- Robin (10/5): PERFECT! Was exactly what I saw when I booked it and much better! 👏🏻👏🏻 - Everything! We were greeted by the nicest person, George! He will make sure you are well taken care of! When we walked thru the door, we were taken back by the amazing view of the Acropolis! The room was beautifully designed. The bathroom is pristine, with all white marble! Came with an enormous bathtub and shower too! With windows to look out at the Acropolis or blinds for privacy! Plus two separate enclosed bathrooms. The bedroom and family room are open with high ceilings. A contemporary ambiance with romantic lighting! The bed, pillows and comforter were so comfortable. We fell asleep every time with ease. Loved to look out and see the Acropolis lit up at night! Oh! The balcony is enormous too! A very high end appearance at a reasonable price! Also, a kitchen with all the amenities you need! Highly recommend “The One Acropolis” You will not be disappointed ! The restaurants are right around the corner. Go to “Nonnas” Italian restaurant. Food was excellent. We enjoyed their fresh salads, loved the Burrata, cheese. Pizza was delicious. Enjoyed their wine with the cheese boards too. Say hello to, Visilas, he will make you feel right at home! A very friendly place with a bar, food and the best wine around. Tell him Robin and Joe sent you from Tampa Florida. Absolutely nothing !!

Location is the best, 15 minutes walking to the renowned Acropolis! Facilities are in good condition. Simply luxurious. I will definitely come back! OMG!!! Nothinggggg!!! Very spacious and modern decor though the furniture needs some cleaning and it will be perfect if a washing machine can be installed. Otherwise, love this place very much. Slightly far from metro and need further walking as there is road work nearby

- Penelope (10/5): The Acropolis in my room - Having the Acropolis/Parthenon literally sitting in your hotel room from every corner is absolutely crazy right? Well The One Acropolis has exactly THAT, the Acropolis/Parthenon right in our room!!! This is the only way I can describe this hotel and the rooms (not rooms exactly, more like a whole apartment). This is my forever and ever stay when in Athens. I’m still trying to catch my breath with this phenomenal view. There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this amazing property.

- Kristijan (6/5): Excellent Location, modern property, bad communication! - Clean, modern , spacious and very nice location!! Person who welcomed us at reception was very polite and welcoming. Absolutely no contact whatsoever with any management and property looked abandoned. In a sense that only cleaning staff was working and welcoming guests, no receptionist and absolutely no answers from two persons whose phone numbers are on the door Nick And George who I guess are supposed to run the property. Don’t even try to contact them for any request even a wifi password or such as they do not answer. During our stay nobody talked or answered to us. Very weird to otherwise very beautiful property!

- Annundhini (8/5): Amazing, apart from the traffic sounds at night - Loved the luxe interiors, very comfortable bed and high end toiletries. My room was on the ground floor right by a busy street. So I could hear traffic sounds while sleeping. If you are a light sleeper recommend you don’t book the ground floor room. But host was kind enough to offer a solution.

La vue sur l'Acropole est époustouflante, l'équipement et la décoration de l'appartement de haut standing. Le personnel d'accueil est formidable. C'est malheureusement un peu bruyant. Je recommande malgré tout cette résidence. Le bruit de la rue.

Thank you Geor - From the very start with our initial greeting orientation from George, the entire time was simply fabulous there. - Gvantsa (7/5): Great location and newly renovated apartment. - Location was great, the apartment was spacious and newly renovated, very modern design and really great views of the Acropolis. The staff was also very responsive. George was able to secure an early check in for us when we arrived very tired, he got us everything we needed. The only issue I would like to note is that the soundproofing is really bad in the building. We could hear the neighbors packing their bags in the apartment above us. We could also hear every car pass by the building. On Sunday, the church bells started ringing from 7am and my partner and I woke up frantically thinking an alarm went off - the sound was so intense, we thought it came from somewhere in the apartment. Other than that, we were happy with everything else.

- Natalie (10/5): - My first time in Athens could not have been more magical. is the best place to stay when discovering such a historic and incredible city – the land where Socrates, Plato, and other great minds shaped history. Waking up and falling asleep with a direct view of the city and the Acropolis was such a unique and special experience. Just around the corner is the Panathenaic Marble Stadium, and nearby you can enjoy a beautiful park with a wonderfully romantic history. Within 15 minutes you’re already in Plaka with its charming streets, shops, and cafes. We felt so well taken care of – everything was perfect. Next time I’m in Athens, I will definitely stay here again, without a doubt.

- Neal (10/5): - We booked The One Acropolis on Booking.com based on the description & photos and on its proximity to the Acropolis, as we had booked a walking tour of the classic site. But maps don't tell the whole truth - from the 5th floor roof garden you have an unobstructed view across the valley to the Parthenon. Amazing. While you are on the roof enjoy cooling off in the small pool. The hotel is in comfortable walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka where you'll find all the shops and restaurants you ever wanted. As a bonus you are steps away from the original Olympic stadium where the 1894 modern Olympics were held. George is a very pleasant and helpful manager. He was able to switch our room to a suite, which was huge and outfitted with a full kitchen. The bonus to this boutique hotel is the elevator. No carrying your heavy vacation luggage upstairs. We lucked out in picking this hotel.

- Daniele Stavros (7/5): Bella struttura, vista magnifica, ma servizio carente. - La posizione, la vista dalla camera. L’arredamento e lo stile della suite, letto confortevole. Nel bagno c’è una doccia ed una grande vasca. Bellissima la terrazza all’ultimo piano, con una vista meravigliosa sulla città (Acropoli, Licabetto, collina di Filopappo). A differenza di quanto promesso, nei nostri giorni di permanenza non c’era mai nessuno alla reception e solo il personale delle pulizie era disponibile e si occupava anche dell’accoglienza. Quando contattati via whatsapp, le risposte erano o assenti o molto tardive. Lo definirei più un Airbnb con pulizia giornaliera che un apparthotel. La suite al primo piano non permette una privacy completa giacché le finestre danno su un sito archeologico sopraelevato e su una rampa, per cui i passanti possono guardare all’interno. Nella nostra suite la cassaforte non funzionava e nonostante le sollecitazioni, nulla è stato fatto o proposto come soluzione a parte constatare che non funzionasse. La cucina non è equipaggiata in maniera adeguata: nessuna pentola o padella (solo un pentolino ed uno scolapasta). Una sola tazza da tè ed una da caffè, pochi piatti. Bellissima struttura, quindi, bellissima suite con una vista mozzafiato, ma non penso torneremo perché il servizio era davvero carente e non adeguato al prezzo ed a quanto promesso.

This went above and beyond our expectations. It was honestly the best part of our trip and we share all the photos of the hotel with our friends and family. The balcony was perfect to sit at night to snack and admire the view. The hosts went above and beyond for us. We forgot our chargers and arrived hungry. They made many recommendations, and made our arrival very easy. We wish we had more time in Athens but are planning to be back next year. We will definitely be booking at The One Acropolis again.

The king suite was lovely, the view of the acropolis felt even closer than the photos. Lovely plunge pool at the top was very private. Short walk to everything. The road noise. The block of flats looks out to the acropolis, but is situated on 6 lanes of full on, non stop, traffic. The road is one of the main arteries into Athens. The traffic does not stop at night. Noise cancelling headphones are helpful to get to sleep, but the noise will wake you repeatedly throughout the night. The apartment comes with a massive balcony, but there is no chance that you would choose to sit out there as the noise is simply too great.

Well-situated property near city center and easily walkable from the major sightseeing points of the area. Room was gorgeous, spacious and clean with a beautiful, large balcony with a direct view of the Acropolis. Appears to have been converted and renovated from an apartment building to a luxury / upscale hotel-type residence. Helpful concierge though they run a little lean with the staff but not an issue for our type of traveling purposes. We did a tour that they recommended and it was lovely. They were very communicative and easily reachable via Whatsapp.

Bed was very comfortable and entry/exit to property No food/beverage onsite, we knew this but still a bummer . Easy walk to some good bars/restaurants though!
