Was always available if we had any questions 👏🏻 The location was perfect for us, bit outside of the city so it’s better to rent a car. Only few steps to the beach to enjoy the Greek sea! The apartment had everything you need, the beds were really comfortable and over all we were really pleased with our stay. Thank you so much for Inga, Gummi and Bergur

• Aaron (10/5): A gorgeous view and relaxing stay. - Lorentzos met us at the property and showed us around. Everything was exactly as described and the view was spectacular. We found the flat to be convenient to groceries, restaurants and beaches. We purposely wanted to stay away from the Athens congestion and found it easy to drive and park at the nearest metro to access the city centre numerous times. Thanks! n/a
• Frank (6/5): - Toller Ausblick und großes Apartment. Lorenzos war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber Das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere der Küche merkte man die Jahre an. Auch die Dusche war nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sehr beengt. Nichts für etwas größere Gäste. Leider war der tägliche Lärm von der Baustelle sehr störend.
• Natalie (9/5): Spacious, secure and wonderfully located apartment - Very private, spacious and secure apartment with fabulous views of the water and Athens. While an older apartment it had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and washing machine, great air conditioning even in the bathroom. For our family of 4 we had plenty of space and were walking distance to a great beach (especially so for our children) and had plentiful free street parking too (a rarity in most of Athens!). Lorentzo was a lovely host and provided an extra warm welcome to the area. Lorentzo even provided a partial refund without us asking to account for construction noise next door that was entirely out of his control and was thankfully not a great bother as it was brief and only during a couple of the days of our stay. A little bit of effort to get our suitcases up to the apartment but well worth it for the views! Our kids were slightly disappointed that they couldn’t swim in the pool as it was rather deep.

• Carolina (9/5): Geniet van het uitzicht en de rust op een plek waar op loopafstand veel te doen is. - De hosts zijn superaardig, goed bereikbaar en heel erg behulpzaam. Het appartement is supercompleet. Alles wat je nodig kunt hebben, is aanwezig. Daarnaast is de locatie heel erg mooi. Het zwembad is schoon en er waren weinig mensen, dus bijna privé. Vanuit het zwembad heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Onderaan het terrein is een stukje heel rustig strand, waar je kan zwemmen. Al met al een geweldige plek als je heerlijk wilt genieten van een mooi uitzicht, wilt relaxen en zwemmen. Op ongeveer 30 minuten loopafstand is er een supermarkt en een plein met verschillende restaurants. Leuk om 's avonds naartoe te gaan. Maar ook op vijf minuten lopen zijn er twee restaurants te vinden aan het strand, waar je prima kunt eten als je geen zin hebt om zelf te koken. Wij hebben genoten met het hele gezin.
• Gina (10/5): We had the most relaxing stay at Kavouri Flat. The apartment is beautiful and has everything that would be needed and Lo - The property was beautiful. It had a wonderful sea breeze which was a great relief from the heat and it was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. We used the pool daily and the apartment had everything we needed. It was a little far from the restaurants without a car however taxis were quite cheap so it wasn’t a problem.

• Petya (3/5): Not a good experience! - The apartment had a beautiful view from the two balconies, overlooking the sea. The area is quiet and you do need a car to go around. The host wants to meet and take deposit of 300-euro cash in person. This made it so inconvenient for us, travelling with luggage and two children. We couldn't check in at 2 o'clock as stated on Booking.com, because they were not able to make it till 4! We had to stay extra 2 hours at the airport, so we can meet the host and get in the apartment. The worst was on the day of departure. Originally, we had to leave at 5:30 am for an early morning flight, so Melpo said she is coming at 5:30 am to inspect the apartment and return the deposit. However, when we woke up and checked the flight status, it was delayed for 2:30 in the afternoon. We immediately called her to ask her to come a little later, so our kids to get some extra sleep before 11-hour flight, but she refused and said she is already on her way, and we need to leave regardless. It was extremely brutal, rude and no hospitality at all leaving at 5:30 am when we didn't have to! She was also extremely rude and screamed at us saying that this was the only way, and she has to start cleaning and get the apartment ready for the next guests and she has plans and things to do. I wouldn't go back, nor recommend staying at this apartment. Very disappointing, mostly because of their lack of hospitality.
• Mark (10/5): Great stay - Second time staying in Kavouri Flat, the appartment has all you need to enjoy your stay. Great location for some local beaches, kavouri beach is very nice free beach. Hosts Lorentzos and Melpo are great, very friendly and knowledgeable for local restaurants etc and the surounding area. I will stay again during my next visit to Athens

• Darron (8/5): Clean property with stunning view - Lorentzos was an amazing host, kind, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was perfect with everything you needed and exceptionally clean. He offered lots of advice on the local area and even helped with the luggage. The view from the apartment was stunning and was a wonderful backdrop to having dinner in the evening. Great host all round Unfortunately during our stay the plot of land next to the apartment was under construction and created a lot of noise, they were using some sort of neumatic drill to break through hard rock underground that vibrated through to the apartment. We reported this to Lorentzos, who did what he could by reaching out to the construction company to get further details. The situation was out of his control and foresight that it would happen. He was gracious enough to provide a discount due to the inconvenience. Due to how he handled the situation and obvious care, we would not hesitate to stay at his property again.

• Michaela (10/5): Modern apartment with private entry to the sea - Unique apartment in the prominent suburb of Athens for those who search for unforgetable ocean views, several walking distance options with blue flag water beaches, top quality swimming pool, home feeling atmosphere with everything you need in the appartment and very polite owner. We had high expectations but it was even exceeded. Appartment photos from the owner show exactly what you will received.
• Wiebke (9/5): Great place to stay, but parking is challenging - We loved the beautiful view over the ocean, the pool and the easy beach access. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. We were met in person by the owner and the welcome was friendly. A washing machine and dishwasher were in the apartment, as well as beach umbrella and towels. Lovely beach and great restaurants just a short walk from the house. Parking was a bit of an issue. We stayed over the weekend, which means that the whole area was overcrowded by locals flocking to the beaches. It was near impossible to find a proper parking spot within a reasonable distance of the apartment, which was especially challenging since we were traveling with a baby.

Appartment is great, Owner Lorenzos very helpful and of course great local knowledge of area. Information in appartment for restaurants and delivery services was great. I would definately book this appartment again for next trip to Athens. Absolutly nothing
