’Athènes ou même trouver un médecin... Grâce à lui, notre séjour a été encore plus simple et agréable. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Rien à redire

• Sorin (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best accommodations in which we have ever stayed. Very, clean, comfortable, spacious, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. We found water and some refreshments in the fridge, coffee capsules and small stuff for the breakfast - we rarely got smth like this, and we travel a lot and not the cheap style. The hosts are very careful with all details, left everything (consumables) one would need for a short stay. Lovely decorated, very cosy atmosphere, mattreses and pillows of good quality, ensured a good rest after many hours of visiting the city. There are even card games and board games which we enjoyed a lot in the evenings with our kids. It looks like the host thought about everything ;-). Very good location in the city center, close to metro, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, own parking garage couple of minutes away which is crucial for the area since the streets are very crowded and finding a parking place would be a challenge. The host is very nice, responsive, waited for us and gave instructions for the apartment and recommendations for the neighborhood. Overall the nicest feeling was that the host really respects their guests and try to create for them the best experience. Marios, thank you very much for everything, all respect for the way you treat your guests and you do your rental business!
• Ognyana (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is within a 5-minute walk from Neos Cosmos metro station and only two stations away from Athen's major landmarks. The host was responsive and very easy to communicate. He gave us helpful information in order to plan our daily trip around the city. The appartment itself is stylish, clean, very well equipped and with all amenities, even some treats and refreshments. Rooms are spacious. You have everything you need, if you want to cook, make a coffeee or a breakfast. If we come back to Ahtens, we shall definitely want to stay there. Nothing can be said here. Everything was great.

Apartment is super clean, very well equipped and comfortable. Very good location - 2 minutes from metro station, supermarket and bakery - 1 minutes away. Private parking is also very big plus of the offer. If i ever go to Athens again - we will stay again at Marios.
• Laura (10/5): Perfect Spot to Stay - Great spot, near supermarkets, restaurants, and the Acropolis without the hassle of the busy tourist area. We walked to the Acropolis museum in the morning and took an Uber to get back. Taxi and Uber are the same cars. In peek moments, there is a wait time, and not all taxis are Uber.
• Florence (9/5): Well lovely stay and welll advertised - The location is ideal 3-5 mins walk to metro line, really good restaurant close by, neighborhood feels safe and the apartment itself was clean, spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed access to the balcony for evening rest, listening to the neighbourhood sounds and watching the occasional curious Greek cats stroll the distant walls. We would highly recommended for families as well. Communication with owner was easy, fast and reliable. We have nothing negative to say.
• Umit (8/5): Nice apartment for pleasant stay - The host has been reachable and helpful all the time. He welcomed me personally. Helped me through the apartment and the garage. It is a plus to have a closed garage in Athens. I was also happy to have a dishwasher after ten days on roads. They provide toasted bread, butter, jam, honey and orange juice to help your breakfast. There was always coffee capsules. Very generous. The location is a little bit far from the old city. But because I like walking, it wasn’t a problem for me. Although the apartment was newly refurbished, the building was s little old. However was very quite and peaceful. There may be a dishwasher, but not a must.

• Steven (9/5): Nice, clean, quiet apartment - The Apartment itself was nice, quiet and clean. The owner/manager met me at the apartment and gave a helpful little talk about the apartment and area. There was a decent grocery store about a block away, and the subway station was about three blocks away. Can't really think of much. I didn't find the armchair or sofa to be comfortable, so mostly sat at the table or laid in bed. A footrest for the armchair or sofa would have been great. Neighborhood was a little gritty, but felt safe.

Host was amazing meeting us on arrival and giving us great detail on the area and how to get around. His recommendations for dinner were always spot on and great value. The host is very friendly, spent time explaining how everything in the apartment works, also provided useful information on nearby shops & restaurants. Highly recommended.

We got a little lost finding the apartment, but Google Maps found the way. The very friendly owner met us in the 3rd floor apartment to hand over the keys, show us round and point us in the right direction for dinner. Lovely apartment, very clean and tidy, newly decorated, modern and bright. Best thing, lovely and cool! Nothing really. Maybe not great for wheelchair users or buggies. There is a small lift to all floors (3), but a short flight of stairs to get to the lift. We enjoy walking everywhere, so didn't mind the 20 minute walk to the Acropolis area.

The flat was very clean, well furnished (including comfortable beds), had all the necessary amenities (e.g. a hairdryer, a washing machine, etc.). It was very convenient that there’s a lift in the building and an underground parking for the car nearby. The host Marios is very kind and helpful, and responded fast to any questions. He ensured the flat had good quality toiletries and left us some breakfast items. When he met us the first day, he gave us a comprehensive overview of the sightseeing places in Athens as well as a list of recommendations for restaurants. N/A - everything was fantastic!

• Nancy (10/5): Great way to end our stay in Greece. - Pictures are exactly the experience. We loved the layout and spaciousness of the apt. Bathroom was well equipped but I noticed in Greece they don’t provide lotion or conditioner in general. So be prepared otherwise be willing to pay $. The location was further than our other stay but we liked it since it was really a local neighborhood. It took 15 minutes to walk to Acropolis. Very convenient to restaurants that weren’t touristy prices. Bread factory was amazing and supermarket 2 blocks away. We stumbled upon the street market Saturday 1 block away and it was a great find. Fish, fruits, veggies, clothing , spice, and more. We took the metro - be prepared for narrow sidewalks and metal utility coverings that make dragging your luggage more work than necessary. Close to train station. Area felt safe. Mario was very accommodating since our flight was late (by 2 hrs) and well past the check in time. We had 1 mineral water and a box of yummy juice in the fridge, coffee pods and regular drip coffee (American style with filter and pot), jelly, bread and cookies. Mario provided great details to the apt as well as key area info(barber, supermarket, nails, restaurants, etc). All was great and we would definitely recommend the place. Note- if you have late flight out you can’t leave it there and will have to find the storage places you read about. Or Mario can provide you info.

He met us on arrival at the property and it was late at night because we got delayed at the airport. The apartment is in a quiet part of Athens but still only a short walk to all the sights. I have stayed in Athens many times but this apartment is by far the best accommodation I have experienced in Athens. The apartment was very well equipped, clean, spacious and secure.

We had THE best dinner that night thanks to his suggestion. The apartment is outside the main touristy area but still walkable or easy access to the metro, very safe. We liked staying in a more residential area as it gave us a peak into everyday life and we walked everywhere. There was AC, the host left us drinks and items for breakfast. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We loved the accommodations but if you don’t want to walk or take the metro to the sights you may want something closer to the downtown area.

He provided a lot of great information - we were blown away by all of the work he had done to make our stay restful and relaxing. The apartment is lovely and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. I slept like a rock so I assume that means the bed is comfortable. It is really convenient to a a train stop and most of the major attractions in the city. It is also within walking distance to some light shopping and restaurants. We would recommend and would stay again!

• Evmorfia (10/5): Excellent choice - Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all that we need it for our stay, plus free cot, high chair and a lots of toys for my kid. Free parking. Very close to metro station. Marios is an excellent host. There are 7-8 steps in the main entrance and then a very small lift, so it was quite tricky to go in and out from the apartment with my 16-month-old kid with the stroller.
