Alex, our host, was particularly cordial, helpful, and accommodating for every little thing we needed. Being within walking distance of authentic Greek tavernas, shops of all kinds, and historic sites in the area made out stay particularly special. All four of us said we’d stay at J&A Luxury Residences again in a heartbeat! It was a wonderful introduction to Greek culture and beauty! Nothing
• Lena (10/5): A great experience for the second time! - Here is the translation of your review into English: This is my second time staying at John and Alex's apartment, and once again, their place exceeded expectations. This time, I visited with my sister and both of my parents. The apartment is well-maintained and clean, featuring a meticulous design. The rooms are spacious with large windows, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a coffee machine, a large fridge, and a stovetop. The beds are very comfortable. There are two shower rooms in the apartment, which is super convenient for a family. We had a late check-in and received detailed yet simple instructions on how to enter the apartment by ourselves. Mineral water and coffee capsules were waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment is in a strategic location; the pedestrian street is right around the corner, but far enough away so that you don't hear the noise from the nightlife. The Psiri neighborhood, Plaka, and the market are all within walking distance from the place. Alex helped us with everything—advice, restaurant reservations. We received a quick response to everything through the Booking chat. I am convinced that I will return for a third time! Nothing
• Aleksandra (9/5): Sehr schönes und zentrales Apartment - Sehr zentrale und schön geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das WLAN war leider sehr schlecht vor allem in den Zimmer. Die Strassengeräusche waren ebenfalls ziemlich laut, was wir jedoch bereits aus den Bewertungen wussten und deshalb für uns in Ordnung war. Unter den Betten war es zudem sehr staubig.

• PGW (10/5): Terrific, spacious 2 BR apartment in central location - Our host, Alexandros, welcome us at his store, J & A Bags, and helped us with our bags up one flight of stairs to the elevator which took us to the next floor. The apartment was beautifully designed and well-kept. Alexandros graciously provided us with helpful information. The apartment has a central location, easy walking distance from everything. I recommend ear plugs for sleeping as scooters, other vehicles use this street at night.

He checked us in and made sure we had all we needed before he left. We had more than we needed! The property felt like a five star hotel. We were blown away by how clean, spacious and beautiful the apartment is. The washer/dryer was great after our week-long cruise. On top of everything, though, the location was perfect with great shopping, restaurants and the historic Monastiraki Sq just steps away. This place will exceed your expectations in every way - we cannot say enough good things. Not a bad word to say about this place. Absolutely amazing!
