• David (5/5): I will never stay there again - The location ok city to be in. Most of the neighs are really nosy and noisy leak in the bathroom ceiling the air-conditioning makes bad noise and heavy clicks but not all the time. it has good balcony, but the nosy neighbor from the other building in the front bothered us All the time was a woman telling us we are making noise, which is we was very quiet.

• Mirzia (8/5): - Appartamento ampio e silenzioso Per raggiungere il centro sono disponibili solo i pullman in quanto la metro risulta troppo distante. Il quartiere non mi sembra uno dei migliori, in base a dove passi trovi delle vie non proprio accoglienti

• Pilatech Srl (1/5): - Siamo arrivati un po' tardi sul previsto, del resto eravamo lì per lavoro, e comunque abbiamo trovato un freddo glaciale, a/c spenta, boiler spento. Ovviamente neanche era possibile farsi una doccia. Accesi i condizionatori siamo stati travolti da un rumore infernale (vedi filmato allegato) in due delle 3 stanze. Impossibile restare. Abbiamo dovuto spegnerne almeno uno e isolare la relativa stanza. Obbligatoriamente usciti per cena e, al rientro, mille tentativi per mitigare il rumore con scarsi risultati. Notte veramente difficile, anche perché col freddo che c'era la coperta fornita non era sufficiente e abbiamo dovuto aggiungere due copertine singole trovate in un armadio. nel frattempo non c'era a disposizione neanche un bottiglia d'acqua, per non parlare di un the o caffè. Il barattolo dello zucchero (foto) vuoto e sporco. Al mattino, la doccia, finalmente calda, con una tendina che ti si appiccica addosso e senza un supporto per il soffione che ti devi tenere per forza in mano. Di giorno la luce è scarsa perché della millantata vista sul Partenone non c'è traccia e dalle finestre c'è solo un terrazzino con vista sulla trincea posteriore alla casa da dove non si vede neanche il cielo (foto). Oltre a ciò la pulizia dell'appartamento lascia a desiderare e in certi angoli sono mesi che non si passa uno straccio. Tutto questo presentato con una recensione di 9.5 di Booking che, però, risale al 2018. (come mai ancora valida?). Mai più! Roberto e Celestina

• Ashir (10/5): Exceptional - I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Kallithea. The double bedroom was just as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. One of the highlights was the mesmerizing view of the Acropolis from the entrance, which added a special touch to the experience. The neighborhood is safe and offers easy access to public transport, making it convenient to explore the city. There are also plenty of convenience stores and great places to eat nearby. Highly recommended!
• Odunayo (10/5): The apartment is really lovely and I’ll book it is available for a group trip to Greece - I was already thinking of moving in when I got inside 😂, very close to all side attractions you want to visit, stores, restaurants etc, seen as posted on booking.com, very colourful and nice if you booked for a group, I slept all alone there and was feeling like king Solomon already 🤣 Everything is 100% nice

• Giedrė (5/5): Passable - Spacious balcony facing the garden. The washing machine was broken. Bathroom door handles are broken. The toilet is placed right next to the sink, which is very inconvenient.
• Eve-marie (8/5): Good place to stay, but nothing really close by in terms of cafes or restaurants. - Spacious and clean, relatively quiet, view of the Acropolis from the front door! Not the owner’s fault, but the neighbours downstairs left their 2 little dogs alone on an outside terrace for the weekend, and I could hear them whining and crying the whole time. Not too many dining choices in the area, the cool and trendy places were a 20 minute walk.

• Kacper (9/5): Superb - Well localized, nearby bus stop, climatization was working correctly. The kitchen had equipment, that was good enough to prepare basic meals. All of the beds had very comfortable mattresses. In the kitchen were 2 coffee expresess, one of them wasn't working. We didn't use the second one. Same with washing machine.

• Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to the city center and just a few minutes walk to bus stops that will take you to marina. Huge place, very clean and neat. Little bit dark. But during summer that actually will be a plus :)

• Ali (9/5): Great experience overall - The apartment is nice and cosy. Everything was as described. The neighbours and the building in general may be noisy at times, but no later than 11 PM. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom, which I’d have really appreciated if there was.
• Georgios (10/5): Ideal for families, lots of space, taxis passing by outside every 2 minutes - It feels like being home every time i stay here.... Very close to all interesting sights I can't find anything negative in this place.... Quiet, comfy, clean.....
• Susan (9/5): Clean, comfortable, reasonably-priced base for visiting Athens - Lovely modern, clean apartment. Well equipped although a microwave would have been handier than oven, but it wasn't a problem. Very spacious. Not far from bus stop to get to Metro or into centre of Athens. Mini Market just down road. Although not far from bus stop it was a steep hill to get back to apartment. Fine for me but my elderly friend struggled in the heat at end of day to get back up hill. Mini market at bottom of hill too, so had to be organised about shopping or climb the hill several times. Although no traffic noise at all, the neighbours were quite noisy late at night, but I think that's the way of life in a city.
