• Wolfgang (5/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Das Apartment ist geräumig und trotz Innenstadtlage aufgrund des Innenhofs sehr leise. Die Gegend / Umgebung ist nicht sehr schön, aber die Altstadt ist fußläufig oder per U-Bahn schnell zu erreichen. Hat einen großen Schrank, das Bett war bequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Box hat aufgrund der sehr präzisen Anweisungen des sehr freundlichen Gastgebers sehr gut funktioniert. An und für sich wäre das ein sehr schönes Apartment, aber...... Ausstattungsmerkmale lt. Beschreibung: - Tee- und Kaffeeprodukte waren nicht vorhanden. - Balkon ist nicht nutzbar - da passt nicht einmal ein Stuhl raus. - Waschmaschine kann aufgrund von Schimmel / Schmutz nicht benutzt werden. - In der Dusche muss man den Duschkopf in der Hand halten, da keine Wandhalterung vorhanden - die ist ebenso kaputt wie die Duschkabine (da wurde dann halt nicht repariert, sondern einfach ein Duschvorhang hingehängt). Insgesamt war die ganze Wohnung sehr schmutzig (ein Handtuch nicht gewaschen, überall fremde Haare, Kühlschrank dreckig....). Aufgrund des Lärms, den der Kühlschrank permanent macht, ist auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nicht nutzbar.

L'emplacement est quand même loin à pied de Monastiraki même si c'est proche de la station de métro Omonia et certaines des rues non piétonnes autour de l'établissement ne sont pas toujours bien fréquentées.

• Loic (7/5): Bonne adresse pour quelques jours sur Athènes - Logement conforme à la description et aux photos. Bonne literie. Bon emplacement pour visiter à pieds les différents quartiers d’Athènes. Très bons échanges avec Nicolas, très réactif et les indications données pour trouver le logement étaient parfaites (accessible depuis l’aéroport par le métro). Petit cadeau de bienvenue très appréciable Bien que l’emplacement soit idéal, le quartier n’est pas top : sale, mal fréquenté mais sans agressivité.

• Guillaume (9/5): 1st visit in Greece, and it was amazing. - The host did his best to make us feel welcomed and to help and advise us during our stay. It’s thanks to him mainly that this high score is given. Efcharistó Nikolais. The location is close to Athens center, with a main metro station nearby if needed. Building workers during the weekend woke us up early.
• Limbu (8/5): Very good - Location was great, centre of city and accessible to major sites with metro and shopping sites close by. Even though centre, quiet, secure apartment. Host was engaged and very helpful with queries. Appreciated the welcome drinks and water in the fridge on a very hot day when we arrived. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy but not a problem.
• Sheng-wen (10/5): The best stay in Athens - Amazing location where can bring you to not only airport, but also city center with 1 line metro without changing. Spacious room and amazing bed and pillow. The staff is extremely friendly. Not at all.
• Sanne (9/5): Very nice and modern apartment with a big terrace - A very nice and comfortable apartment, perfect to make breakfast and go out to explore the city for the day. Close to a metro station but also easy to walk to the city center in less than 20 minutes The neighbourhood is not the nicest in the city but within walking distance from good areas
• Jitka (7/5): Good - Metro station is very close, train station in walking distance. The apartment has everything you need, the owner is very helpful. You can also check in at night. The surroundings are not very nice, a lot of trash, drug addicts in the nearby park, but the house is safe and the apartment is quite sufficient for a comfortable stay.
• Jiří (7/5): Good value accommodation close to the metro and the centre with shops. - Communication with the owner was easy and the owner was very helpful. The apartment is rather spartan in terms of furnishings. A few pictures on the walls or wine glasses would have improved it. If you are afraid of drug addicts and homeless people, avoid this area.

Great host and nice size apartment. - The host left detailed instructions on where and how to get the key, which made it very easy to access the residence with no problems whatsoever. The apartment was perfect for a traveler. It’s not in the greatest neighborhood, but there’s nothing to worry about. It’s very easy to get to Omonia Station from the location, and you’re within walking distance of everything.
• Gábor (8/5): Very good - Bright place, really there is a lot of light naturally. Wind also blows through so even very good in the summer without using the air conditioners. Elevator noise can be heard sometimes in the night through the walls, as this is a top floor apartment. Not bad anyway, but you need to also consider this aspect.

• Moustafa (9/5): Superb - I was impressed by the host of that property, he was so so cooperative and so friendly and guided me very well with more honesty and what I really liked about him, he knows the meaning of immediate response when I was in need of his support or help. I would love to come back one more time to Athens just to stay a few days. The street was a nightmare I swear and definitely it's out of the host's hands as there's a police office nearby house but the street is crowded with jerks, drug addicted, sex hookers, sniffers but they didn't offend but it's not recommended to go back early morning hours.
• Donnacha (7/5): Good value, Good Apartment, Good Owner, Bad Location - The apartment is a good size with a nice balcony and looks very nice. It is an apartment that should be shared with 2 people, potentially 3 if they don't mind sleeping on couch (I shared the apartment with 1 friend and he slept on the couch and had no complaints). The facilities are good and function well. The owner was very clear in his instructions on where to find the apartment, how to take metro from airport to apartment, and where to collect/leave keys. He has great English and was overall very helpful and pleasant. The apartment itself is good value for money we paid €408 in total for a week. The apartment is also close to the metro (about 4 minute walk) and close to Monastiraki which has lovely restaurants. The main problem with the apartment is the location. Omonia where the apartment is located is a notoriously bad place in Athens. Some parts are very run-down and we saw drug abuse on the streets daily. There was never a point where we felt in danger and we were never harassed, but Omonia can be dangerous, however if you use common sense while walking through you will be fine just as we were.

• Peter (8/5): Excellent city, very friendly people. So much history locations, glad we got to see them all. - Very central location to centre. Plenty of eating places. Fantastic bakery just up the road from apartment. Nicholas was very helpful. No problems checking in or out. Early check in was great due to an early arrival. Location surrounding area. Rough looking. Saying that, I would stay at this apartment again.

• Cezara (10/5): highly recommend !!! - The apartment was amazing. it was very clean and in a perfect location ( 20 minutes from syntagma and other main attractions ). the balcony had such a great view and its so big. a pleasure to eat or drink coffee there in the morning. the apartment building on the main floor has a mini market, very convenient to buy food.

• Teja (10/5): Great location and host - I liked the location a lot. We actually just walked everywhere, because it was close to the center. I liked the comfortable bed and pillows. We had everything we needed. We were provided with enough towels. The host was nice and really responsive. The neighbors were nosy.

• Samuel (10/5): Excellent apartment in a wonderful city - Nikolaos is a really excellent host and made sure that everything went smoothly reaching, getting into the apartment, and leaving it. The apartment itself is on the 7th floor and is very comfy, with an spacious balcony that has a nice view in the evenings over the city (if one looks to the left). Everything was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The immediate area itself is a little dodgy (I was favored with a view of someone injecting in a park adjacent to the flat on my arrival) and though you can read online that the area is 'risky' etc I never felt unsafe. Indeed, a few minutes walk and there are 4 star hotels, cafes etc, as well as within 5 minutes the wonderful archaeological museum.

• Irena (8/5): Great value for money for a weekend break - This is a great value for money for a weekend break. Nice balcony! It's central and it's really easy to reach other parts of the city. The host was really nice and helpful and gave us some good recommandations. The apartment could be cleaner and the mattress in the main bedroom is rather uncomfortable. The worst thing about the whole stay is the street where the apartment is located. Not for families with small children!
