Foteini (9/5): Πολύ συμπαθητικό στούντιο σε τέλειο σημειο της πόλης. - Το στούντιο ήταν όμορφα διακοσμημένο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο. Είχε ένα πολύ πρακτικό ξεχωριστό χώρο σαν ντουλάπα και αποθήκη. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, κοντά σε σουπερμάρκετ, συγκοινωνία, μπαρακια, ταβέρνες και ταυτόχρονα ήσυχο και αρκετά ασφαλές σημείο με την αίσθηση της γειτονιάς. Το μπάνιο ήταν λίγο μικρό και χωριζοταν από το δωμάτιο από μια γυάλινη πορτα. Επίσης η είσοδος είχε κάπως απότομα σκαλοπάτια που δυσκολεύουν πχ ένα ηλικιωμένο άτομο. Ίσως μια λαβή στήριξης στον τοίχο σ εκείνο το σημείο να βοηθούσε.

You can ask the staff for additional supplies. Room is bit small, but workable. Don't have a washing machine in the room, only have shared washing machine downstairs. Hot water for bath need some get use to.

Daniël (10/5): Exceptional - I rented an apartment on the 4th floor because I wanted a good terrace. As it turned out, the terrace was really amazing. And the apartment itself was also very comfortable and well equipped. I also enjoyed the neighborhood a lot. Facilities and coffee bars are close by and the city center of Athens can easily be reached by foot or bus. Communication with the owners was pleasant, too.

Plus the air conditioner was very helpful for the heat temperature of summer. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Stuff who attended us were very friendly. About the location, once you manage to deal with the buses, you get to the city center very quick. It worths so much!
Iulia (10/5): Would book again :) - The communication with the hosts was great, Sofia and Flavia were prompt to answer and help us with anything we might need, also really warm and welcoming. The room had everything we needed for our stay plus some nice welcome gifts. The AC was powerful enough, beds were comfy and the water pressure and heat were really good! We used their washing machine, iron and blow-dryer with no issues. There are a few markets nearby and lovely taverns/restaurants/cafes too frequented by locals. The location itself was quiet, except for one detail that couldn't be helped. -Their neighbors were doing renovations during those days and we had two days of 9 am noise that made it impossible to sleep in. However we left the room to visit and ignored this bit, since it couldn't be helped . -I wouldn't recommend this location for someone that isn't ready to walk a lot. The closest metro station is 17 minutes away and a walk to Syntagma is around 30-35 depending on your speed. The busses are indeed close, but not always convenient timing/routes. Just something to keep in mind if you don't plan ubering around the city

Maria (9/5): Superb - We really like the place. Very nicely decorated, confortable, big wardrobes, silent and with a nice kitchen. The location is also very convinient. The only thing i could complain about was having no spare toilet roles and no air drier, which was listed in the facilities. As we went for the WE there was noone at the reception but i did not find it was worth to bother anyone to provide it.

The only thing I was missing is the hairdryer and some one use slippers. Since we were staying in the apartment in December, it took some time to AC the warm up the room so it is good at night. The location is good, but it takes you about 20 minutes walking to get to the city center. The neighborhood is really nice, with really good and relaxed bars, amazing bakeries etc. n/a

Jessica (6/5): Lovely hosts, clean facilities, terrible showers. - The women running the facility are absolutely lovely. They were very communicative and easy to reach, and helped as best they could. I don't know if this is booking.com error, or a host error, but it is not clear from the listing that there are multiple apartments under one booking. I did not get the apartment I thought I was getting. I really did not like the shower situation. First, the hot water never lasted through any of my showers, despite following the directions of the host. Second, there was barely any water pressure which made washing my hair very difficult. Third, there is no shower curtain, so water would spray all over the bathroom. I also didn't like my lack of sleep due to a neighbour keeping a dog in their rental. This wasn't Homz fault per se, but there also wasn't any reparation made for my complete lack of sleep over the weekend.
Dirk (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and very nice and helpful staff. Only partly family friendly. Ceiling was quite low in parts of the apartment, I hit my head more than once. Some corners of the place were not clean. Had to wait for the deposit to be released longer than appropriate.
Mike (6/5): Sept 2022 - The place is very clean and although there are no staff at all, they're very responsive and helpful via email/whatsapp The place definitely does not look like the images provided on booking.com so that was hugely disappointing. Would be good to have a shower curtain to help keep the bathroom dry (very small)

Héctor (9/5): Cozy, well-equipped and nice-located apartment. Perfect for visiting Athens with the family! - Clean, cozy, well-equipped apartment (kitchen). It is close to supermarkets, to the historical part of the city and even to an outdoor cinema!. Quiet neighborhood. The host was really kind and helpful during the check-in and checkout process. Just minor areas of improvement: the toilet door handle had little grip, and it was difficult for the kids to open it. A better mattress on the main bed would make the place perfect!
