• Michał (10/5): - Blisko do tramwaju jadącego na plac Syntagma i nad morze. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Jest jeden prysznic, więc duża grupa powinna się dobrze zorganizować. Na szczęście ciepłej wody wystarcza dla wszystkich i są dwie toalety.

• Loukas (9/5): An easy and comfortable stay - The property was as expected as I had visited it before again. It even had renovated the sofas and had some new blankets to use! We did not manage to make Netflix work however, but all in all it was a nice stay! There were not many things not to like, but if I had to nitpick, some parts of the house could be a tiny bit cleanlier and disinfested as we did spot a tiny cockroach the second day wandering around, but nothing too bad regardless.

• Maria_Maria (10/5): - The apartment was so big and comfortable that the photos don't do it justice. It had everything we needed for our stay, we stayed for 10 days. There was parking available on the street for 2 cars. Quiet street, close enough to shops and restaurants. Tram to the center and beaches. The host responded immediately when we had questions. Everything was great.

• Loukas (9/5): (Friends) Group Flat = Excellent - The place was spacious and it smelled cleanliness the moment we entered the house. The staff were also very friendly and understanding! 😀 The facilities were a bit rundown here and there, but overall it was a nice experience! ☺️
• Abhijit (8/5): All-in-all a very large, comfortable apartment at a good location and decent facilities. - The location is at a little distance from the city centre, however there is a tram stop a 5 minute walk away from the apartment and it takes you to the Acropolis in about 20 minutes. Very comfortable and the host was always available for anything if we needed him. There was a problem with the cleaning of the apartment on the day that we reached. It had not been cleaned at all and the bathroom door was broken. In my booking I had mentioned that we would be checking in late at night, however I had messaged the host a number of days before our arrival date, that the check in time had changed and we would be checking in in the afternoon. To his credit he confirmed that he had received the message but had completely forgotten about the change in time and therefore the apartment was not cleaned. He also repaired the broken door himself. However we had to wait about 4 hours from reaching the apartment for the cleaning person to arrive and the clean the apartment. So the first day of our trip was a loss. And the washing machine was also not working and it tripped the fuse the couple of times we tried to run it. The host has assured us that he is returning the charge for the first night and has initiated the action with Booking.com, so let us see whether we receive the money back.
• Malteseglobetrotter (9/5): Good value in a good neighbourhood in Athens. - Location is very good, parking is relatively easy and good access to tram lines. Property is large and airy and very well-equipped. Highly recommended. I would be very picky if I had to say there was something I didn't like. Some furniture needed some minor repairs, and maybe we could have done with some more pillows, but then I'ld really be very picky.

• Sharon (5/5): Great location but property lacks any considerations for paying guest. - Location was great and overall size of property was suitable for the group of friends we went with. Building work going on outside, during the entire stay. Waking us up early and dust everywhere. Lack of clearing prior to our arrival and quality of cleaning. My daughter got glass in her food from previous guests. Not being able to use baloney due to building work. No dust pan and brush. We had to go out and buy one to give the floor a decent clean. Washing machine broken. No instructions of how anything works. What to do with keys. Only one key between 7 of us.

• Fawzia (5/5): Clean and Spacious but no A/C and major noisy construction - i liked how spacious and clean it was. Very large bedrooms and beds There was no AC because of construction. We were not made aware of this before coming to the property. There was also major construction near the apt which was noisy, cramped, and overall not pleasant. Finally the wifi only works in the living room, the connection is so bad in the bedroom there is just almost wifi in the rooms.
• Audrey (7/5): great value for the place but too bad all the noisy renovating ruined the stay - very spacious and clean, good location with a nice supermarket and cafe a block away and lovely restaurants blocks the other direction. the place was comfortable enough and building was secure but they neglected to inform us that construction, in almost the whole building was occurring! there was loud banging and constant drilling etc, above and below us, which was hard to nap and woken up at 7:30 in the morning! very unhappy and annoying with all the noise. there was a bit of a leak in bathrooms, which they took care of as soon as we called. no toilet paper which we had to buy and toaster didn’t work. you get what u pay for.
