• Toni (4/5): The room was acceptable but not what I expected. My room was in basement with mattress next to my d - N/a I had no indication that this was an VRBO. I was expecting this to be a hotel therefore was not expecting to have to retrieve a key, etc.

• Eve-Lyne (7/5): Bien - Très bien situé dans Athenes. Le personnel facile à contacter et de service. Bien équipé. Une vue incroyable sur le toit de l’acropole Un appartement vieux au niveau du sol, sombre. La publicité disait terrasse sur le toit mais vide sans rien au gros soleil.

• Sandra Noguera (10/5): La mejor ubicación ... - El apartamento muy cómodo, excelente la atención del anfitrión, nos permitió dejar el equipaje con anterioridad y hasta la hora de salida de nuestro vuelo. Igualmente nos ayudo con transporte desde el aeropuerto pero la estación del metro también esta frente al edificio. La ubicación perfecta para conocer todos los sitios de Atenas muy central y la vista desde la terraza es EXPECTACULAR !!! ver desde allí el atardecer al Partenón en total privacidad.
• Hiske (9/5): Beste plek in Athene - Perfecte lokatie, goed ruim appartement in het souterrain van appartement gebouw met fantastisch dakterras. Goed bed en heerlijk rustig. De douche in bad was niet zo handig en verdient wat aandacht. Wifi deed het niet goed.
• Irene (9/5): - Appartamento accogliente in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città. Appena sotto l'acropoli e a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza Syntagma. Il bagno rimane un po' vecchio e per l'acqua calda bisogna accendere il boiler 30 min prima dell'utilizzo, quindi un po' scomodo quando si sta tutto il giorno fuori.

We hadn’t expected the room to be in the basement of the building, and there was always this stale musty smell pervading the apartment.

• Pablo (10/5): Exceptional - Splash Of Glam III is centric to everything surrounding the Acropolis. It has lots of places to eat within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Sylvia took good care of us, ensuring that everything was in order.

The water temperature in the bathroom was very good. The street it was located on was very safe. There were many quality restaurants right outside the door. Nothing.

• Alexis (9/5): Superb - 10/10 location, perfect for our stay! The place was a little smaller/crowded than i thought with our 1 year old but didn't take away from our good time there. The recommendations were also great, you should also put fika bakery on the list it was so good! There was a coffee maker but I didn't see any coffee left to use.

• Eleutheria (9/5): Superb - We absolutely loved the location. Just steps from the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum and the metro! Delightful restaurants and coffee shops right outside the front doors, and walking distance to shops. The room was clean and comfortable and you cannot ask for better communication and service. They were even kind enough to arrange for a taxis to pick us up and drop us off to and from the airport. If you’re braver and or more familiar with the Athens metro system you can take it instead of a taxi, the stop is right outside. We will definitely reserve again when staying in Athens 🥰

Everything was perfect and the apartment was our safe heaven when we were weary from exploring the beautiful Athens. • Dion (9/5): Great location, quiet apartment, working lift, but air con doesn’t go below 24 Celsius. - Brilliant location. 2x Tv in the room. Bedroom and kitchen area. Fabulous view from the roof. Fabulous large working fridge, freezer and washing machine. Lovely and quiet apartment. Working lift. Lots of restaurants just out the door. Closest super market, walk down the hill and turn left into the first street. Walk 20 meters and the supermarket is on the right. Cheaper than the little market on the Main Street. Owner left some good notes you need to use your phone to scan. The donut place was great he suggested. Although it has an air conditioner just in the bedroom, they have restricted the temperature setting. You can not put it below 24 Celsius. I rang the owner and he said it was set not to allow it to go cooler. For us the room was a little too warm at 24 Celsius. For others it may be fine.

• Jerry (8/5): Very good - Location was superb - can't ask for better! Hosts were also friendly and very responsive. Washing machine was broken, which was a critical part of our trip. Shower required pre-heating for 30 minutes, with a nozzle/hose apparatus only.

• Marielle (9/5): Lovely apartment in amazing location - Rooftop view of acropolis was amazing. Room was big enough with comfy beds and functioning kitchenette. Bathroom was nice and washing machine was easy to use. The backyard was lovely to sit and drink a coffee in the morning. Bathroom and kitchen were a bit outdated but still perfectly functioning.

• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, 5 min to Acropolis Museum, 10 min to Acropolis entrance, and around 15 min to Hadrian's Library, Roman Agora, and lots of other places. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's really quiet although right in the middle of the touristic area. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a fantastic stay, from the washing machine to the ice in the freezer, which was very appreciated. Host was quick to respond to messages and has left a nice list of places to eat and off the path places to visit. The best thing, however, is the rooftop as it offers amazing views of the Acropolis both for sunset and sunrise. There are 2 chairs where you can sit and take in the views. There is also an exit to a small garden in front of the bedroom but we didn't get the chance to use it. A different hook might be needed for the shower head as the current one didn't actually do the job. But that was just a minor inconvenience that didn't affect our stay!
• Anoop (9/5): Pleasant - Excellent location and apartment has all required equipments. Host is really nice. All good except apartment is located at basement and kitchen area is bit dark, but that is not a deal breaker at all.
• Sally (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is perfect, with cafes, restaurants, shops right outside. It is right opposite the Acropolis Metro Station, and walking distance to Acropolis and other sites. Very vibey and lovely pedestrian area right outside the apartment. Host was super accommodating with our late arrival, and allowing a late checkout, we were very grateful. They provided a cot and bedding for our toddler. Communication was fantastic. The property is very well equipped with coffee machine, washing machine, iron etc. The apartment is on the -1 basement level, so it is quite dark and you look out onto a wall and buildings. The photos are a bit misleading showing views of the Acropolis and a terrace with garden views. This is only the top of the building which you can access, but not of the actual apartment, which is not clear in the description. This place was perfect for 1 night, but I would not stay here for longer.

• Andrei (7/5): Great location, could be cleaner. - Great location, it was really close to Acropolis and was quite crowded and quite a few restaurant options. Very close to subway, we'd definitely pick the location again. The kitchen area is super small and needs some thorough cleaning. It had ants under the sink furniture. Luckily we didn't see any other issues, rest of the apartment was clean as far as I could tell and was good it included a washing machine.
