• Nikolaos (7/5): Διαβάστε προσεκτικά παρακαλώ! - Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, σε αρκετά ωραία γειτονιά, δίπλα σε πολλά καφέ και ταβερνάκια και επειδή είναι στον 5ο, υπάρχει ησυχία, αρκετές ώρες την ημέρα! Για 2 άτομα, έιναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο. Απίστευτη θέα για Αθήνα και ειδικά το καλοκαίρι, ευχαριστιέσαι να κάθεσαι στο μπαλκόνι. Ευάερο και ευήλιο, με όλη την σημασία των λέξεων! Ήταν καθαρό όταν το παραλάβαμε. Τα κρεβάτια ήθελαν μία μικρή διόρθωση στο θέμα των ταβλών από κάτω, αλλά μικρό το κακό. Μιά χαρά στην τελική! Αρχικά να πω πως προσωπικά είμαι 25 χρονών και δεν είχα θέμα με την παραλαβή κλειδιών από ένα μέρος γύρω στα 100 μέτρα πιο πάνω απο το σπίτι, κι ας είχαμε 3 βαλίτσες (ένα οικοδομικό τετράγωνο). Θα έπρεπε όμως να είναι σε locker ακριβώς στην πόρτα, γιατί δεν έχουμε όλοι τις ίδιες αντοχές. Το δεύτερο και σημαντικότερο θέμα είναι πως το τηλέφωνο ανάγκης, ήταν διαθέσιμο μόνο Δευτέρα με Παρασκευή 10:00 - 19:00 ή κάτι τέτοιο τέλος πάντων. Έτυχε λοιπόν να χαλάσει η κλειδαριά Σάββατο βράδυ (ευτυχώς ήμασταν μέσα και απλά μείναμε μέσα εκείνη την νύχτα). Παίρνω και τα δύο τηλέφωνα που βρήκα, και πήρα μηδέν απάντηση. Δεν είναι δυνατόν, λέω, να συμβαίνει αυτό. Μίλησα με την Booking στην Ολλανδία τηλεφωνικώς (αν είναι δυνατόν, να βρίσκομαι Ελλάδα και να συνεννοούμαι μέσω Ολλανδίας).Τυχαίως, βρήκα το τηλέφωνο κάποιου κ Αλέξανδρου, από ό,τι κατάλαβα manager, και το παραθέτω για κάποιον συνταξιδιώτη που θα χρειαστεί κάτι επείγον εκτός του ωραρίου. 6932244710 . Μου "την έσπασε" που μου μίλησε με μία απάθεια, λέγοντας πως "είναι Σάββατο βράδυ" και "που θα βρούμε κλειδαρά" και πως "το διαμέρισμα που μένουμε, δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο, οπότε δεν γίνεται να είμαστε διαθέσιμοι 24ωρο, ειδικά Σαββατοκύριακα" και πως εμείς προκαλέσαμε την ζημιά. Του απαντάω πως επειδή ακριβώς δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο, πρέπει να υπάρχει κάποιος που να είναι διαθέσιμος 24/7 , για κάθε ενδεχόμενο, φωτιάς, να σπάσει κάποιος σωλήνας νερού κτλ. Τέλος πάντων, συννενοηθήκαμε και Κυριακή πρωί, ήρθε μία κοπέλα, επιβεβαίωσε πως η κλειδαριά χάλασε, όχι από λάθος δικό μας. Μου έδωσε και το τηλέφωνο ενός κλειδαρά που συνεργάζεται το κατάλυμα, ήρθε , μας έβαλε καινούργια κλειδαριά και όλα καλά. Επίσης, δεν μας άρεσε που υπήρχε παραπάνω χρέωση για τις πετσέτες (φέραμε δικές μας).Προσωπικά, ας πληρώναμε την διαφορά των πετσετών, απλά να ήταν μέσα στην τιμή, όχι να τις χρεωθώ έξτρα! πχ 240 + 6 +6 .

• Mario (1/5): Appartement was echt zeer slecht. Er wordt geen onderhoud gepleegd. De buurt is geweldig - Locatie Er waren geen dekens in het appartement. Geen afstandsbediening voor de verwarming. Het was niet warm en we hebben het koud gehad in de nacht. We hebben hierover geklaagd maar pas na drie nachten dekens gekregen. Veel is kapot in het appartement. Aanrecht loopt verkeerd af zodat de keuken nat wordt, douchegordijn is te kort zodat de badkamervloer nat wordt en daardoor spiegelglad, WC deur is alleen met veel kracht open te krijgen omdat deze over de vloer schuurt. Er zitten kakkerlakken. De keuken heeft slechts 2 pannen , een Koekenpan en een gewone zonder deksel. Geen koffiezet apparaat Twee van de vier stoelen waren kapot. Samen aan tafel zitten was niet mogelijk. Na drie dagen kregen we 2 nieuwe stoelen. Het voert te ver om alle gebreken op te schrijven, maar er waren er nog veel meer. Zoek verder naar een beter appartement.

• Stelios (1/5): Απαράδεκτος χώρος διαμονής - Τίποτα Στο σπίτι δεν υπάρχουν πετσέτες μπάνιου αλλά ούτε κουβέρτες. Τα κρεβάτια είναι άθλια, καμία πόρτα δεν κλείνει καλά γιατι είναι παλιές και χαλασμένες. Τα εξωτερικά κουφώματα αλουμινίου είναι της δεκαετίας του 80, δεν κλείνουν σωστά και δεν υπάρχουν ρολά. Σε αυτό οφείλεται ότι υπάρχουν πολλά κουνούπια και σνκίπες στο διαμέρισμα. Οι τοίχοι των δωματίων είναι γεμάτοι από λεκέδες με σκοτωμένα κουνούπια για αυτό αν κάνετε το λάθος και κάνετε κράτηση να έχετε μαζί σας απωθητικά εντόμων. Όλα το βράδυ υπήρχε πολύ θόρυβος από δυνατή μουσική και φασαρίες.

• Elizabeth Malla (10/5): - Me gustó q tenia buenas vistas y la zona donde está está alojamiento hay muchas cositas x hacer hay pub y bares y locales de comida etc Lo q no me gusto q estaba un poco apartado del casco histórico pero bien era 30min pero bueno 👍 Y también para encontrar la llave jajaja me sentía como los escapes rooms la verdad q estaría bien mejorar un poco la dirección de las llaves porque si q era complicado un poco
• Magalie (5/5): Passez votre chemin - L'hôte n'est pas du tout réactif ni disponible. Il vous répond via l'appli soi disant sur des horaires allant jusqu'à 17h. Espérons que vous n'aurez pas de souci passé cette heure ! Cette liste non exhaustive de ce qui ne va pas dans ce logement vous donnera une idée de ce à quoi vous attendre: Aucunes serviettes à disposition, il faut les louer sauf que l'hôte à daigner les apporter après 3 jours de location ! Absurde de ne pouvoir se doucher à sa guise. De plus il n'y a aucunes serviettes au sol j'ai manqué me fracasser plusieurs fois la tête. Le logement n'est pas comme sur les photos il n'y a pas de micro ondes, étagère cassée, porte qui ne ferme pas.... Aussi, il n'y a toujours pas de rideaux malgré les diverses précédentes plaintes. Pour finir, le matelas à ressort vous fera passer des nuits des plus inconfortable. Il serait grand temps que les hôtes utilise à bon escient l'agent qu'ils se font avec leur location ! Marre d'être pris pour des pigeons ! Je ne recommande pas
• Inés (7/5): - La terraza es enorme, genial para tomar algo y disfrutar de las vistas de Atenas. El barrio super animado, más barato que otras zonas turísticas pero con muchos restaurantes y bares. No había toallas. Por la noche había algo de ruido.
• Alexander (4/5): - Bright apartment, good price. Terrible explanation and an overflow of messages, which confuse you. With three different addresses. The pick up of the keys is somewhere else. Where do you have to bring them after checkout? Really complicated. Then I wanted early check-in, but he charges you even if it's free... But the key was not in the box and the host was not available for two hours to contact via phone or here. In the end the keys were with the cleaning professional. Which I ran in while searching. Not cute. Charging you and then ghosting. Also, there is no explanation on how to turn on the air conditioner since the remote doesn't work. A lot of furniture is falling apart, like chairs, beds...

• Attila (1/5): Horrible flat - A kilàtàs A szállás olyan koszos volt hogy ott sem maradtunk még egy éjszakát sem. Az ágynemű használt volt az egyik szobàban, a lepedő foltos, illetve morzsàs. A szemetesben volt szemét. A fürdőszobában az előző vendég után maradt samponosfalkon ott maradt, a földön cipőlábnyom volt. A wc-ben sem volt üres a szemetes. Az erkèlyen törőtt szèk maradvànyok voltak. A lègkondi olyan poros volt, hogy nem mertük bekapcsolni. Az egész lakàsban àporodott szag volt. A szállásadó az új ágynemű kérésére, másnapi cserét ígért, amit nem vártunk meg. Kértük hogy finzesse vissza a pénzünket, de ezidáig nem történt semmi.

• Pavel (5/5): Suitable for very short trip - The location and the terrace. Some of the chairs are broken, there should be some chairs and table on the terrace. There are killed mosquitoes on the walls as well as cigarettes on the terrace. The bathroom is awkward! Also it's quite inconvenient to get the keys for the apartment from one place and the keys for the parking from another one.

• bañón (8/5): Relació qualitat preu i situació immillorable. Alguns detalls de l'apartament a millorar. - La situació es molt bona i el preu també. La terrassa és molt gran. Genial per sopar a la Fresca. Nosaltres hi vam anar a finals de maig. Hi ha moltíssims mosquits i les finestres no tenen mosquiteres. L'aire acondicionat d'una de les habirtacions no funcionava i feia molta calor. Les cadires estaven una mica trencades. A la cuina li faltaria una mica d'estris. Les tovalloles no van incloses al preu de l'habitació.

They had a full kitchen with a fridge which was nice. The host is very good at communicating. It is a really old apartment and not very well maintained. It was low cost though, so I understand this.

• Laura (8/5): It's beautiful but they can improve - The apartment has a spectacular view! We really liked its location. The check-in process was quick and they explained the entire process to us very kindly. I think the furniture could be renewed to make it a little more pleasant since we noticed that the dining room chairs were a little worn and unstable, so we preferred not to use them to avoid falls or accidents. Several pieces of furniture could be renovated to make the apartment a little more attractive to the eye.

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and there was no mop or equipment to clean it up. There was no bathroom door handle just a screw and it did not close properly.

• Johan (2/5): Very poor - "The location of this accommodation is excellent, within walking distance to everything. However, my experience was not entirely positive. Unfortunately, the host never responded to my messages, which made communication difficult. One of the rooms had no working heating, while the other didn't warm up enough, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower was extremely small, which was quite inconvenient. If these issues were addressed, it would be a much better place to stay."
• Aikaterini (1/5): This place is collapsing and needs to become unavailable until renovated - Great location, with a lot of shops, cafes and bars. Exarcheia is an area with proximity to universities and being politically loaded, it offers a unique view of a specific Athenian subculture. Speaking the language will allow for better experience (the graffitis are very witty) and it's all a very lively, mildly urban setting. This apartment is not ready to be rented out. All furniture are collected from the trash, and all furniture is collapsing. Lamps don't work, screws are out, curtains are hanging from paper clips, the water pressure was simply frustrating. The hosts were notified about the issues from day 1 but they were poorly responsive and when they did, it was random answers to buy time until my check-out. One day before my check-out, a person that appeared to be responsible for the apartment reached out and initially claimed that everything was working. When confronted with the photos, the story changed to the handymen being unavailable due to holiday season (which was already done by the time I checked in on 5th of January). Then they offered to send someone to fix the water on the day before my check-out but I should be the one to overview the reparation process. I was traveling for work and since my job is not to manage rental properties and their renovations, I refused.

• Luisa (6/5): The flat was basic, good value and very well located. - The location was excellent. It was spacious, light and had a balcony with a view. The shower was small, weak and only hand held. There was no means to make coffee.
• Àngela (2/5): Wouldn't stay again. - The price The location: it was quite far from downtown and touristic places. The check in: it has been the hardest check in ever! You had to walk with your luggage to a different location to get the keys. Very annoying and uncomfortable. Luggage storage: they make you pay a FEE for keeping the luggage and also it is not in the same building nor where you pick up the keys, so it was a lot of walking with lugagge and also extra paying via paypal. Not comfortable at all. Inside the apartment there was not almost plugs. The windows and doors of the terrace didn't close correctly. AC only in the rooms, not in the living room. Very small shower No soap. Barely they give you towels, only 1 per person and no rug, for example....

• Tom (1/5): Horrible service - Big Balcony One of the worst experiences I've had with booking, the home owner left me and my father outside for a few hours because we forgot the door keys inside the room. She didnt saw the massages/phone calls for 2+ hours and then she saw the messages and didnt reply. After that she asked 25 euro for somebody to come and give us new keys, which i offered to come pick up myself but that wasn't an option to her. I was upset with the amount she asked and she just kept leaving me waiting for an answer. Even though I agreed on paying throw PayPal (which i don't have and i had to ask from a family member to send her the money). Then there is the room itself, no blind covers which woke me up early every morning and my bed was broken. The shower water was cold and took to long to get hot, and the water flow was terribly weak. Horrible service, bad house conditions. Really the worst experience I've had with apartment/hotel of any kind. Very bad eria with durgs and drunk people
• Sahoo (7/5): I paid around £ 140 for 3 nights. So if one getting at those price range, it can be taken. - Price wise it was fair. The location is decent as some nice Greek restaurants are nearby. The balcony is big, though we hardly used it. Only after you booked the property, you will came to know just before your checkin that key to be collected from another building. Though it was nearby, still at odd hour it may be unpleasant for the customer to get the key. Also keeping luggage after checkout, they take some additional Euro 8.50. Though it may be fair, but in normal cases people assume it may be free/complimentary.

I've called her and wanted her to describe where they left the keys and due to her English she described it the wrong way. Next time I hope she sends photos to other guests.also the chair in the kitchen broke as soon as my sister sat on it.

• Allan (5/5): Passable - Location is absolutely great, next to a vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants. It is not far from the city center or the subway either. The whole apartment is also very light, so it is really nice if you want to be in a light please, even though we didn't get direct sunlight in the huge terrace (maybe because it was November), but at least it was light with nice good views. :) There were lots of mosquitos and we couldn't sleep well due to this, any of the two nights we spent in the flat. It was also very cold (it was colder in than outside, in November). We also lacked a towel for the hands in the toilet and some basic things if we wanted to cook, like oil and sugar (although we did have plates, pans, glasses and a fridge).

• Kinga (9/5): Superb - Clean apartment with good localization close to the centre and all attractions. Beautiful view from the terrace. The area is safe now and there are lot of restaurants and pubs nearby to spend evenings. Perfect contact with the host. No kettle which was not a huge problem, but could be useful. Some garden furniture like chairs and small table would be nice to have on the terrace outside. Bed side light in one of the rooms was not working.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again! There could have been a little more provided in the way of facilities, e.g. there was coffee grounds but no kettle, but this didn't impact us majorly.

The view from the balcony was beautiful, and it’s very central - 10-20 minute walk from basically everywhere we wanted to go. The air con was amazing and the kitchen area was clean and sufficiently stocked. Host is also amazing The shower was cold which, to be honest, wasn’t a massive issue as it was so hot in the city anyway

• Rayane (4/5): Do NOT trust the renter! - Big apartment I asked the renter if he had a garage to put the car in and he said yes, for 7 euros that could be paid in cash. A few hours before our trip (we arrived late at night) he said we could no longer pay cash. He didn't even give any tips on where to park, knowing that we were going to arrive very late and that we rented a car just because we could use the garage! Near the apartment there were two police trucks and they were well armed. Despite saying in the comments that it is safe, I didn't feel. The apartment was full of mosquitoes and really hot.
• Trevor (1/5): Aweful - Very little. The apartment was not clean The summary of the unit on Booking .com was false advertising. There was no kettle, no balcony furniture. The bedding and linen was poor. The pillows in particular were totally inadequate. They were soft and squishy. When I messaged the owner, her reply was she is very poor and can’t purchase better. The plumbing was exposed and smelly - a serious health hazard. Many fixtures were broken or loose, especially the power points. Storage for luggage was provided. However, it was a 1 km walk up steep streets dragging our suitcases in the hot sun. Then when we arrived there we had no access and no idea what to do. This accommodation should be reviewed for future customers. 🙁

• Michalis (5/5): Passable - Location and balcony was pleasant Basic apartment in the city center. Bring an anti mosquito lotion or something if you want to sleep at night. The balconies are pleasant but come with a price since there is no insulation the apartment is either too cold or too hot.

• Jolene (9/5): Great stay - Location was walkable to the city and many attractions. Instructions were clear and easy to find. Place was clean and great for our purpose. Elevator was helpful as well
• Till (8/5): Very basic place with great value for money - amazing value for money, fun alternative neighborhood shower / bathroom is a challenge if you’re tall
• Emily (9/5): Perfect apartment to see Athen’s! - Apartment had large balcony with cool view of city. Two bedrooms, both with big and comfortable double beds. Air con was very good! Kitchen good for cooking if that’s what you’re wanting to do. Location was good, did not experience any shady individuals even though the area was a little way from the centre which we were relieved about. A 20-30 minute walk to the acropolis area, with many café’s and restaurants on the way! Only thing was the shower curtain was too long and so collected at the bottom meaning it could not be pulled neatly across the railing, meaning there were gaps when showering and it could have been easy for water to get out.

• Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - the view was incredible, it was very clean and quiet (: I really loved my stay here and highly recommend it! the water pressure wasn’t super high for the hot water, and it was hard to keep the place warm since it was so cold outside. I imagine it’s the perfect place in the summer or anytime it’s not freezing outside (: I really loved my stay nonetheless

• Libooorio (9/5): Great, but should improve beds - Nice and big apartment, with an amazing terrace and good location. The beds were not comfortable, unfortunately. Also, the shower needs a hanger spot.
