• Mathijs van Dijk (10/5): A stones throw away from Acropolis! Really worth it! - Number one is location! Couldn't be better. One step from the entrance and you are at the subway-station, a few meters and you are at the entrance of the Acropolis. The appartment is incredibly clean, very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Two good size ensuite bedrooms. Spacious terrace and a very nice yamaha sound system. For breakfast we used Acron cafeteria just around the corner...delicious! If you want to be in the middle of all activities and monuments I would certainly recommend you choosing Frixos apartment. Nothing i can think of.

• Hongsun (9/5): Unbeatable view and location. - The location right across from the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis Metro station, and at the foot of the Acropolis is perfect. The reason one stays here is for the view of the Parthenon. We walked everywhere Apartment had good space. Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Communication through WhatsApp was good. Allowed us to leave luggage in the apartment until our transportation arrived, which was a nice benefit. Complete apartment with a laundry/dryer combo machine. So this is a place where you could stay for a longer stay. I wish they had extra linens available (particularly extra bed sheets). It wasn't entirely clear how often we could get fresh towels, but we weren't there long enough for this to matter. Biggest confusion was with the hot water situation. The primary hot water runs on a solar setup so at night you need to turn on the electric hot water heater circuit at the panel (shown at check in). But apparently the circuit needs to be shut off when you run any of the showers. And we must have not had it on long enough because we ran out of hot water the first night. If you don't turn it back on before bed then you didn't have hot water in the morning. There are a few ants in the primary bathroom shower area. Doesn't seem uncommon in Greece (experienced this elsewhere too). This wasn't a big deal for us.

• Katy (10/5): Comfortable, safe, well designed, incredible view. - Loved the view. The blackout shades and the comfortable beds. The kitchen design and appliances made making dinner two nights and breakfast every day easy. The living room was comfortable for my family of four - one night we stayed in and watched a movie. Easy walk to everything! (We only took a cab to and from the airport.) Very secure and safe. Decorations and design were modern and attractive. My husband said, "this is one of the nicest apartments we've ever stayed in" (which is a huge compliment b/c we rent places on all our travels and he is not easy to please!). 2 1/2 baths came in handy with our teenage girls. We hope to return one day! It's hard to come up with any negatives. It was a beautiful stay. The ONLY negative I can say is while showering the master, it was hard to not get water on the floor. Other than that - we loved it here!!!

The host was responsive and answered questions quickly and resolved issues promptly. The unique decor was outstanding! The only negative was having to flip a switch and wait 30 plus minutes for hot water, just not as convenient as we were accustom to.

The neighborhood was the perfect choice, most of the main attractions were very close, and there were many choices for shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very well appointed and awesome interior design. Most importantly, Yannis was extremely helpful with transportation and recommendations. We really enjoyed Manh Manh restaurant! Would definitely recommend this apartment. Actually don't have any complaints.

• Critchlow (10/5): Best possible accommodation for a short stay in Athens - luxurious, efficient, peaceful & complete. - The apartment's decore was modern and high quality with tasteful art and an amazing view! Instructions were clear and comprehensive. Yannis, the owner, personally oriented us and was available on WhatsApp throughout our stay. We loved watching the Good Friday evening Epitaphos procession from our balcony, and the view of the Acropolis was spectacular! Great to have many cafes and restaurants at our doorstep and not to hear street noise at all! No need for improvement.
• Adi (8/5): Great stay in a great location - Our host went above and beyond to help us settle in when we arrived. Gave us a great overview of the surrounding, tips and helped us with parking. The kitchen is very well equipped - it has everything you need, and the location and view are amazing. The apartment is comfortable especially the living area and kitchen. There is a great balcony with amazing view to the Acropolis and the street below. The transparent bath walls are problematic and very uncomfortable. It basically means that if you share a room with someone, you would ask them to exit the room when you need to use the bathroom. Also, the flat is a little warn. One bedroom is very comfortable and large, with a nice view, but the other is small and dark, in which the shower is a little moldy. The bathroom in the larger room is a little smelly.

• Irene (10/5): Wonderful view host and apartment - I don’t have enough superlatives to describe how wonderful our stay was at this lovely apartment! Constantino was a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He helped us find parking. He provided some breakfast items in the fridge which was so sweet!!There was a minor issue with electricity going down and Constantine handled it quickly with a single phone call. The apartment is conveniently located directly across from the Acropolis museum and has the most spectacular view of the Acropolis from the expansive veranda! I cannot wait to return for a longer stay! The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave🙁

• Peter (10/5): Excellent stay, close to restaurants and sites - The apartment entrance and view faces the Acropolis near the New Acropolis Museum. An elevator allows for easy access to the apartment floor. There is a key for the outside door and the apartment door, giving a great sense of security. Our host provided excellent pointers and advice for the maximizing our stay and comfort. At night, you can hear the buzz from the pedestrian walkway below from the balcony or simply close the sliding door and it all goes away. The Acropolis view from the balcony and bedroom is amazing, simply amazing. Nothing, it was an excellent stay. There is a lot of contention for parking, nothing the host can do about that but give great advice to park where permitted.

• Barman (9/5): Great for longer stays. Awesome Location, View and Kitchen Amenities - 1) Location: 2 mins from the Acropolis entrance. 2mins from Plaka. Many restaurants downstairs. Makrigianni is a very nice area where one can be safely out late at night. Stunning view of the acropolis day and night. Great Photo op. 2) Security: Upscale building. Secured building door. The Apartment door is a few inches of steel. Never seen anything like this before. See picture. Metal Shutters on every glass door and window. If you are hiding form the Greek Mafia, this may be your place. 3) Kitchen amenities: Very nice appliances. Enough silverware and utensils to feed the neighborhood. 4) Complimentary grocery: a loaf of bread, fruits, milk, juice, cheese, butter, beer. See picture. 1) Complicated AC system across rooms. Comes with a manual that we did not want to figure out staying only 2 nights. The person checking us in did run us through this. 2) Glass bathroom. Others cant use the bedroom when the bathroom is in use. 3) Small and Clunky elevator with 2 person maximum limit. Had to make multiple trips to get 2 large suitcases and 3 people in. 4) Common areas of the building are aging. 5) Half used large bottles of Shampoo and Body wash. No small bottles like hotels. 6) Hot water: You have to pre-heat water for 30 mins to cover 2-3 showers. Not 15-20 mins as what the property manager will tell you.

• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern, stylish apartment with a superb view of the Acropolis and the museum. Centrally located and well equipped. It was lovely to have a stocked fridge and coffee etc on arrival. Constantine was an excellent host, accommodating about keeping our bags after checkout and altogether professional. We would like to stay again.

• Wendy (10/5): A modern and stylish refuge close to the Acropolis, metro and restaurants. - Perfect location opposite the Acropolis metro and along the row of quality restaurants. A stone’s throw away from Plaka for a greater option of shopping and restaurants. Some fixtures are showing signs of ageing which may require refreshing in order to continue to stay at the pinnacle of holiday apartments.
